Abstract

Fazlur Rahman builds the assumption that the Qur'an must be able to be understood holistically. An idea that is at a later stage expressed in the method of double movement hermeneutics. The idea of ​​contextualizing the values ​​of the Qur'an is the starting point in this study. The resulting conclusion, departing from his understanding of hermeneutics, Fazlur Rahman succeeded in concocting a way to understand the Qur'an through what is called a double motion; from the present situation to the time the Qur'an was revealed, and then, from the time of the Qur'an back to the present situation. The main mission of the double movement is to find the moral ideal of the Qur'an rather than its specific legal. Abstract

Religion is a determinant for its adherents. Meanwhile, noble values that are rooted in a tradition certainly have spiritual- mystical, socio-religious energy which is believed to strengthen ties of love between people and bring us closer to God. The Giligenting and Talango islands have marine tourism objects and this religious tourism has the Rokat Tase’ tradition which has values, norms, ethics, customs and customary laws that are upheld by the local community. Resident who in fact work as fishermen, every year organize and interpret it as local wisdom, because this tradition gives direction to cultural development and answers the pros and cons of the rokat tase’ law in a religious context. Therefore, qualitative field research is socio-culturally based and uses an ethnographic approach to reveal, explore and substantially develop data about the reality of certain cultures and traditions. To obtain accurate data, interviews, observation and documentation were used. The results of this research conclude that the two traditions have differences. The difference is that Giligenting no longer uses jittek and replaces it with religious activities. This tradition is carried out using cash from members of the savings and loan arisan. While in Talango they still use releasing offerings, people’s entertainment and collaboration with the village government. This tradition is held as an expression of gratitude for the abundance of good fortune given by Allah. This tradition teaches future generations not to be greedy for nature, to protect marine ecosystems, and to minimize conflicts between people. With the spirit of mutual cooperation, this tradition is successfully held every year. It’s just that in the Talango, rokat tase’ it is no longer held because residents have changed professions as grocery store traders in Jakarta. Keyword: Mark, Rokat Tase’, Public

Abstract

This research focuses on discussing the history of the development of interpretation that occurred in the Islamic world. This has implications for the characteristics contained in several interpretations made by ulama'. These characteristics contain the methods, styles or approaches used in interpreting the Koran plus the abilities of each interpreter. This characteristic does not just stop at one point but will continue to develop and even form a group that will later interpret the verses of the Koran according to their interests. This condition became known as the madzhab of tafsir where its existence is very important in the world of Al-Qur'an science and tafsir.  Keywords:  History, Tafsir, and Madzhab of Tafsir   Penelitian ini berfokus kepada pembahasan mengenai sejarah perkembangan tafsir yang terjadi dalam dunia islam. Hal tersebut berimplikasi kepada karakteristik yang terdapat dalam beberapa penafsiran yang dilakukan oleh ulama’. Karakteristik tersebut berisikan metode, corak, atau pendekatan yang dilakukan dalam menafsirkan al-Qur’an ditambah dengan kemampuan dari masing-masing mufassirnya. Karakteristik ini tidak hanya berhenti hanya pada satu titik melainkan akan terus berkembang bahkan membentuk suatu golongan yang nantinya melakukan penafsiran juga terhadap ayat-ayat al-Qur’an sesuai dengan kepentingannya. Abstract

Al-Quran al-Karim as the holy book of Muslims is the first and main source of information and inspiration (al-maraji' al-Ula wa al-Awla). However, to be able to get this information and inspiration, it is not as easy as studying the series of letters with their harakat decoration. There needs to be a set of tools that can be used accurately. This activity is called interpretation; efforts to understand the meaning, law and wisdom of the Koran. Such activities are carried out with various approaches complete with styles. One of them is the scientific approach which has become known as Ilmi Tafsir. He is relatively young. Even though the seeds are relatively old. Precisely around the 19th century AD because at that time, Muslims experienced an inferiority complex due to advances in Western science and technology. Meanwhile, Muslims are in the opposite condition. In fact, long before that, when Islam entered Europe, Muslims were the masters of everything, especially science. To restore a pulse that had been dead for a long time, most Islamic figures and scientists began to seriously examine scientific texts in the Koran. This is the basis for the emergence of Tafsir Ilmi. So that at the climax point it can be produced that the Koran contains everything, including scientific things. Even the Koran precedes science. This turning point is what Muslims all over the world really need to understand. Abstract

A person's behavior is closely related to his faith in Allah and the last day. The phenomenon of declining morals indicates the weakness of one's faith which results in damage to society and even the nation. For this reason, the right steps are needed to strengthen faith in the last day. With this research, the author tries to explain the concept of strengthening faith in the last day in the Qur'an and its implications in his life. The method used in this research is a qualitative method with a library research approach. Data analysis was performed using content analysis techniques. The primary data source in this study was the thematic Al-Qur'an of the Ministry of Religion of the Republic of Indonesia while the secondary data source was obtained in literature by seeking information and data in the form of journals, books, and social media related to research. Based on the results of the study, one of them was found at 1Al-yaum al-akhir, yaumulqiyamah, yaumul-hasyr, yaumul reckoning, yaumud-din or yaumuljaza', yaumud-tanad, yumut talaq, yaumulfasl, yaumulTagabun. As for the implications for life, it will encourage humans to be better and aware of their every action. Keywords: faith, last day, as-sa'ah
