The sample in this study were 46 respondents with purposive sampling. The results of bivariate analysis using the Wilcoxon Test Statistical test with α 0.05.From the results of the study it was found that the majority of respondents experienced controlled severe pain before being given carrot juice, namely as many as 28 respondents (60.9%), Almost all respondents experienced moderate pain after being given carrot juice, namely as many as 36 respondents (78.3%). The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test showed that p value = 0.000 <α (0.05), which means that H0 is rejected, H1 is accepted. means the effect of Carrot Juice (Daucus Carota L) on Reducing the Degree of Dysmenorrhea Pain in adolescent women at State High School 1 Sampit, East Kotawaringin Regency.Provision of carrot juice (Daucus Carota L) is effective for reducing the degree of dysmenorrhoea pain in young women, so it is expected that schools and health workers will provide socialization to overcome dysmenorrhoea pain with non-pharmacological alternatives, namely using carrot juice.

Abstract

Prolonged or obstructed labor constitutes 8% of the causes of maternal mortality globally and is also the cause of fetal death. One of the causes of prolonged labor is maternal age and gravidity. The purpose of this study was to analyze the factors of age and adolescence with the incidence of prolonged labor in the midwifery room of the Viqueque City Hospital, Tomor Leste. This study used an analytical research design with a cross sectional approach. The population was all women who gave birth for a long time in the midwifery room of the Viqueque City Hospital, Timor Leste, which could be 30 people. The sampling technique used accidental sampling. The research instrument used a questionnaire and observation sheet. The data analysis used Chi Square statistical test. The results showed that more than half of the respondents (66.7%) aged 20-35 years were 20 respondents and more than half (53.3%) were multigravidas as many as 16 respondents, more than half (60%) did not occur during prolonged labor, namely as many as 18 respondents.Based on the results of statistical tests using Chi Square calculations, it is not known that no one knows it is 0.002 <0.05 so it can be shown that there is a relationship between the incidence of prolonged labor.Women with higher parity are at higher risk of prolonged labor because the uterus has weakened the uterine wall muscles due to a previous pregnancy. The solution that needs to be done regarding the results of the above research is to enable health education about the causes and risk factors for the old party to the mother by health workers and early detection of risk factors for prolonged labor must be improved.

The dependent variable is maternal motivation and the independent variable is completeness of basic immunization. Collect data used by consent forms and questionnaires. Data processing is used by editing, coding , scoring, data entry data tabulation and used by the chi square correlation test for a number of motivational results 1 1 2 . 2 20 a    And and a number of complete results 23,040. The results of the study showed that of the 100 respondents at the "W" Community Health Center, the majority (83%) were not motivated, namely 83 respondents, and the majority (74%) completed immunizations for babies, namely 74 respondents. Che square test analysis obtained p-value = 0.001 < α = 0.05 ( p-value < α) which means that H 0 is rejected and H 1 is accepted . It can be concluded that there is a relationship between motivational factors and the completeness of immunization for toddlers at the Mimika "W" Health Center Timika Papua 2020.
