Vomiting nausea (Emesis Gravidarum) is a reasonable symptom and often occurs in first trimester pregnancies. Vomiting nausea is caused by increased esterogen hormones, HCG factors, changes in liver glycogen metabolism, and psychological factors. The treatment of vomiting nausea in pregnancy consists of pharmacology and nonfarmalogy. Nonpharmacological therapy is performed by diet setting, emotional support, and acupressure. Nonpharmacological therapy is a type of complementary therapy that can be used as an intervention to overcome nausea, among others: acupressure, acupuncture, relaxation, and therapy. The purpose of this study is to find out the effect of acupressure complementary therapy in reducing vomiting nausea (Emesis Gravidarum) in pregnant women trimester I. The research method used is Quasy Experiment Design with one group pretest and posttest design approach. Sampling techniques use proportional random sampling. Instruments used to measure vomiting nausea are questionnaires. The collected data is analyzed using the Wilcoxon test.

This study used an experimental design, namely Quasi-experimental post-test only with non-equivalent control group design. The samples in this study were infants aged 7-9months in the last 6 months from October 2019-March 2020 who met the criteria. Pain was measured using the MBPS (Modifield Behavior Pain Scale) instrument. The results obtained a pre average pain of 3.07. Wilcoxon test obtained p 0.001, where giving a bobath ball in an upright position can reduce pain in infants during immunization. Respondents' pain response was lower after giving the bobath ball, which was measured using MBPS. The MBPS instrument consists of 3 indicators, namely facial expressions, crying expressions and movement expressions. Patients showed a mean reduction in pain with a post score of 2.23. There were differences in the pain response in children before and after being given the bobath ball upright position

Postpartum blues is a transient state of increased emotional reactivity experienced by half of postpartum mothers within one week after delivery. The purpose of this study was to determine the effectiveness of bounding attachment in postpartum blues mothers. This type of research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional design. Sampling using the rule of thumb sampling technique, can be used as respondents using the screening questionnaire EPDS and PBQ questionnaire. There is a relationship between bounding attachment and postpartum blues with a P value of 0.29, so it can be assumed that the postpartum blues influences the bounding attachment. It is hoped that the results of this study will become a source of reference in the development of midwifery science to improve the quality of midwifery care, especially for maternal midwifery services with postpartum blues.
