Abstract

This study aim to examine the relationship of knowledge discuss between nurses and leaders in the effectiveness of implementing nursing care. This type of research is descriptive correlational with cross sectional approach, with sampling by cluster sampling, and obtained a sample of 80 respondents. Research data were collected by questionnaire and observation form by researchers. The results of the study found the significance value of knowledge discuss to effectiveness nursing care is p = 0.002 which can be interpreted that there is a relationship between knowledge discuss to effectiveness nursing care by supervision , with a percentage of the opportunity to influence by 51%. Nursing care is the main service in the hospital that must be maintained quality.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the pattern of parent care in punk children in Bojonegoro District. This research uses descriptive research type with survey approach with sample number 8 parents who have punk children, sampling technique using total sampling. Variable in this research is parent's parenting pattern in punk child. Methods of data collection by using questionnaires then performed data processing by editing, coding, scoring and tabulating and univariate analysis with frequency distribution. The results obtained more than the majority of respondents (62.5%) implement permissive parenting. In this case it is expected that parents should always pay attention and affection, and supervise and guidance to the child to avoid misbehavior in punk children's community and apply democratic parenting pattern, where the children are given the opportunity to express their opinions, ideas and wishes so that children participate but there are rules from parents.

Abstract

The aim of this study was to determine the benefits of RCD on nurses themselves, this literature through identification from the Pubmed database, Science direct and online wiley, use the keywords 'Reflection' and 'Case' and 'Nursing'. The method of searching articles uses PICOT technique, Prism Flow diagram, abstraction and synthetic data. Through fulltext screening, double publication and eligibility, 455 research articles were found. The next step is to screen through the inclusion criteria and exclusion criteria so that the final result of the article found is 4 articles. Articles have a lot to explain about the benefits RCD for nurses, RCD can add to the knowledge of nurses, minimize the gap theory and practice so that errors can be resolved. Literature is also finding benefits RCD on nurses is increasing the professionalism of the work and cooperation among fellow colleagues. Abstract

This systematic review is based on Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyzes (PRISMA). The databases used in this study include Scopus, Science Direct, PubMed, and Pro Quest, limited to publications from 2016 to 2020 and full-text articles. The keywords used are "healthcare" AND "Resilience" AND "job performance" OR "work performance". This systematic review uses 12 articles that fit the inclusion criteria. This systematic review proves the role of resilience in improving the job performance of healthcare. There are eleven out of twelve studies that prove that resilience directly has a positive and significant correlation to the performance. In addition to playing a direct role, resilience also acts as a mediator both in full and in part between other independent variables with performance. Further research can be done in the form of developing resilience-based performance models as an effort to increase the productivity of nurses in Indonesia

Abstract

This research uses quasi experiment post test only design. The study used consecutive sampling. The independent variable Method (Stimulation Endorphin,Oxytosin and Sugestive), dependent variable Smoothness of breast milk and Uteric Involution. data collection using observation sheets. The study population and sample were 30 respondents with purposive sampling technique. The results of the study of 30 respondents, 15 respondents were not given speos method therapy almost all respondents, namely 13 respondents not producing smooth milk (86.6%) and 10 respondents were abnormal Uterus (66.67%), while 15 respondents were given Method (Stimulation endorphin, oxytocin and suggestive) almost All respondents, 14 respondents, were producing breast milk smoothly (93.3%). T-test results obtained pvalue = 0,000 ≤ α = (0.05), so that Ha is accepted. There is an influence of Method (Stimulation endorphin, oxytocin and suggestive) to increase milk production and involution of the uterus in post partum

Abstract

This research method is using quantitative research methods with observational analytic research with a retrospective cohort approach. The number of samples is 162 respondents. The measuring instrument used was a questionnaire. The results showed the majority of infants who were given exclusive breastfeeding experienced a frequency of rare illness events as many as 59 (72.8%) respondents and infants who were not given exclusive breastfeeding the majority experienced frequent frequency of illness events as many as 50 (61.7%) respondents. The analysis of the study showed that there was a relationship between exclusive breastfeeding and the frequency of illness in infants aged 6-12 months. In this study it was found that the majority of the incidence of illness in infants who were given exclusive breastfeeding was fever as much as 22 (27.2%) while infants who were not exclusively breastfeeding were diarrhea as much as 37 (45.7%).

Abstract

The study design was the randomized posttest-only group design, 24 tails, male Rattus Norvegicus Strain Wistar, 8 weeks, 160±20 grams and randomly divided into 4 groups. K1 (n=6, moderate intensity exercise, treadmill with a speed of 14-16 m/min for 15-30 minutes), K2 (n=6, moderate intensity exercise + giving Raja Banana peel extract, treadmill with a speed of 14-16 m/min for 15-30 minutes), K3 (n=6, high intensity exercise, treadmill at a speed of 22-25 m/min for 10-20 minutes) and K4 (n=6, high intensity exercise + giving Raja Banana peel extract, treadmill with a speed of 22-25 m/min for 10-20 minutes). The training interventions were conducted at 17.00-21.00 p.m with a frequency of 7 times/week for 8 weeks. The blood was drawn 12 hours after the last exercise intervention. it is concluded that giving Raja Banana peel extract after moderate and high intensity exercise reduced MDA levels in rats.

Abstract

This study is a pre-experiment with a posttest-only design research design using 16 obese women aged 19-23 years old, body mass index (BMI) 25-35 kg/m2, percentage body fat (PBF) above 30% and fasting blood glucose (FBG) below 100 mg/dL, normal hemoglobin (Hb), normal systolic and diastolic blood pressure, normal resting heart rate, VO2max25-30 mL/kg/min and randomly divided into two groups, namely IE (n=8, interval exercise) and CE (n=8, continuous exercise). Interval exercise and continuous exercise interventions were carried out at 08.00 a.m. for 40-45 minutes using a treadmill. The measurement of energy expenditure was using OMRON Caloriscan HJA-306-EW. Data analysis techniques used the Independent-Samples T Test with the Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS). The results obtained mean energy expenditure on IE (251.750±19.775) kcal and CE (278.750±23.334) kcal (p=0.026). Based on the results of the study concluded that continuous exercise increases energy expenditure compared to interval exercise in obese women.

Abstract

The sample in this study was leprosy surveillance data, while the informants consisted by two key informants and four main informants. Data processing in this research is quantitative data processing. The results showed that for ‘aspects of health status produced’ there was only one aspect which has fulfilled national standard, namely cure rate (MB and PB); ‘aspects of service quality that have been implemented’ have been achieved; ‘aspects of quantity of services provided’ (ICF activities, drug administration according to dosage, and home visits), which are not optimal because this program runs only for affordable areas and there are still limited resources and facilities that do not support; ‘aspects of community attitudes’ that strongly support this program to be implemented, but community stigma is still low; ‘aspects of available resources’ have not been good due to limited human resources and facilities; and ‘aspects of costs source’ used are from the government
