CEFARS : Jurnal Agribisnis dan Pengembangan Wilayah adalah jurnal yang diterbitkan oleh Program Studi Agribisnis Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam “45” Bekasi setiap enam bulan sekali. Jurnal Cefars mulai diterbitkan sejak tahun 2009 secara luring dan mengalami kevakuman mulai tahun 2014 hingga tahun 2022. Saat ini Jurnal Cefars telah direaktivasi dengan sistem online. Pembaharuan tim editor dan mitra bestari telah ditetapkan berdasarkan Surat Keputusan Dekan Fakultas Pertanian Universitas Islam 45 nomor 113/A.FP-UNISMA/SK/XII/2022. Jurnal ini merupakan media publikasi hasil penelitian dan review artikel bidang sosial ekonomi pertanian, agribisnis, ilmu pertanian dan pengembangan wilayah. Semua artikel yang diterbitkan secara online oleh Jurnal Cefars telah melalui proses peer review dan akses terbuka untuk umum. Kami menerima artikel dalam Bahasa Indonesia maupun Bahasa Inggris. Abstract

The farmers are mostly small-scale business organization capability, which face low, consequently their position in the market continues to displaced, their comparative advantage no longer produce much benefit. This problem has lasted a long time, so that raises the question of how their learning capabilities. The results of this study indicate that horticulture farmers to improve these capabilities must be developed by developing agricultural organizations are active, because farmers are generally passive in the organization

Ananas crown can becomes as homogenous plant but longer age than slip and sucker. The result of research show that Rootone-F effect to plant high, amount of leaf, long and widh of leaf sigmificantly at 24 months age especially 100 mg and 200 mg doses treatment. With 400 mg doses show bad effect to plant growing and smaller then control

Abstract

The balance of trade (or net exports, sometimes symbolized as NX) is the difference between the monetary value of exports and imports of output in an economy over a certain period. It is the relationship between a nation's imports and exports. The balance of trade in agricultural sector for the period 2005-2009 should be analyzed and described to understand what challenges should be managed to achieve a better figure of agriculture development in Indonesia, particularly in livestock industri in the next 5 years period, 2010-2014. Meanwhile, it has been rescheduled that Indonesia in the year 2014 will move to the state of meat selfsufficiency, after it was missed for twice as a goal in 2005 and 2010. In this paper, the meat self suffiency 2014 also will be analyzed an explained in order to have a clear picture of the possibility achievement toward the goal at 3 (three) scenario, pessimistic, more likely, and optimistic.

Abstract

Orchid represent of the decorative very prospective, this matter pursuant to result of analisys of Ditjen Contruct Production Horticulture, orchid reside in on course second after crysan. Analiyst which used in this research to use Function formula pruduce Cobb-Douglas (power function) Y=boX1b1X2b2X3b3X4b4X5b5X6b6eu. Pursuant to result of research indicate that elasticity value produce from labor equel eo -0,004, seed equel to 0,657, charcoal media equel to 0,781, ferny media equel tp 0,985, manure equel to 0,220, and pesticide equel to media,ferry media, pesticide and manure technically have an effect pn positive to result. Production effort magnification of orchid. Result production function anticipation can be written down as flows Y=197,156 X1-0.004X20,657X30,781X40,985X50,220X60,390. Level of media 25,751 manure 111,210, while pesticide equel to 223,846. Usege of production factors, seed charcoal media , ferny media, pesticide and manure not yet efficient while inefficient labor. Ornamental fish business is one of the rapidly growing agribusiness and provide benefits, but this business requires a good and proper handling. This business is influenced by trends and consumer tastes, then the employer must respond quickly and meet market demand. Case study method is a method used to examine the sensitivity analysis financially and Rainbow ornamental fish business. Advantages rselama five years amounted to USD 224463000, and the ornamental fish business financially feasible type of rainbow is developed, then the sensitivity analysis terhdapat discount faktor 6; 10; and 18% showed sensitivity to the selling price of fish

Abstract

Bekasi area is quite appropriate for the development of fruit and plantation crops. But development is very slow to compete with similar commodities from other blood. Seeded fruit and plantation commodities in Bekasi is the mango, rambutan, banan, guava water and guava with the R/C respectively 1.92, 5.95, 1.98, 2:14, and 2.03. Similarly for plantation commodities are coconut, melinjo, and sengon efficiently with the R/C respectively;1.42; 3.16; and 3.16. The allocation of production factors for commodities of fruit and plantation almost all of them can still be improved and are on increasing returns to scale except the bananas are on the decreasing returns to scale.

Abstract

The Mesa Jaya tofu business is one of the tofu producers in Bantar Gebang District, Bekasi City. This research aims to identify internal factors (strengths and weaknesses), and identify external factors (opportunities and threats) and formulate alternative business development strategies. The method used in this research is a case study with a qualitative descriptive approach, data analysis consists of qualitative and quantitative methods, for qualitative analysis using descriptive and observational methods to describe the process of business activities and determine alternative development strategies, while for quantitative analysis using tools in the form of IFE Matrix, EFE Matrix and SWOT Matrix and QSPM Matrix. The results of this Mesa Jaya tofu business research are in cell 1 automatically entered into quadrant 1 (grow and build strategy). This position will find a development strategy that can be implemented by the company, the strategy that should be implemented by the Mesa Jaya tofu business is grow and build or a strategy of growing and building. This strategy is in line with the SO strategy, which is to expand marketing reach inside and outside Bantar Gebang District, the WO strategy increases innovation by utilizing a large number of tofu enthusiasts, and the WT strategy improves business management so that it can compete well.

Abstract

Meatball stalls are a culinary business that has many fans in many places, including Bekasi City. A culinary phenomenon with a unique appeal is an interesting theme to research. This study aims to determine the internal and external environmental factors that influence the marketing strategy at Warung Bakso Titoti, find out the business position, find out alternative marketing strategies as well as priority strategies that Warung Bakso Titoti can choose during the Covid-19 pandemic. The method used in this research is a case study method with a qualitative descriptive approach. The analytical tools used are the IFE, EFE, IE, SWOT, and QSPM matrices. The results show that the main strengths and weaknesses are the good quality of raw materials and weak financial management. The main opportunities and threats are that there are still many marketing areas that have not been reached and the potential for the emergence of similar competitors is increasing. Titoti meatball shop business position is in cell I, namely in the growth and build position. The priority strategy that Warung Bakso Titoti can apply in marketing is to increase meatball product innovation in the face of competition.

Abstract

Intan Jaya Mandiri (IJM) The leather jacket is one manufacturer that produces of leather jacket. This study aims to identify the internal factors (strengths and weaknesses), identifying external factors (opportunities and threats) and formulate alternative strategy of business development. The analysis tool uses a matrix of IFE, EFE, IE, and SWOT Based on the result of the research, the total IFE score is 2,569, while the total value of EFE is 2.592. This effort is in quadrant V (maintain and maintain). Alternative strategies that can be run to expand marketing by promoting products, offering product designs/models, maintaining prices, diversifying products, improving product quality, benchmarking of successful companies in the leather industry, strengthening banking confidence, strengthening organizations and human resources. The main priority strategy based on the result is to expand marketing and promote products using social media with Summary Total Attractiveness Score (STAS) 4,039.

Abstract

Jengkol or jering (Archidendron pauciflorum, synonyms: A jiringa, pithecellobium jiringa, P.Plobatum) is a plant typical of Southeast Asia. in Malaysia it is called (jering) and Myanmar (da nyin thee). In Thailand it is called (luk nieng) Jengkol including the leguminous tribe (Fabaceae). Jengkol in this case belongs to the fruit group that has not been cultivated optimally. This study aims to determine: (1) the jengkol trading system in Pardasuka Village, Pardasuka District, Pringsewu Regency. (2) jengkol trading system institutions involved in the trading system in Pardasuka Village, Pardasuka District, Pringsewu Regency. (3) how is the efficiency of the jengkol trading system in Pardasuka Village, Pardasuka District, Pringsewu Regency. The results of this study concluded that the jengkol trading channel involved four trading institutions namely farmers, collector traders, wholesalers, retailers. Operationally, of the three existing trading system channel patterns, channel III is more efficient when viewed from the value of the trading system margin which is evenly distributed in each trading system institution involved and seen from the spread of the ratio of profits and costs that is the greatest.
