JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan adalah jurnal ilmiah yang diterbitkan oleh Jurusan Ilmu Ekonomi dan Studi Pembangunan, Fakultas Ekonomi dan Bisnis, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, yang terbit dua kali setahun pada bulan Mei dan November. Jurnal ini bertujuan untuk menjadi wadah publikasi karya ilmiah hasil penelitian, kajian analitis, dan pemikiran kritis di bidang ilmu ekonomi dan studi pembangunan. Fokus jurnal mencakup berbagai topik seperti ekonomi pertanian, ekonomi terapan, bisnis dan keuangan, pembangunan ekonomi, sejarah ekonomi, ekonomi lingkungan, ekonomi fiskal, ekonomi kesehatan, industri dan perdagangan, inflasi, ekonomi internasional, ekonomi Islam, ekonomi tenaga kerja, makro dan mikroekonomi, kebijakan moneter dan fiskal, ekonomi politik, kebijakan publik, pembangunan wilayah dan pedesaan, ekonomi perkotaan dan regional, pengangguran, serta ekonomi kesejahteraan. JIEP: Jurnal Ilmu Ekonomi dan Pembangunan is a scientific journal published by the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Lambung Mangkurat, issued biannually in May and November. This journal aims to serve as a platform for publishing scientific works, research findings, analytical studies, and critical perspectives in the field of economics and development studies. The journal focuses on a wide range of topics including agricultural economics, applied economics, business and finance, economic development, economic history, environmental and ecological economics, fiscal economics, health economics, industry and trade, inflation, international economics, Islamic economics, labor economics, macroeconomics and microeconomics, monetary and fiscal policies, political economics, public policy, regional and rural development, urban and regional economies, unemployment, and welfare economics.

<![CDATA[The aim research (1) to know local financial performance with ratio of fiscaldecentralization degree, local financial independent, effectiveness of PAD, local financeefficiencey and growth PAD regencies/municipalities in South Borneo province 2013-2017,(2) to know business sector which contributed in PDRB. Technical analysis data is descriptifanalysis. The result research showed : by average fiscal decentralization degree ratio 9regencies still very less and 4 regencies/cities less, 7 regencies low, average local financialindependence 4 regencies still very low, 7 regencies low and 2 municipalities enoughindependence, average effectivene PAD ratio almost all of regencies/municipalities veryeffective except Banjarmasin municipality are effective, average local financial efficiencyratio 9 regencies/municipalities less effecient and 2 regencies enough efficient, whileBanjarbaru municipalities inefficient, growth PAD ratio is positive.]]>

The data research from DJPK Kemenkeu RIwhich the data research is LRA APBD of Hulu Sungai Selatan regency 2003-2017 and typedata of research is time series data, then technical analysis used multiple linear regressionanalysis. With the increase in these three sectors,it will drive economic growth and increase the value of GDP.The benefit of this research is to provide information related to the investment, export,and Labor sectors in contributing to the Kotabaru district GRDP value. And this researchcan understand the regional government, the developer, and community institutionsinterested in developing special economic zones in Mekar Putih, Kotabaru Regency.where this research can be a reference in the preparation of strategic plans in thedevelopment of Special Economic Zones in Mekar Putih Kotabaru RegencyThis research method collects data by retrieving data at the related statistical andservice centers. After that, multiple linear regression analysis was carried out to see theinfluence of independent variables on dependent variables. Software used for regressionanalysis is using EviewsThis study's analysis indicates that investment has a significant effect and has apositive influence on GDP. In contrast, exports and Labor do not have a considerableimpact but still positively influence Kotabaru Regency's GDP.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the influence of the population number, human development index, GRDP per capita, and unemployment rate on the number of poor people in South Kalimantan from 2010 to 2019. The analytical method used in this research is Ordinary Least Square (OLS) and panel data (pooled data), which is a combination of time-series data began in 2010 to 2019 and cross-section data in the form of 13 districts/cities data in the province South Borneo. The analysis in this study was carried out with Eviews 10 software. The results in this study are the Population Variable has a positive and significant effect on the Poor Population in South Kalimantan province, the Human Development Index Variable has a negative and insignificant impact on the Poor Population in South Kalimantan Province, the GRDP Per capita Variable has a negative and little effect on the Number of Poor population in South Kalimantan province, and the Number of Unemployment Variable has a positive and significant impact on the Number of Poor Population in South Kalimantan Province.]]>

<![CDATA[Poverty is a complex problem in a development and related to many aspects.The problem of poverty has a close relation with low level of income received by thelabors which caused of education quality that still in low level, the population growthwhich relatively high may caused more unemployment, a different growth ofinvestment in every region that may difficult to create more job field for poor people,if economic growth in a region only dominated by a certain production activities andusing more labors with high education background from other regions, and it causedpoor people should to live in poverty circle.This research is a quantitative research and using the analysis of paneldata.Data from period 2013-2017 and which including all of the regencies/cities inSouth Kalimantan that consists of 13 regencies/cities. The purpose of this research isto analyze how big the effect of education, population growth and investment towardspoverty in South Kalimantan.The result shows that education has a negative effectand not significant, population growth has a negative effect and significant andinvestment has a positive effect and not significant towards poverty in SouthKalimantan.]]>

<![CDATA[This study was conducted to determine the effects of inflation, exchange rates, and investment on Indonesian exports in 2009–2018. Among the data used in this study are Indonesian inflation, US inflation, the middle rate of the US dollar, and investment, which includes domestic investment (PMDN) and foreign investment (PMA) on the value of Indonesia's exports. This study uses secondary data and data analysis techniques with multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the research that has been done, the results show that inflation, exchange rates, and investment have simultaneously had a significant effect on Indonesian exports from 2009–2018. Partially, the results show that both Indonesian and United States inflation and the United States dollar exchange rate had no significant effect on Indonesian exports in 2009–2018, and investment substantially impacted Indonesian exports in 2009–2018.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to analyze the condition and financial performance in the city ofBanjarmasin as well as some efforts what has been made by the Government ofBanjarmasin City to improve the ability and financial performance of the region.Results from the study during the period 2011-2016. The annual growth rate of21.34% has been successful in the process of local government, and it looks quite anenormous contribution of Local Revenue to the APBD is 14.12%. The degree of FiscalDecentralization Banjarmasin during the period 2011-2016 is high, with an average of14.12%, said the pattern of a relationship with infective. Meanwhile, the financialperformance of Kota Banjarmasin from the side of fiscal needs is seen to increase duringthe period 2011-2016 average Rp. 313.493.023.747 billion means Fiscal Capacitygreater than Fiscal Requirement. The average capacity of tax capacity is Rp.344.725.786.194 or more. The fiscal position of Banjarmasin City, from the dimension ofUPAD shows strong.]]>

<![CDATA[This study aims to (1) determine the internal factors that are strengths and weaknesses in the development of Tabanio Beach tourism in Tanah Laut Regency, (2) find out external factors that are opportunities and threats in the development of Tabanio Beach tourism in Tanah Laut Regency and (3) strategies development of Tabanio Beach tourism object in Tanah Laut Regency. Seven respondents responded that they had an influence and played an essential role in developing Tabanio Beach tourism objects. The results of the survey show the condition of the Tabanio Beach tourist attraction in the New Normal Era; the resulting development strategy that is most appropriate to the situation is the S-O strategy (1) Improving and maintaining the quality of the natural beauty of the tourist attraction to make tourists comfortable with the cool air when visiting with family while holidaying. (2) Increasing Government support and the role of POKDARWIS (Tourism Awareness Group) in adding new tourist attractions at Tabanio Beach tourist attraction.]]>
