Abstract

ABSTRACT The rapid development of artificial intelligence (AI) has significantly influenced teaching and learning practices in schools. However, empirical studies examining teacher readiness to integrate AI within value-based and integrated learning models remain limited, particularly in Islamic integrated secondary schools. This study aims to analyze the readiness of general subject teachers at SMPIT Ummul Quro to integrate AI into Integrated ADLX learning, which emphasizes meaningful activities, discussion, practice, and ethical reflection. A quantitative descriptive research design was employed involving 33 general subject teachers as respondents. Data were collected using a validated questionnaire covering four dimensions of teacher readiness: technological competence, pedagogical readiness, ethical awareness, and institutional support. The data were analyzed using descriptive statistical techniques to obtain a comprehensive overview of teachers’ readiness levels. The results indicate that teachers’ readiness to integrate AI into Integrated ADLX learning is at a moderate level. Teachers demonstrate positive attitudes and relatively high ethical awareness regarding the use of AI in educational contexts. However, their technological competence and pedagogical application of AI remain limited, particularly in designing learning activities that effectively utilize AI to support instructional objectives. In addition, institutional support in the form of structured training programs and clear operational policies for AI integration has not been fully optimized. These findings suggest that effective AI integration in learning does not rely solely on teachers’ acceptance and ethical awareness but also requires systematic professional development and sustained institutional support. This study contributes empirical evidence to the discourse on AI integration in integrated Islamic secondary education and provides practical implications for school leaders in developing teacher capacity-building programs that align technological innovation with pedagogical effectiveness and ethical values.

Abstract

This study examines the role of Artificial Intelligence (AI) as a catalyst in the transformation of the strategic function of Human Resource Management (HRM) at PT Cisarua Mountain Dairy, an entity in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry. The research background moves from the imperative of digital transformation that drives the evolution of MSDM from a conventional administrative model to a data-driven and predictive paradigm. Using a qualitative approach and instrumental case study design, this study explores the implementation dimensions, operational-strategic impacts, and complexity of challenges in the adoption of AI technology in the HR domain. Data collection was conducted through triangulation of methods, including semi-structured interviews with key informants (HR management, recruitment practitioners, and technologists), non-participant observations, as well as analysis of policy documents and internal digital artifacts. The research findings identify two main domains of AI adoption: (1) optimization of the talent acquisition process through algorithm-based screening and candidate matching systems, and (2) the development of people analytics systems for predictive modeling related to employee retention and development planning. The implementation has an impact on improving process efficiency, reducing bias in selection, and more precise analytical capacity. However, this study also reveals the existence of a significant implementation gap, which is represented by challenges in the form of organizational cultural resistance to automation, digital literacy gap, and ethical dilemmas around data privacy, algorithmic transparency), and accountability of decision-making by machines. This study makes a conceptual contribution by offering a contextual perspective on the transformation of digital HR in a large-scale national enterprise environment, as well as practical implications for the formulation of smart technology integration roadmaps and policies in talent management practices

Abstract

Lecturer innovation is a strategic factor in improving the quality of learning, research productivity, and competitiveness of higher education institutions in the era of digital transformation. However, empirical studies on the determinants of lecturer innovation are still scattered and have not been comprehensively integrated. This study aims to systematically synthesize international literature on the role of information technology (IT) literacy, self-efficacy, achievement motivation, and knowledge management in enhancing lecturer innovation. The study used a Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach with the Preferred Reporting Items for Systematic Reviews and Meta-Analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. Articles were obtained from the Scopus database for the period 2010–2025. After going through the processes of identification, screening, eligibility, and inclusion, a total of 46 empirical articles were analyzed thematically. The results of the study indicate that IT literacy increases the capacity for digital pedagogical innovation; self-efficacy strengthens the courage to experiment and adapt to change; achievement motivation encourages innovative performance orientation; while knowledge management acts as an institutional reinforcement that integrates individual innovation into the organizational system. This study produces an integrative conceptual framework that positions knowledge management as a structural enabler and psychological factors as proximal drivers of lecturer innovation. These findings provide theoretical contributions and strategic implications for the development of higher education policies based on sustainable innovation.
