Abstract

This study aims to map the intellectual landscape and global evolution of scientific literature on zakat marketing from 2000 to 2025, identifying the trends, conceptual structures, key actors, and future directions of this rapidly growing research field. Using a bibliometric analysis method on data extracted from the Scopus database, quantitative analysis was conducted through performance analysis and science mapping. The results show exponential publication growth after 2017, driven by digital technology adoption accelerated by the COVID-19 pandemic, with a research landscape geographically dominated by a collaboration axis between Indonesia and Malaysia. Key research themes identified are the integration of zakat with Islamic banking to achieve economic growth, and the significant role of digital transformation through fintech, especially in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. In conclusion, zakat marketing research has evolved from a limited niche into a dynamic and interdisciplinary field of strategic management, signifying a paradigm shift from normative studies towards a discipline integrated within the broader Islamic finance discourse. This study provides a comprehensive roadmap for practitioners and academics to optimize the potential of Islamic philanthropy in the digital age.

Abstract

This study investigates the effectiveness of using Canva as an innovative digital medium for learning Arabic in contemporary educational settings. As technology integration becomes increasingly essential in language classrooms, Canva offers diverse visual and interactive features that support creative and student-centered learning. Employing a mixed-methods design, the research collected data through student questionnaires, classroom observations, and learning outcome assessments involving learners at various proficiency levels. The study aims to determine how Canva influences students’ motivation, vocabulary mastery, comprehension of grammatical structures, and overall engagement in Arabic learning activities. The results reveal that Canva significantly enhances students’ interest by providing visually appealing learning materials, such as infographics, flashcards, posters, and animated presentations. These features help simplify complex linguistic concepts, making them easier to understand and remember. Students also report feeling more motivated and confident because Canva allows them to participate actively in designing their own learning products, thereby fostering autonomy and creativity. Instructors benefit from Canva’s user-friendly interface, which enables them to develop high-quality instructional materials efficiently. Furthermore, the use of Canva promotes collaborative learning, as students often work in groups to produce visual content that supports peer discussion and knowledge sharing. Performance assessments indicate measurable improvements in vocabulary retention and grammar comprehension compared to traditional teaching methods. Overall, the study concludes that Canva is an effective, accessible, and engaging medium that enhances the quality of Arabic language learning today. Its integration into instructional practices offers meaningful opportunities to support modern pedagogical approaches and improve learners’ outcomes.

Abstract

Dysmenorrhea is pain in the lower abdomen, which can radiate to the lower back and legs. This study aims to analyze the picture and relationship between stress levels, physical activity, sleep quality, and menstrual cycles with the incidence of dysmenorrhea in Al Bana Vocational School students. The type of research method used is quantitative research with a Cross-sectional approach. The total population in this study was 108 respondents and an active sample of 69 respondents was obtained with a random sampling technique. The instrument in the study used was a questionnaire with direct distribution. The data analysis used was univariate analysis and bivariate analysis (chi-square). The results showed that there was a relationship between stress level (p-value = 0.006), sleep quality (p-value = 0.000), menstrual cycle (p-value = 0.000) and the incidence of dysmenorrhea, while there was no relationship between physical activity (p-value = 0.791) and the incidence of dysmenorrhea. The conclusion showed that there was a relationship between stress levels, sleep quality, menstrual cycles and the incidence of dysmenorrhea in Al Bana Vocational School students. For future researchers, it is recommended to conduct further research to analyze the incidence of dysmenorrhea by paying attention to other variables related to the incidence of dysmenorrhea.

Abstract

This study aims to develop learning media in the form of realistic animated fairy tale videos based on storytelling methods to improve the language skills of early childhood group B at Garuda Yaksa Kindergarten, Bogor Regency. Based on the low language skills of children, as indicated by initial data that 53% of children are in the category of Not Yet Developing, 27% Starting to Develop and only 20% Developing as Expected. The method used in this study is Research and Development (R&D) by combining the Lee and Owens model and the ASSURE model. The media development process includes needs analysis, media design, animated video production, validation by experts (materials, media, and instructional design) as well as limited and extensive trials. The results of the study indicate that the developed realistic animated fairy tale video media is effective in improving children's language skills. This is proven by a comparison of the pretest and posttest results in three cycles of testing the N-Gain score assessment categorization with a final score of 86% where there is a significant increase in the learning outcome score. In addition, this media is also able to increase children's interest and active participation during the learning process. The conclusion of this study is that realistic animated fairy tale video learning media based on storytelling has proven to be feasible and effective as an alternative solution in creating an interesting, interactive and meaningful learning process for early childhood, especially in improving language skills in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the influence of transformational leadership, organizational climate, and job satisfaction on improving teachers’ Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) in private elementary schools in East Bogor District. OCB represents voluntary and extra-role behaviors that enhance organizational effectiveness and collaboration among teachers. The research employed a quantitative approach using a correlational survey design combined with the SITOREM (Scientific Identification Theory to Conduct Operation Research in Education Management) method to identify indicators that need improvement or maintenance. A total of 119 permanent teachers were selected through proportional random sampling. Data were collected through validated and reliable questionnaires (reliability coefficients: OCB = 0.89; transformational leadership = 0.87; organizational climate = 0.88; job satisfaction = 0.87). The results showed a strong positive and significant relationship between transformational leadership and OCB (r = 0.787, p < 0.01), a moderate but significant relationship between organizational climate and OCB (r = 0.475, p < 0.01), and a strong relationship between job satisfaction and OCB (r = 0.610, p < 0.01). Collectively, these three variables contributed 66.6% to the improvement of OCB. The SITOREM analysis highlighted priority indicators to be improved, including vision, job characteristics, collegial relations, communication, and work autonomy, while maintaining inspirational motivation, intellectual stimulation, charisma, and altruism. The study concludes that strengthening transformational leadership, fostering a positive organizational climate, and enhancing job satisfaction can significantly improve teachers’ OCB, leading to more effective and dynamic educational organizations.

Abstract

The decline in learning outcomes and student interest is a serious concern in the learning process. The selection of inappropriate learning methods can affect the learning process and outcomes. The Pogil model is one of the alternatives to increase students' interest and learning outcomes. This study aims to explore the effectiveness and advantages of Pogil compared to direct instruction in biology subjects. This research is an experimental research. The results of the study showed that there were student learning outcomes with the pogil model that were superior compared to the direct instruction model in biology subjects with the results of Fcal = 11.4 > Ftabel = 3.96 at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study showed the influence of interaction between the learning model (pogil and direct instruction) and interest on learning outcomes from the results of Fcal = 4.40 > Ftabel = 3.96 at a significance level of 0.05. The results of the study also revealed that the learning outcomes of students, both those who had low interest and high interest in the pogil model, had superior learning outcomes compared to the direct instruction model. The use of the pogil model significantly improved students' learning outcomes and interest in learning compared to the Direct Instruction model. Thus, pogil becomes an effective learning model in overcoming low learning outcomes and students' interest in biology subjects
