Abstract

This research intended to predict the behavior of Muslim middle class consumers in Indonesia in 2025. The rapid growth of the Muslim middle class in Indonesia creates great opportunities for various sectors, especially the halal industry, fashion, and tourism. To understand these changes in consumption patterns, research methods using a quantitative approach with survey methods. Data was collected through an online questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents representing the Muslim middle class in Indonesia. Apart from that, in-depth interviews were conducted with 20 sources from economic experts, sociologists, celebrities, public figures and industry players. Data analysis was carried out using the multiple regression method to identify the main factors that influence consumption behavior, such as income, preference for halal products, and use of digital technology. Results and Discussion research shows that by 2025, middle class Muslim consumers in Indonesia are likely to increasingly prioritize products that comply with sharia principles, such as halal products and ethically based services. In addition, the trend of online shopping and the use of digital technology in purchasing decisions is predicted to continue to increase, along with increasing digital literacy among the public. Other significant influencing factors include awareness of sustainability and healthy lifestyles. This research also found that the role of social media is very important in influencing the preferences of middle class Muslim consumers, especially in terms of product information and customer reviews. Thus, the results of this research provide strategic insight for industry players to develop products and services that suit the needs and values ​​of Muslim consumers. It is also hoped that this research can contribute to the literature on consumer behavior in Muslim markets and become the basis for further studies in understanding consumption dynamics in Indonesia

Abstract

Purpose of the research This is to see how the influence of technological developments impacts conventional market activities. This research focuses on interactions between traders and consumers, operational efficiency, and competitiveness with contemporary markets. Research methods This is a qualitative descriptive, and case study conducted in several traditional markets that have used technology such as electronic payment systems and digital marketing applications. Apart from interviews and direct observations with traders and consumers, data was collected through research into related literature.Research result shows that technology impacts traditional markets in a dual way: it increases transaction efficiency and opens markets to traders who are able to adapt. However, some traders face difficulties understanding and implementing new technology. Apart from that, pressure from modern markets to adapt to faster technology also affects the sustainability of traditional markets. In order for traditional market traders to remain competitive in the face of change, this research recommends that they need technology training programs and policy support from the government to support technology integration in traditional markets so that they can compete fairly in the digital era.

Abstract

This research aims to evaluate the factors that influence the behavior of the experience of using the livin application from Bank Mandiri. The approach used is the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) model developed by Davis in 1989, with a focus on benefits and ease of use, as well as the addition of two external variables, namely security and compatibility. This model was tested empirically using survey data from Livin Application Users from Bank Mandiri. From the results of data analysis obtained during the research, the results show that the use of the Livin application from Bank Mandiri has fulfilled two main aspects in the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) theory. The Livin application is considered useful for assisting work at Bank Mandiri in the customer service process. From this research it is also known that the use of the Livin Application is not optimal and can still be improved by increasing the benefits of the Liven Application. The Livin application is also easy software, both in terms of installation and modification and easy to use, but efforts are still needed to improve the user's ability to utilize the Livin application.

Abstract

The learning process has been transformed into a form of learning that uses technology, especially the internet. With advances in technological tools in the education sector, researchers are developing existing evaluation tools by utilizing websites Wordwall. The results of the needs questionnaire show that teachers have not used evaluation tools to determine student grades. In the assessment process, teachers still apply traditional methods such as paper exams. Therefore, there is a need for evaluation tools that can expand students' ways of thinking when learning. The aim of this research is to determine the feasibility of an educational game-based evaluation instrument Wordwall in Mathematics subjects in class IV SDN Laladon 02 Bogor Regency. This research method uses R&D using the Borg and Gall model using the Borg and Gall model development procedure adapted by Sugiyono, however this research only uses 8 stages out of 10 research stages because it is limited by researchers according to research needs and ongoing developments. The subjects of this research were fourth grade students at SDN Laladon 02, Bogor Regency. This research creates an educational game-based evaluation tool Wordwall using interview, observation and questionnaire data collection methods. The data analysis technique used is product feasibility testing. The research results showed that the feasibility test by media expert validation was 71% (feasible), language experts were 72% (feasible), learning design experts were 89.3% (very feasible), and material experts were 92% (very feasible). Furthermore, the results of individual trials were 81.6% (very feasible), and small group trials were 80.4 (feasible). The research results show that the evaluation tool is based on educational games Wordwall mathematics for class IV is considered suitable for use in the learning assessment process.

Abstract

This study investigates the role of data security in enhancing parental trust within educational institutions. Employing a qualitative descriptive approach, data was collected through in-depth interviews with key stakeholders (principals, teachers, IT staff, and parents), direct observations of school environments, and analysis of relevant documentation. Thematic analysis revealed several key findings: Clear and comprehensive data security policies significantly contribute to parental trust. Active parental involvement in data security discussions fosters greater trust and understanding. Parental perceptions of data security directly influence their overall trust in the school. Challenges in implementing data security, such as budget constraints and staff training, require innovative solutions. The study emphasizes the need for a holistic approach to data security in education. By prioritizing data security, fostering open communication with parents, and addressing implementation challenges, schools can cultivate stronger trust, enhance student learning outcomes, and build a positive reputation within the community.

Abstract

Single moms face the dual challenge of raising children while managing other responsibilities, necessitating an approach rooted in moral and spiritual values. This study aims to explore Qur’an-based principles of child education for single moms through a thematic analysis of Maryam’s story. The research focuses on the moral, spiritual, and educational values embedded in the story and their implementation in raising children amidst these dual challenges. The study employs a library research method with a thematic exegesis (tafsir maudhu’i) approach, using primary data from Qur’anic verses related to Maryam’s story and secondary data from exegesis texts, academic literature, and scholarly articles. The findings reveal that Maryam’s story teaches the significance of steadfast faith, moral exemplarity, and a balance between effort and reliance on God in child-rearing. These values inspire single moms to nurture children with resilience and faith while maintaining family harmony. The study underscores the relevance of Qur’anic principles in modern contexts, particularly in addressing social and economic challenges. It is expected to serve as a practical guide for single moms and a reference for academics and Islamic educational institutions in developing educational models based on Qur’anic values.

Abstract

Plagiarism remains a major challenge in higher education, undermining academic integrity and scientific standards. This study explores the dual role of Turnitin as a detection tool and learning resource in promoting academic integrity and improving students' writing skills in Indonesia. Using a survey method on a proportional stratification sample of 91 students of the State University of Surabaya, this study analyzed students' perception of plagiarism and their experience using Turnitin. The results show a high awareness of plagiarism, but there is a significant gap in the understanding of correct citation practices, exacerbated by cultural and infrastructure challenges. Turnitin is seen as a valuable tool, especially when integrated within a broader pedagogical framework, but limited access and training hinder its full potential. The study highlights Turnitin's contribution to fostering academic ethics and its impact on writing quality, while also highlighting the need for a comprehensive education strategy to address fundamental challenges. Practical implications include recommendations for better integration of antiplagiarism software in curricula, training for lecturers, and policy development to build a culture of academic integrity.

Abstract

The integration of nanotechnology into education is crucial to fostering creative thinking among high school students in the context of advanced scientific developments. This study aims to explore how the use of silicon nanowires (SiNWs) in nanotechnology education can enhance students' creativity. Using a qualitative descriptive methodology, data were collected through interviews, observations, and focus group discussions involving students and educators. The results indicate that hands-on experiments with SiNWs significantly enhance students' engagement, comprehension of abstract concepts, and creative problem-solving skills. The study highlights the importance of interactive and interdisciplinary approaches in modern science education to nurture innovation and prepare students for future challenges.

Abstract

Final students are students who often face academic pressure, final assignments, and preparations for entering the world of work. Emotional intelligence is important for dealing with stress, maintaining motivation, and having academic persistence which gives a final student the ability to continue fighting to achieve their academic goals despite facing challenges. various obstacles. For final students, challenges such as final assignments and preparation for graduation can test their level of persistence. This quantitative research aims to explain the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic persistence in final students. Data was collected using The Schutte Self Report Emotional Intelligence Test (SSEIT) scale for emotional intelligence and The academic persistence scale for academic persistence, then analysis was carried out using reliability and validity tests, assumption tests and hypothesis tests. The results of this research show that specifically emotional intelligence and academic persistence in final students have a relationship with a Correlation Coefficient of (.755), which means it has a positive relationship and a significance value of 0.000 is smaller than 0.05, for linearity it shows (628.951) for the sig F value. The significance deviation of linearity is 0.000. From the results of this research which shows its significance towards emotional intelligence and academic persistence in final students, it shows that high emotional intelligence is associated with stronger academic persistence. Overall, research on the relationship between emotional intelligence and academic persistence can yield a variety of beneficial implications in improving college students' academic success, supporting their well-being, and preparing them for future challenges.

Abstract

The education or teaching needed by children with special needs or blindness is different from normal children. As should get more attention, special education and teaching. Because they have the same educational nature and religious potential as normal students. This study aims to 1) Find out what learning strategies can be applied to involve blind students in science learning. 2) Find out what challenges are faced in science learning for blind students. The research method used is qualitative phenomenology, with data collection techniques including interviews, observations, and documentation. Data were analyzed with thematic data analysis. To test the validity of the data using member check. The results of this study indicate that one of the important learning strategies is learning media, the media is in the form of audiovisual and 3-dimensional objects that can be touched by blind students, while the challenges faced in science learning for blind students are the lack of facilities and infrastructure in the form of learning media. The conclusions of this study are: 1) Science learning strategies for blind students are school policies, learning outside the classroom, then teacher abilities, and student mobility orientation. 2) The challenges faced in science learning for blind students are challenges in the classroom, characteristics of blind students, cognitive abilities, and facilities and infrastructure.
