Abstract

Along with the development of Islamic Economics in the business world in Indonesia. BUMDes is a microfinance institution that has an important role that aims to improve the economic level of the community, as well as provide funds to the community to develop development in the form of providing credit. The purpose of this study was to determine the factors causing bad loans and how to manage them in an Islamic economic perspective in BUMDes Bina Pakis, Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency. This type of research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. Researchers collect data by means of interviews through Social Media such as Whatsapp and Chat Messenger, as well as observations by thoroughly exploring the social situation to be studied. The results of the study can be said that (1) BUMDes "Bina Pakis" Pakis Putih Village, Kedungwuni District, Pekalongan Regency has 75 debtors with a total number of bad loans of Rp. 34,800,000. Since the beginning of BUMDes, bad loans have averaged 12% per year. (2) the causes of bad credit at BUMDes Bina Pakis, namely the tendency to apply for credit funds by customers, there are business constraints, the BUMDes are less thorough in analyzing lending to debtors, and so on. As for when viewed from the perspective of Islamic Economics, in the process of paying credit funds there are delays in payments and breaking promises that have been agreed upon thus violating the provisions in the Word of Allah SWT. in Surah Al-Isra: 34 which contains "the promise must be carried out because there will be accountability". On the other hand, the existence of bad loans will cause the circulation of BUMDes funds to be hampered and have an impact on losses for the BUMDes and the community.

Abstract

The pattern of waqf property management in Indonesia still tends to be in the management traditional pattern. Waqf in Indonesia still has narrowed of its meaning and purpose, the mosques and prayer rooms that were built have not been able to act as a center for driving community activities, and are only used as places of worship. In the city of Makassar, Jami Islahuddin Mosque is one of the Mosque that has been built on waqf land. Therefore, it is deemed necessary to conduct a study of how the management of waqf assets at the Jami Islahuddin mosque. This study uses a qualitative method with field research to describe the existing facts related to the management of waqf land at the Jami Islahuddin Mosque. The data collection technique used is through literature review, observation, interviews and documentation. The results of the study are: The management of the Jami Islahuddin Mosque Waqf Land has been carried out productively. This can be seen from the mosque which is not only used as a place of worship but is also used as an Al-Qur'an Education Center (TPA), Baitul Maal Wa Tamwil (BMT), and the Mosque Business Entity (BUM) Jami Islahuddin Mosque.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out forecasting broiler chicken sales at CV. Berkah Bersama with using the trend moment method in May to July 2021. Previously the method was tested by its accuracy using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE) calculation method. The data used in the form of sales data in the perioe January to April 2021. The result of the calculation of the accuracy of the trend moment method are 3% which indicate that the method is feasibleor can be used to predict the sale of broiler chicken on CV. Berkah Bersama. The result of calculation of forecasting chicken sales in the period May, June and July are equal to 60,957.90 Kg, 62,739.79 Kg dan 64,521.68 Kg. Abstract

Everybody experienced a purchase, if a researching knowledge about purchase since of a barter system, and then thrived along with the development in implementation of Islamic Sharia. In purchase activities, Islamic regulates everything related to it, including purchase procedure. There are several things that need attention about the terms and conditions of purchase including: buyers and sellers, object of sale and purchase, sale and buying agreements. Get along in buying and selling (A Pillars of Islamic) and provisions absolutely necessary, if one of the pillars is not fulfilled, the sale and purchase is canceled. Without going through the purchase contract process, the buying and selling activity is not legal in Islam, this has become a guideline for banjar residents in buying and selling activities, the pronunciation of the qabul consent agreement is mandatory that has been practiced for generations, and without realizing it, it has become one of the local culture of the banjar community

Method used  in study this that is study literature with study by laws normative sharia by origin based on the Koran and sunnah then strengthened with ijtihad opinion para cleric fiqh about law transaction jula buy for child prebaligh and must - have attitude conducted by parents  as in charge child . Results research law transaction buy and sell child prebaligh in Islam divided into 3 opinions , namely : 1 ) Yes and legitimate buying and selling child prebaligh with condition already get his parents ' permission . 2) No legitimate buying and selling child prebaligh because the condition of the person who does activity the must Baligh / Mukallaf . 3) Yes and legitimate sell buy buying and selling child prebaligh although no there is permission from his parents but goods / objects purchased including "little " or simple ”. Abstract

In Indonesia, mobile banking is not a new thing, because it has become part of banking innovation in following global business competition. Therefore, banking institutions try to provide service satisfaction to their customers by providing banking facilities, in the form ofumobile banking services to conduct transactions or business. This study aims to determine the effect of perceived ease of use, perceived benefits, risks, access capabilities, and security on the use of mobile banking. In this study, researchers used quantitative research. This quantitative choice is because it is a type of research activity whose specifications are systematic, well-planned, and clearly structured from the beginning to the making of research designs, both regarding research objectives, research subjects, research objects, data samples, data sources, and methodologies. Based on the results of the analysis and discussion of the previous discussion, it can be concluded that the security guarantee variable has no partial effect on the benefits of saving customers
