Abstract

Penelitian ini dilatarbelakangi keingintahuan peneliti tentang pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan cara yang dilakukan Aqiqah Nurul Hayat Surabaya untuk customer relationship management mempertahankan pelanggan, sehingga masih menjadi pelopor pertama dalam jasa aqiqah di Indonesia. Dalam pelayanan terhadap pelanggan dan mempertahankan pelanggan, Aqiqah Nurul Hayat menerapkan customer relationship management atau manajemen hubungan pelanggan. dalam penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian kualitatif. Metode yang digunakan berupa wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa Aqiqah Nurul Hayat menerapkan customer relationship management dalam mengelolah hubungan dengan pelanggan. Proses yang dilakukan mencakup identifikasi, diferensiasi, kustomisasi, berbagi informasi, keterlibatan pelanggan, kemitraan jangka panjang, pemecahan masalah bersama, teknologi berbasis CRM dan otomatisasi pelayanan. Selain itu, dalam penelitian ini terdapat faktor keberhasilan dan hambatan dalam penerapan customer relationship management.

Abstract

The aim of innovation is to improve the performance of sharia banking. Innovation aims to improve product quality and service, design better products, extend product life cycles, meet customer needs and demands, develop new products and services, new organizational models, and new marketing strategies in addition to saving costs. To generate interest in the products and services offered by Bank Jatim Syariah KC Kediri branch, innovative products and services must be developed. Mobile banking is an example of Bank Jatims approach and dedication in offering digital services to the general public to facilitate transactions. The rise of the digital era is the cause of the high volume of digital transactions in Indonesia. This causes banks to compete with each other to provide the best service to the public. In this case, public relations can help management as a communication facilitator. Mediator and communicator to ensure that the public hears what management has to say and what management says an organization needs to function well. Bank Jatims public relations goal is to build strong relationships with communities, individuals and groups while increasing brand awareness. Observing the importance of the role of public relations as a communication channel makes it very interesting to research. This research methodology uses a case study format and qualitative methodology. Investigation of research findings shows that the role of Bank Jatim PR communication facilitator uses a PR approach in four steps in JConnect socialization, which includes defining the problem, organizing and setting, action, and assessing the initiative.

Abstract

The increasingly tight competition in the banking business has encouraged bank institutions to provide excellent service to exceed customer expectations. E-Channel products are electronic media-based service products. This study aims to determine the marketing strategy of EChannel products at Bank Jatim Syariah Kediri Branch Office. Field Research approach whose primary data is data derived from the field. Based on the results of this study, it is known that the produc E-Channel owned by Bank Jatim Syariah Kediri Branch Office are: ATM, Mobile Banking, SMS Banking, Internet Banking, Kartu Flazz Bank Jatim Syariah, Kartu PNS Elektronik, E-Samsat Jatim, Bank Jatim Syariah Virtual Account.

Abstract

Abstract: The purpose of this study was to determine the application of agricultural zakat and its realization by LAZISNU in Keduk Hamlet, Kedungwangi Village, Sambeng District, Lamongan Regency. This study uses a type of qualitative research and uses a descriptive analytical approach. Data collection techniques using observation, interviews, and documentation. The first result of this study is the application of zakat carried out by LAZISNU in Kedungwangi Village, namely the acquisition of rice farming zakat and the distribution of zakat that has been collected is distributed to mustahik who really need it with the results of deliberations by LAZISNU management, the deliberation is by way of listing the people who are entitled to receive from each RT and data information from the Kedungwangi Village government. The process of forming administrators from several hamlets in Kedungwangi Village should socialize the work program that will be carried out by prospective LAZISNU administrators.

Abstract

Abstract: The development of financial technology (fintech) that occurs globally has given challenges to the financial services sector. Regulatory challenges are mainly due to the decentralization of the financial system as a result of implementing fintech. The problems studied in this study include: (1) What are the implications of the development of fintech and the phenomenon of decentralization of the financial system on the regulatory challenges faced in Indonesia. (2) What form of regulation can be applied in Indonesia to address the challenges of fintech development and decentralization of the financial system. The decentralization of the financial system caused by the implementation of fintech has given rise to its own regulatory challenges. The absence of a comprehensive fintech regulation capable of accommodating the phenomenon of financial system decentralization has the potential to result in weak guarantees of legal certainty and protection. The preparation of the fintech Law based on a principle approach can be a solution to answer the regulatory challenges faced. This paper is juridical normative legal research with conceptual approach, statutory and comparative approach. Keywords: Financial Technology, Decentralized Financial System, Regulation.

Abstract

In the global era, the business world is facing rapid progress. Business actors must be able to fulfill what consumers need and want so that consumers feel satisfied. Apart from that, you must also have a professional marketing strategy so you can compete with other marketers operating in the same field. Store Wiratna Modes is a Muslim fashion store that pays attention to the compatibility between product quality and the price offered to consumers. The aim of this research is to find out about consumer shopping interest in choosing fashion at the Wiratna Modes Store from a sharia economic perspective. This research is a qualitative description with primary data sources from interviews with store owners and employees as well as several consumers. The results of this research show that consumer buying interest is influenced by internal and external factors. Apart from that, Products, Prices, Promotions, Locations and Services too. And based on analysis from researchers, Store Wiratna Modes has implemented sharia principles in serving its consumers

Abstract

Ilmu ekonomi Islam dibangun di atas landasan wahyu dan ajaran syariah, sehingga berbeda secara mendasar dari ekonomi konvensional yang bersumber dari rasionalitas manusia semata. Artikel ini bertujuan menjelaskan peran ushul fikih dalam pembentukan metodologi ilmu ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode studi pustaka dengan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif terhadap literatur klasik dan kontemporer terkait ushul fikih dan ekonomi Islam. Hasil kajian menunjukkan bahwa ushul fikih berperan penting sebagai kerangka epistemologis dalam menggali hukum dan prinsip ekonomi Islam melalui sumber-sumber utama: Al-Qur’an, hadis, ijma’, dan qiyas. Ushul fikih juga menyediakan metodologi istinbath hukum yang memastikan keabsahan setiap kegiatan dan produk ekonomi agar sejalan dengan maqashid al-syariah. Dengan demikian, pengembangan ekonomi Islam tidak hanya bersifat normatif tetapi juga metodologis, menjadikannya disiplin ilmu yang utuh dan berbeda dari sistem ekonomi Barat.

Abstract

Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridho Nganjuk Islamic Boarding School is one of the Islamic Boarding Schools in the city of Nganjuk that implements an entrepreneurship program for its students. One of the entrepreneurship programs implemented at the miftahul mubtadi'in Islamic boarding school is Agriculture, Animal Husbandry and Tempeh Tofu Industry. This study aims to find out the role of the Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridho Islamic Boarding School in fostering the interest and talent of preneur students in the boarding school and to find out the activities of preneur students carried out at the Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridho Islamic Boarding School in fostering the interest and talent of preneur students. The method used in this study is descriptive qualitative research. The data collection technique in this study uses interview, observation, and documentation study techniques. The result of this research is the role of the Miftahul Mubtadiin Ar-Ridho Islamic Boarding School in developing the talent interests of students, namely to accommodate and grow the talents of students, become consumers and become decision-makers so that the entrepreneurial activities run well. And Islamic boarding schools also play a role in providing facilities such as special buildings as a place for activities, providing capital so that these activities can run well, then collaborating with several business partners such as local farmers and alumni.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to examine the effect of compensation and Job Satisfaction on the performance of high school teachers at the High School Education Service in Teluk Bintuni Regency, West Papua, a total of 301 people and 99 teachers who participated as samples in this research. To test the hypothesis in this research using path analysis. After testing the level of validity and regression, it is proven that: Compensation has a positive effect on employee performance. This is shown in the results of simple linear regression which has a calculated t value of 2.142 which is greater than the t table of 1.991. Compensation has a positive influence on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. This is shown in the results of simple linear regression which has a calculated t value of 6,595 which is greater than the t table of 1,991 and a mediation coefficient of 0.154. So it can be concluded that compensation has a positive effect on employee performance which is mediated by job satisfaction. The sharia perspective is defined as God's goal in establishing laws for all of His servants. The essence of the sharia perspective is to realize goodness by avoiding evil or attracting benefits.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to document and showcase the ways in which MI Ma'arif Sentul Tanggulangin Sidoarjo's school organizations have benefited from human resource management strategies by enhancing their performance in areas such as planning, recruiting, and selection. Observation and interviews are the main methods of data gathering in this qualitative study. Human resource management at MI Ma'arif Sentul is carried out by the head of the department through annual supervision evaluations and the implementation of HR planning programs pertaining to policies for recruiting honorary staff, according to the research. The effectiveness of school organizations is greatly enhanced by schools, which offer salaries and transfers f or personnel.
