Abstract

This study was conducted to test whether the implementation of Service and Facility Quality has an influence on BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik Customer Satisfaction. The research data used is primary data obtained through questionnaires to BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik customers. The data obtained were analyzed using multiple regression quantitative analysis methods using the SmartPLS v. 3 program. The results of this study are known that partially the Service Quality variable affects the Customer Satisfaction variable but the Facility variable affects the Customer Satisfaction variable, while simultaneously the two exogenous variables affect the Customer Satisfaction of BPRS Mandiri Mitra Sukses Gresik.

Abstract

The purpose of the researcher in this article is to analyze the philosophical value of zuhud in Islamic economics in order to obtain justice, balance and simplicity in meeting the needs of life and pursuing their economic goals in a way that is in accordance with Islamic values. This research method is a descriptive analysis method, in this study using a type of descriptive qualitative research, the approach understands the philosophical value of zuhud in Islamic economics. While the data collection technique used by the author in this study is to review the review of articles and previous studies, books, websites and POP (Publish or Perish) applications as well as in other literature studies. The result of this research is that zuhud is very important in Islamic economics because it helps people to obtain justice and balance in meeting their needs. In Islamic economics, zuhud has several important philosophical values, including: First, the Value of Simplicity. Second, the value of justice. Third, the balance value. Fourth, the value of piety. In an economic context, zuhud helps people to pursue their economic goals in a way that is in accordance with Islamic values and provides benefits to society as a whole. According to Imam al-Ghazali, there are seven conditions that must be met by humans for the preservation of the concept of din (religion) in economic practice. First, is goodwill at the beginning of economic activity. Second, humans must meet the requirements of social utility, as in commerce. Third, economic activity should not deprive people of Islamic principles. Fourth, remembrance (remember) to Allah must be in the market. Fifth, humans do not have to be greedy. Sixth, regardless of legal opinion (fatwa) a Muslim must listen to his own voice in order to achieve resonance in trade along with Islamic principles. Seventh, is fair trade and conduct. One of the objectives of the teachings of the Qadiriyah Wan Naqsabandiyah Order is to develop human love (mahabbah) for Allah SWT.

Abstract

The result showed that the consumption pattern of PGRI 13 Surabaya Vocational High School Students had implemented an attitude of not exaggerating, having sense of empathy so that students helped their fellow friends a lot by giving alms to food or giving money, applying adab ehen eating and drinking, always beig careful with halal labels and date expired save just in case Islamic consumption theory has also been applied by students through the SKOLA application with five principles, namely : the principles of justice, cleanliness, simplicity, generosity, and the principles of morality. The conclusion of this study is that based on the consumtion pattern they have used while using this application, a lot of awareness has been made and it reflects consumption behavior in Islam.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the factors that influence consumers in choosing halal products. This research was conducted by collecting information based on the result of interviews regarding the factors that influence consumer in choosing halal products with reference to several related theories. The result of this study can be seen that the factors that influence consumers in choosing halal products are derived from religious principles, environmental, and health factors. On the other hand, the government is role in implementing halal certification and labeling regulations also has an effect on making it easier for consumers to choose halal product.

Abstract

This study examines the effect of Islamic financial literacy and consumptive behavior on interest in online loan services at Yudharta University, Pasuruan. This research uses a quantitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques through distributing questionnaires using the Google form. Data analysis using multiple linear regression. The results of the research in this study indicate that Islamic financial literacy and consumptive behavior affect interest in online loan services.

Abstract

Peran Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) Surabaya dalam mencetak pengusaha "merupakan hasil penelitian kualitatif yang bertujuan menjawab pertanyaan tentang bagaimana peran Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) Surabaya dalam mencetak pengusaha dan proses apa saja yang mendukung dan menghambat Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) Surabaya dalam mencetak wirausaha. Metodologi penelitian yang digunakan adalah pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif. Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara langsung dengan informan, dalam penelitian ini pengelola Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) Surabaya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Peran Mandiri Entrepreneur Center (MEC) Surabaya dalam mencetak wirausaha adalah dengan menjalankan pendidikan kewirausahaan yang mengajarkan teori dan praktek secara langsung. Hal ini dibuktikan dengan beberapa program kewirausahaan diantaranya Entrepreneur Camp, Entrepreneur Session, Entrepreneur Motivation dan Entrepreneur Challenge.

Abstract

Ukuran keberhasilan perusahaan perbankan didukung oleh prestasi kerja pegawai secara keseluruhan, dan sistim pengelolaan sumber daya manusia secara tepat melalui program mutasi. Penelitian yang mengambil 72 pegawai di PT. Bank Jatim cabang Surabaya secara proportional sampling bertujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor persepsi atas mutasi yang meliputi program mutasi, tujuan mutasi, sebab mutasi, proses mutasi dan dampak mutasi sebagai objek yang dipersepsikan, serta dampaknya terhadap prestasi kerja pegawai. Data dikumpulkan melalui angket model skala likert. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa persepsi atas mutasi dan dampak mutasi secara bersama-sama berpengaruh positif sangat signifikan terhadap prestasi kerja. Factor persepsi atas mutasi mampu memberikan sumbangan terhadap prestasi kerja sebesar 99,3%. Melalui hasil analisis parsial diketahui pula bahwa aspek persepsi terhadap proses menjadi faktor yang paling dominan memberikan sumbangan terbesar terhadap peningkatan prestasi kerja pegawai pegawai di Bank Jatim cabang Utama Surabaya.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan perilaku konsumsi Mahasantri Pondok Pesantren Fadllillah Waru Sidoarjo dan menganalisisnya dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Fenomena menunjukkan adanya pengaruh perilaku konsumsi antar Mahasantri yang belum sepenuhnya sesuai dengan nilai kesederhanaan dan larangan israf (berlebih-lebihan) sebagaimana ajaran Islam. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Data diperoleh melalui observasi, wawancara, dan dokumentasi, dengan informan dari pihak yayasan, pengurus, dan Mahasantri Pondok Pesantren Fadllillah dan Al-Jihad. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa sebagian Mahasantri belum mampu menempatkan kebutuhan secara proporsional antara ?ar?r?yat, ??j?yat, dan ta?sin?yat. Banyak Mahasantri yang masih berperilaku konsumtif, cenderung mengikuti keinginan, dan bersikap israf serta tadb?r. Secara umum, Mahasantri telah membelanjakan harta pada hal yang halal, tetapi belum mampu menerapkan prinsip kesederhanaan dalam konsumsi sesuai nilai-nilai ekonomi Islam.

Abstract

Ekonomi Islam dalam mewujudkan perekonomian umat Islam di Indonesia merupakan suatu keharusan dan harus mendapat dukungan dari semua pihak agar umat Islam di Indonesia sebagai mayoritas menjadi masyarakat yang sejahtera lahir dan batin. Untuk mewujudkan dunia bisnis muslimdi Indonesia yang tangguh, kreatif, dan berdaya saing tinggi harus mampu memberikan pemahaman dan kecerdasan kepada masyarakat dalam menjalankan usahanya berdasarkan etika dan prinsip bisnis yang berbasis syariah, seperti mendasarkan pada karakteristik nubuwwah disingkat SAFT, yaitu Shiddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, dan Tabligh. ABSTRACT Islamic economics in realizing the economy of Muslims in Indonesia is a must and should get the support of all parties so that Muslims in Indonesia as the majority become a society that is spiritually and materially prosperous. To realize the Muslim business world in Indonesia that is strong, creative and highly competitive, it must be able to provide understanding and intelligence to the community in running their business based on ethics and sharia-based business principles, such as basing on the characteristics of nubuwwah abbreviated as with SAFT, namely Siddiq, Amanah, Fathanah, and Tabligh.

Abstract

The research topic in this study is the use of the marketplace marketplace to increase product marketing for the Mabrur auto factory UMKM in Bungbaruh Village, Kadur District, Pamekasan Regency. The purpose of writing this research is to introduce marketplace shopee to increase the marketing of Oto' Mabrur products. The method used in this research is that the researcher used a qualitative approach with a descriptive research type. Data collection techniques using documentation, observation and interviews. This training program aims to help owners of oto' snack production in Bungbaruh Village improve the marketing of their products through the Shopee marketplaceplatform. Through targeted interviews and outreach, business owners are provided with the in-depth understanding and skills needed to use Shopee as an effective marketing tool. It is hoped that with the continuous application of this new knowledge, sales of hawker otto' can increase significantly and their business can grow better in a wider market. The increase in marketing and exposure on the Shopee platform is expected to open up new opportunities and business growth potential for the production of oto' snacks in Bungbaruh Village.
