Abstract

This study analyzes the performance of the Aceh Singkil Regency Financial Management Agency from 2020 to 2022 using the value-for-money concept, which includes economy, efficiency, and effectiveness. By examining financial statements, specifically the Budget Realization Report (LRA) and Government Agency Performance Report (LAKIP), and employing time series data, this quantitative research reveals that the agency achieved a very good rating. The economic ratio averaged 95.65% (economical), the efficiency ratio 92% (efficient), and the effectiveness ratio 103% (effective), demonstrating that the agency has successfully applied value-for-money principles in budget management. Initially focused on inputs, outputs, and outcomes, the agency has since expanded its approach, achieving strong results in managing its programs and budget effectively.

Abstract

ABSTRAKPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Gaya Kepemimpinan Terhadap Motivasi Kerja Aparatur Desa Babul Makmur Kecamatan Simeulue Barat Kabupaten Simeulue. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, dokumentasi dan wawancara. Metode analisis data yang digunakan adalah penelitian deskriptif dengan menggunakan metode dan pendekatan kuantitatif yang menggambarkan gaya kepemimpinan terhadap motivasi kerja aparatur desa. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hasil pengujian secara individual variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan  mempunyai berpengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Motivasi Kerja Aparatur Desa di Desa Babul Makmur Kecamatan Simeulue Barat  Kabupaten Simeulue. Berdasarkan perhitungan analisis koefisien korelasi dan determinasi penulis dapat menjelaskan bahwa tingkat persentase yang dipengaruhi oleh variabel Gaya Kepemimpinan  terhadap Motivasi Kerja Aparatur Desa di Desa Babul Makmur Kecamatan Simeulue Barat  Kabupaten Simeulue sebesar 85,2 persen sedangkan sisanya sebesar 14,8 persen dapat dijelaskan oleh variabel lain diluar model penelitian. Kata Kunci: Gaya Kepemimpinan, Motivasi Kerja

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan sebuah negara yang memiliki ribuan kepulauan yang mana setiap pulaunya merupakan daerah yang berkembang. Awal tahun 2020 sampai saat ini Indonesia mengalami wabah virus Covid-19 yang mengakibatkan penurunan tingkat perekonomian. Adapun upaya pemerintah Indonesia menanggapi hal ini yaitu dengan memberikan stimulus berupa Bantuan Subsidi Upah (BSU) kepada tenaga kerja yang aktif menjadi peserta di BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Tujuan BSU adalah untuk membantu perekonomian dari tenaga kerja yang perekonomiannya kecil dan terdampak covid-19. Tujuan dilakukan “Analisis Peran BPJS Ketenagakerjaan Cabang Meulaboh Dalam Penyaluran Bantuan Subsidi Upah Kepada Tenaga Kerja Selama Pandemi Covid-19 di Meulaboh” adalah untuk memperoleh data serta menambah wawasan tentang Bantuan Subsidi Upah (BSU) yang disalurkan oleh Kementerian Tenaga Kerja melaui BPJS Ketenagakerjaan. Penelitian ini menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data yang diperoleh melalui wawancara, dan dokumentasi lalu akan dianalisis dengan cara mereduksi data, verifikasi data dan penarikankesimpulan yang relevant.Kata kunci : Bantuan Subsidi Upah, BPJS Ketenagakerjaan, Covid-19

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengidentifikasi dan mendeskripsikan pengaruh produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja pegawai Bappeda Aceh Selatan, percobaan teori pertama melihat motivasi kerja berpengaruh terhadap kesenangan kerja, secara parsial menguji hipotesis kedua bahwa motivasi dalam beraktivitas memiliki pengaruh dampak besar pada kepuasan kerja. Pengujian hipotesis ketiga menunjukkan bahwa motivasi kerja membuktikan bahwa produktivitas kerja terhadap motivasi kerja dari persaingan kerja juga berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas kerja. Uji teori keempat terbukti berpengaruh terhadap motivasi kerja, budaya berpengaruh terhadap kreativitas kerja dan kepuasan kerja. motivasi kerja berpengaruh efektif terhadap produktivitas kerja melalui kepuasan kerja. merumuskan kepuasan kerja diperoleh hubungan antara motivasi kerja dengan produktivitas kerja. Persaingan kerja berpengaruh positif, meringkas hasil kepuasan kerja tidak dapat menyelesaikan hubungan persaingan kerja terhadap produktivitas kerja.

Abstract

This study examined and analyzed the influence of inflation rate and per capita income on household consumption in Aceh province. This study used secondary data accessed on the Central Bureau of Statistics for 12 years (2009-2020). The method of data analysis used was the Multiple Linear Regression analysis method using Eviews 10. The results study indicated that inflation had no significant effect on Household Consumption in Aceh Province, and Per capita income had a positive and significant effect on Household Consumption in Aceh Province. Simultaneously, Inflation and Per capita Income had a significant effect on Household Consumption in Aceh Province

Abstract

Economic globalization provides opportunities and risks to economic growth in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the effect of the number of workers, net exports and household consumption on the GRDP of the provinces in Indonesia. This study uses the Fixed Effect Model (FEM) panel data analysis model using the variables GRDP, percentage of labour, total net exports, and household consumption for each province in Indonesia in 2015-2020. The results showed that household consumption and exports contributed positively to the GRDP for each province, although in small amounts. Meanwhile, the workforce has not contributed to economic growth. Therefore, it is recommended for each region to increase cooperation in increasing development and increasing investment in the field of export commodities so that there is an increase in export volume, which has a positive impact on economic growth. The policy of creating jobs through increased investment needs to be carried out to reduce unemployment and affect economic growth

Abstract

This study examines the effect of monetary factors on fisherman exchange rates in Aceh Province. The financial review includes the household consumption index for fishing fishermen, diesel fuel, and the human development index. This study used time series data for 2012-2020, and data analysis was carried out using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the household consumption index of fishing fishermen has a negative but insignificant effect on the exchange rate of fishing fishermen in Aceh Province. The cause is the habit of capturing fishermen to consume beyond their means (especially consuming non-food goods such as luxury goods), which impacts high inflation rates. Meanwhile, the price of diesel fuel has a positive but insignificant effect on the exchange rate of fishermen in Aceh Province. The reason is due to the limited use of subsidized diesel fuel provided by the government so that when the price of diesel rises or falls, fishermen will still buy up to the limit provided by the government, and the price of diesel fuel is an indispensable need. Furthermore, the human development index negatively and significantly influences the exchange rate of captured fishermen in Aceh Province. Based on the human development index in the education sector, fishermen in Aceh Province still need higher education, so they cannot manage their lifestyle and finances properly even though their income is high.

Abstract

This studysaims toanalyze thejlevel of tax compliance with employees in thedPublic Works and Spatial Planning Officejof West Aceh District. Taxpayer compliance can increase state revenue. Employees who are subject to tax at the Public Works and Spatial Planning (PUPR) Office of West Aceh Regency depend on the large amount of Non-Taxable Income (PTKP) received by employees. With the number of employees affected by the taxpayer at the West Aceh District PUPR Service, there are still several employees who are late when reporting their taxes. This studyfuses ayqualitative descriptiveyresearch design. Datarwas collectedwby documentationrand interview methods. The datajanalysis method used in this study is a qualitative analysis method. The results showed that the level of tax compliance with employees at the West Aceh District PUPR Service was in the very good category, this was due to an increase in employee compliance in paying taxes at the West Aceh District PUPR Service. Obstacles experienced in realizing taxpayer compliance for PUPR Service employees of West Aceh Regency, namely the lack of understanding and awareness of taxpayers, the income level of taxpayers and not understanding when accessing online or not mastering IT when submitting their SPT reports.Keywords : Compliance, Taxpayers, Employees

Abstract

South Aceh Regency has 18 scattered sub-districts, and the distribution of the sub-district population is uneven so that it has an impact on differences in the population's economy between Tapak Tuan City and other sub-districts. It is inevitable that poverty will still hit this district, according to data from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) the poverty rate for South Aceh Regency will reach 32.700 in 2022. To help the less fortunate, the government has made efforts to provide assistance sourced from the regional expenditure revenue budget.This research was made to find out and explain the extent of the influence of regional expenditure budgets on poverty alleviation in South Aceh district. This research was conducted from January to May 2023, using the Simple Linear Regression statistical data analysis method to make it easier for researchers to get the desired results. data brought by this researcher from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS) of South Aceh RegencyThe regression coefficient obtained is 4.468E-6 with a significant value of 0.259> 0.05 where it is shown that the coefficient is positive, so what is obtained is that there is a close relationship between the regional expenditure budget and poverty, where if the APBD budget has increased then there is also an increase in poverty. From the results of R square, it is found that 77.3% of this can be used to see the magnitude of the influence. From the calculated t value of 3.197%, which means it is in the receiving area of Ha. F value count 10.220

Abstract

Credit is a business that generates a lot of returns or high returns, but the loan carries a high risk. The reason why loans cannot be repaid is usually because the loan capital is used for other purposes, for example to start a business first, but then the capital is used for other purposes. The purpose of this research is to analyze the Financial Information Service (SLIK) system in lending in general. The research method uses descriptive qualitative and data collection techniques using primary data, namely the source of data obtained from interviews, and direct observation with certain parties. The results of this study are to show how the role of SLIK in the credit granting process. SLIK plays a role in supporting the smooth running of small businesses in lending because an effective information system encourages productivity and can prevent errors and credit that is detrimental to banks because too much wrong information is not healthy. About the role of SLIK (Financial Information Service System) at Bank Syariah Indonesia KCP Meulaboh Imam Bonjol, namely as an aid in the form of an application launched by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) to select prospective debtors and is very useful in selecting prospective debtors, because SLIK provides information on prospective debtors using debt history information that contains complete information for bank decision making.
