Abstract

This study aims to enhance students' digital literacy in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) through the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach. The research was conducted in grade XI at SMAN 9 Padang over two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results revealed that the TPACK approach significantly improved students' digital literacy. In the first cycle, the students' digital literacy mastery reached 56%, increasing to 85% in the second cycle. This approach integrated technology, pedagogy, and content to create an interactive and relevant learning experience. The success was supported by the use of digital media, such as interactive videos and presentation applications, as well as student collaboration in group discussions. The study concludes that the TPACK approach effectively enhances students' digital literacy while improving their understanding of PAI materials.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) subjects through the application of group discussion methods. This study used a Classroom Action Research (PTK) approach carried out in two cycles, each consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The research subjects were class X students of SMK Negeri 1 West Sumatra, totaling 20 people. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, observation sheets, and interviews. The results showed that the application of the group discussion method can improve student learning outcomes. In cycle I, the percentage of learning completeness reached 65%, while in cycle II it increased to 85%. In addition, group discussion also increased students' involvement in the learning process, as indicated by the increase in student activity observation scores. This method proved effective in encouraging collaboration, concept understanding, and students' critical thinking skills. Thus, the application of group discussion is recommended to be used as an alternative learning method in PAI subjects, especially to improve learning outcomes and student involvement in the teaching and learning process. Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education through the implementation of the symposium discussion method. The research subjects were 25 students from Grade X of SMKN 1 Ranah Ampek Hulu Tapan. This study employed a classroom action research design conducted in two cycles. The results revealed a significant improvement in learning outcomes. Students' average scores increased from 60.76 during the pre-cycle to 73.4 in Cycle I and 92.30 in Cycle II. This improvement was attributed to active student engagement during discussions, the implementation of an engaging method, and the support of learning media. The symposium discussion method effectively encouraged students to actively participate, think critically, and enhance their understanding of the subject matter. This study recommends the symposium discussion method as an innovative teaching strategy to improve students' learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study aims to identify whether the application of Inquiry-Based Learning in learning tolerance material in Islam can increase the learning motivation of class XI students at SMAN 9 Padang, and to find out what factors affect the effectiveness of the use of this model. It is expected that the results of this study can make a significant contribution in an effort to improve the quality of learning in schools, especially in increasing student motivation to learn the material taught. This research uses Classroom Action Research (PTK) which aims to improve the quality of learning in the classroom by designing, implementing, and evaluating actions repeatedly to improve or improve ongoing learning practices. The population in this study were all grade XI students enrolled in SMA Negeri 9 Padang in the 2023/2024 school year totaling 300 students who took Islamic Religious Education subjects. The sample in this study was taken by purposive sampling, namely choosing a class that was in accordance with the research objectives. The sample selected was one class from a group of grade XI students who had a low level of learning motivation or were in a condition that needed improvement. This sample amounted to about 30-35 students. Based on the results of the research conducted through three cycles of Inquiry-Based Learning implementation, it can be concluded that this learning model is effective in improving learning motivation

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh through the use of audio-visual media. Learning media based on audio visual can help students understand the material more effectively, because it can stimulate the senses of sight and hearing at once. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) carried out in two cycles, with each cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were class V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh, totaling 14 people. The results showed a significant increase in student learning outcomes after the application of audio-visual media. In cycle I, the average student score was 70, with a percentage of completeness of 60%. In cycle II, the average student score increased to 85, with the percentage of completeness reaching 90%. This shows that the use of audio-visual media can increase students' motivation, understanding, and involvement in the learning process. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the use of audio-visual media can improve the learning outcomes of grade V students of SDN 28 Karang Pauh. Therefore, it is recommended that teachers utilize audio visual media as an alternative in learning to improve the quality of education in elementary schools.

Abstract

This study aims to improve student learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education using the Technological Pedagogical Content Knowledge (TPACK) approach among 11th-grade students at SMA Negeri 2 Sipora. This classroom action research consisted of two cycles, each encompassing planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results indicated that only 23% of students achieved the Learning Objective Mastery Criteria (KKTP) during the pre-cycle. After applying the TPACK approach, learning mastery increased to 93.3% in the second cycle. This improvement was driven by the use of technology-based learning media, varied teaching methods such as group discussions, and active student engagement in the learning process. The study demonstrates that the TPACK approach effectively enhances student learning outcomes, especially in technology-integrated education relevant to students' needs.

Abstract

This Classroom Action Research (PTK) aims to improve student learning outcomes in the subject of Islamic Religious Education and Ethics (PAI-BP) through the application of group discussion methods in class X SMK N 2 Pariaman. The low student learning outcomes in the previous material indicated the need for a more active and collaborative learning strategy to increase student engagement and concept understanding. This research was conducted in two cycles, each of which consisted of planning, action, observation, and reflection stages. Data were collected through learning outcome tests, participatory observation, and student response questionnaires. The results showed that the group discussion method significantly improved student learning outcomes, as evidenced by the increase in the average score and percentage of learning completeness from the first cycle to the second cycle. In addition, students' activities and participation in the learning process also increased. Thus, the group discussion method is effective as one of the collaborative learning approaches in improving student learning outcomes in PAI-BP subjects.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of the PBJL method in improving the learning outcomes of class X students of Islamic religion subjects on the aspect of Knowing adultery and promiscuity to maintain human dignity. The subjects in this study were class X at SMAN 9 Padang. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, namely cycle I, cycle II. Each cycle is a series of activities, each of which consists of 4 stages of planning, implementation of observation / observation and reflection. This Classroom Action Research uses data collection methods, namely oral tests, observation sheets and documentation. The data analysis used by comparing the achievement of learning outcomes for each cycle is marked by an increase in the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) or using qualitative descriptive. The results obtained from this study are an increase in the learning outcomes of class X students of Islamic religious education subjects in the aspect of the Qur'an strengthening harmony through tolerance. The class average at the pre-cycle stage was 6.78, in cycle I it rose to 75.89 in cycle II it increased again to 83.75. Classical completeness at the pre-cycle stage was 22.2% in cycle 1 to 75.89, in cycle I it increased again to 75.4%, in cycle II it increased again to 83.75%. Based on these learning results, it can be concluded that through the Project Based Learning method can improve the learning outcomes of class X students in the field of Islamic Religious Education in the aspect of the Qur'an the material of prohibition of adultery and promiscuity in the 2024-2025 school year.

Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education through the implementation of the discussion method. The research was conducted in a classroom using a classroom action research approach involving three cycles. The results show a significant increase in students' learning mastery, from 29.41% in the pre-cycle, 70.59% in Cycle I, to 94.12% in Cycle II. The discussion method provided students with opportunities to interact, exchange ideas, and collaboratively construct understanding. Factors contributing to the success included material relevance, the teacher's role as a facilitator, and continuous evaluation. This method proved effective in enhancing students' comprehension, social skills, and learning motivation. The findings suggest that the discussion method can be employed as an innovative approach to improve the quality of education.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the understanding of grade V students of UPT SDN 30 Koto Tuo about the differences between zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf and gifts through the use of learning videos. The problem faced is the lack of student understanding of these concepts which are very important in social and religious life. The method used in this research is classroom action research (PTK) with a cycle consisting of planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. During the implementation of the action, students were given material about zakat, infaq, sadaqah, waqf, and gifts using learning videos that were designed in an interesting and interactive way. The results showed that the use of learning videos can improve students' understanding of the differences between the five concepts. This is evidenced by the increase in the average score of student comprehension tests before and after the use of learning videos. This study suggests that learning videos be used as an alternative in the learning process to improve students' understanding of the material taught.
