Abstract

The purpose of this research is: to determine the improvement of counting skills of children aged 5-6 years through gravel games at TK Negeri Pembina 02 Kampar. This research method is Classroom Action Research (CAR) which is carried out in two cycles. Each cycle consists of two meetings and four stages, namely the planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The time of this research was carried out from July to August 2024. The subjects of this study were 5-6 year old children at TK Negeri Pembina 02 Kampar, totalling 15 children. Data collection techniques are documentation, observation and tests. The results of this study indicate that there is an increase in counting ability from the time of pre-action. Children's counting ability at the time of pre-action showed results in the category of still developing (MB) which was shown from the total assessment only reached 47.5% which was included in the category of Still Developing (MB). Meanwhile, the total score of children's counting ability at the second meeting of cycle I was 215 or 67.2%, while the total score of children's counting ability in cycle II was 268 or 83.8% which is included in the Very Well Developed category (BSB). This achievement has been at 83.8% or part of the students who get the predicate of developing very well, so there is no need to take action again through the third cycle.

Abstract

This study is motivated by the low ability of children in recognising numbers, therefore researchers provide a solution to solve this problem in the form of using number tree media to improve children's ability to recognise numbers. The type of research applied is classroom action research with the aim of improving the learning process and improving learning outcomes, especially improving children's ability to recognise numbers. This research was carried out in two cycles, each cycle of 2 meetings with the stages of planning implementation observation and reflection as specified in the class action research system. The data collection technique used is observation with the instrument observation sheet and documentation to capture events during the research process, while the first data analysis technique is quantitative the data obtained is then analysed quantitatively both from the teacher's activity teaching student learning activities and student learning outcomes after quantitative data analysis is carried out Then further discussed or analysed qualitatively so that the data collected can be interpreted or interpreted clearly. From the implementation of this study, the data resulted in a significant increase from the cycle which was only 33.7% to 58% at the end of cycle 2 and this research was declared successful.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the results of observations at the Kemala Bhayangkari Bangkinang City Kindergarten regarding children's fine motor skills that had not developed optimally. So improvements need to be made through busy book media. The problem in this research is that children have difficulty holding a pencil, children lack concentration, are not precise and neat and lack patience in carrying out learning activities related to fine motor skills, children are not able to follow the pattern lines ordered by the teacher, children have difficulty recognizing colors. This research aims to improve the fine motor skills of class A children at the Kemala Bhayangkari Bangkinang City Kindergarten through busy book media. The subjects in this study were 15 children consisting of 8 girls and 7 boys. This research uses classroom action research methods. This research consisted of two cycles and each cycle was held in 2 meetings. The data collection techniques used are observation and documentation. From the calculations carried out, it can be seen that the percentage of children's fine motor skills has increased from the initial condition of the number of children with the Not Yet Developed (BB) criteria of 59.9%. In cycle I the criteria for Not Yet Developed (BB) was reduced to 17.9%. In cycle II, the criteria for Not Yet Developed (BB) were reduced again to 1.65%. This proves that busy book media can improve children's fine motor skills at the Kemala Bhayangkari Bangkinang City Kindergarten.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the lack of children's ability to recognize hijaiyah letters, differentiate hijaiyah letters and have not been able to pronounce hijaiyah letters correctly. This study aims to explain efforts to improve the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in early childhood with the help of the iqro' book at TK IT Khadijah Al Kubro. This type of research is classroom action research (PTK). This study consists of two cycles, consisting of four stages, namely: planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this study were group B, totaling 15 people. The results of the research and assessment of this PTK showed that there was an increase in the ability to recognize hijaiyah letters in early childhood with the help of the iqro' book, namely: it was proven that in the pre-cycle it was only 20%, increasing in cycle 1 to 33.3%, until in cycle 2 it reached a maximum increase of 87%. In addition, the efforts made by teachers in introducing the hijaiyah letters to early childhood at TK IT Khadijah Al Kubro are one by one reciting or reading the hijaiyah letters guided by the teacher using the iqro book. In addition, teachers also introduce the hijaiyah letters by writing several hijaiyah letters on the board.

Abstract

This research is motivated by the ability of independence in children at Khadijah Al-Kubro Kindergarten has not developed optimally. The problem in this study is “Is there an increase in independence by applying the habituation method to children in IT Khadijak Al Kubro Kindergarten?”. The purpose of the study was to determine the increase in the ability of independence by applying the habituation method at Khadijah Alkubro Kindergarten Bangkinang Kota. This research method is classroom action research (PTK) which is carried out 2 cycles. This research was conducted from July 15, 2024 - July 25, 2024. The subjects in this study were children aged 5-6 years at Khadijah Al-Kubro Kindergarten, namely 15 children. Data collection in this study used observation sheets and documentation. The results of this study showed that in cycle I there was an increase to 64% and in cycle II there was an increase to 83%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of habituation methods can improve the ability of independence in children aged 5-6 years at Khadijah Al-Kubro Kindergarten.

Abstract

This research was motivated by the fact that children's letter recognition abilities at Khadijah Al-Kubro Kindergarten had not developed optimally. The problem in this research is "Can the use of picture letter card media improve the ability to recognize letters in the Khadijah Alkubro Bangkinang City Kindergarten?". The aim of the research is to determine the increase in the ability to recognize letters by using picture letter card media in the Khadijah Alkubro Bangkinang City Kindergarten. This research method is classroom action research (PTK) which was carried out in 2 cycles. This research was carried out from 29 August 2024 - 05 September 2024. The subjects in this research were children aged 5-6 years at Khadijah Al-Kubro Kindergarten, namely 15 children. Data collection in this research used observation and documentation sheets. The results of this research show that in cycle I there was an increase to 56% and in cycle II there was an increase to 87%. Thus, it can be concluded that the use of picture letter cards can improve the ability to recognize letters in children aged 5-6 years at Khadijah Al- Kubro Kindergarten.

Abstract

This study aims to improve the learning outcomes of 10th-grade students in class E1 at SMAN 7 Padang by implementing the recitation method in Islamic Education (PAI) learning. The Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted over four cycles, each involving planning, implementation, observation, and reflection. The recitation method involved assigning individual and group tasks to encourage students' independence, responsibility, and active participation in learning. The findings revealed significant improvements in students' preparedness and learning outcomes in each cycle. By the fourth cycle, 90% of students demonstrated enhanced material comprehension and active participation during the learning process. The recitation method proved effective in increasing learning motivation, student readiness, and learning outcomes, provided that the tasks were appropriately tailored to students' abilities and regularly evaluated. The main obstacles were students' varied backgrounds and the lack of involvement of some students in completing assignments.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether the application of the lecture method can improve the learning outcomes of grade X students of Islamic Religious Education subjects on the aspect of Achieving Success Through Competing in Goodness and Work Ethic. The subjects in this study were grade XI students at SMK Negeri 8 Padang. This research is a Classroom Action Research (PTK) which consists of 2 cycles, namely cycle I, cycle II. Each cycle is a series of activities, each of which consists of 4 stages of planning, implementation, observation / observation and reflection. This Classroom Action Research uses data collection methods, namely oral tests, observation sheets and documentation. The data analysis used by comparing the achievement of learning outcomes for each cycle with a marked increase in the minimum completeness criteria (KKM) or using descriptive-qualitative. The results obtained from this study are an increase in the learning outcomes of class XI students of Islamic Religious Education subjects on aspects of the Qur'an Strengthening Harmony through Tolerance. The class average at the pre-cycle stage was 6.78, in cycle I it rose to 75.89, in cycle II it increased again to 83.75. And classical completeness at the pre-cycle stage was 22.2%, in cycle I it became 75.4%, in cycle II it increased again to 83.75%. Based on these learning outcomes, it can be concluded that through the lecture method can improve the learning outcomes of class XI students of Islamic Religious Education subjects in the aspect of Al-Qur'an Material Strengthening Harmony through Tolerance in the 2024-2025 academic year. Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of the TPACK (Technological Pedagogical and Content Knowledge) approach in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) learning to enhance students' digital literacy at SMKN 1 Pancung Soal. This approach integrates technology, pedagogy, and subject content to create an interactive and relevant learning experience in the digital era. Classroom Action Research (CAR) was employed, involving eleventh-grade students as research subjects. The findings indicate that the implementation of TPACK significantly improved students' digital literacy skills, including online information searching, source evaluation, and digital collaboration. Additionally, students demonstrated enhanced comprehension of religious materials and active participation in learning. Abstract

This study aims to improve students' learning outcomes in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) for grade V at SDN 33 Gurun Panjang through the implementation of the Problem-Based Learning (PBL) model. This Classroom Action Research (CAR) was conducted in two cycles, each comprising planning, implementation, observation, and reflection stages. The results showed a significant improvement in students' learning outcomes, with learning mastery increasing from 37.5% in the pre-cycle to 56.25% in the first cycle and reaching 87.5% in the second cycle. The PBL approach motivated students to actively participate in the learning process through group discussions and real-world problem-solving. This success was supported by the teacher's role as a facilitator, increased student engagement, and engaging teaching strategies. The study concludes that PBL is effective in improving students' learning outcomes while creating an interactive and enjoyable learning environment.
