Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of facilities and prices on the intention to revisit West Java International Airport (BIJB) Kertajati. The background of this study is based on the low level of repeat visits by the public to BIJB, which is suspected to be caused by suboptimal facilities and the mismatch of price perceptions with the services received. This study uses a quantitative approach with multiple linear regression analysis methods on primary data obtained through questionnaires to airport service users. Two main hypotheses are tested in this study, namely the positive influence of facilities and prices on the intention to revisit, both partially and simultaneously. The results of the analysis show that both facilities and prices have a significant and positive influence on the intention to revisit BIJB Kertajati. The regression coefficients for facilities and prices are 0.228 and 1.772, respectively, indicating that price has a greater influence than facilities. This finding indicates that perceptions of affordability and suitability of price to benefits received are dominant factors in driving consumer loyalty. Therefore, BIJB managers need to improve the quality of facilities and establish competitive pricing strategies to attract service users sustainably.

Abstract

The objectives to be achieved in this research are (1) To determine the effect of locus of control on the performance of employees at the Lau sub-district office, Maros Regency, (2) To determine the work environment on the performance of employees at the Lau sub-district office, Maros Regency, and (3) To determine the influence of locus. of control and work environment together on the performance of employees of the Lau sub-district office, Maros district. The analytical method used in this research is quantitative descriptive to answer the hypothesis in this research. In answering the hypothesis, the instrument test method is used consisting of validity and reliability tests, prerequisite tests consist of normality, multicollinearity and heteroscedasticity tests, inferential tests consist of regression tests consisting of multiple linear regression analysis, correlation coefficient, coefficient of determination and hypothesis testing (partial test). and simultaneous). The results of the regression research Y= 1, 238 + 0.341 %. Then the remainder was influenced by other factors outside this research, amounting to 45.9%. The test results consist of (1) Hypothesis table 2.03951 with a significant value showing 0.000 < Sig 0.05, then the conclusion is that hypothesis that the hypothesis is proven, namely that locus of control and the work environment have a significant effect on the performance of employees at the Lau Subdistrict Office, Maros Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the influence of marketing mix (product, price, promotion and location on students' purchasing decisions in the FEB Udayana University canteen. This study aims to understand students' preferences in choosing food and drinks in the FEB Udayana University canteen, as well as what factors most influence their purchasing decisions. In this study, the product is measured from the taste of the products offered, the varied menu, the immediacy of food and drink ingredients and the cleanliness of the canteen itself. Price is measured from an affordable price, according to students' pockets, the price applied according to the comfort of the canteen and according to the quality of the product. Promotion is measured by the way the canteen carries out mouth to mouth promotion and advertising. The location variable is measured from the location of the canteen which can be easily reached, seen, the availability of sufficient parking space and the comfort of the place. While purchasing decisions are measured from students' desire to know, try, and consider buying the product. This study uses a quantitative method with data collected through a questionnaire, then analyzed using the classical assumption test and multiple linear regression using the SPSS program. The results of the analysis show that product, price, promotion, do not influence purchasing decisions while location has a positive influence on purchasing decisions. However, simultaneously or together, variable X (Product, Price, Promotion, Location) has an influence on variable Y (Purchasing Decision).

Abstract

This study examines the influence of price and product quality on home purchasing decisions. The population includes individuals or families planning to buy a house or who have purchased one in the last five years. Using purposive sampling, 36 respondents were selected based on the Slovin formula with a 5% margin of error. Data were gathered through a questionnaire employing a five-point Likert scale. Regression analysis revealed that price has a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions (t = 13.936; p = 0.000), aligning with consumer behavior theory, which highlights price as a key factor—especially in the property sector. Similarly, product quality significantly affects home buying decisions (t = 3.021; p = 0.005), emphasizing the importance of elements such as materials, design, and facilities. The coefficient of determination (R² = 0.876) indicates that 87.6% of the variation in home purchasing decisions is explained by price and product quality, while the adjusted R² (0.868) confirms strong model reliability. These findings suggest that property developers should prioritize competitive pricing and quality improvements to align with consumer preferences and enhance market competitiveness.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work motivation and job satisfaction on organizational commitment at Wadesa Restaurant. The method used is a quantitative approach with a causal associative design to test the relationship between independent variables, namely work motivation (X1) and job satisfaction (X2), on the dependent variable, namely organizational commitment (Y). The sample in this study included all employees of Wadesa Restaurant totaling 45 people, with a saturated sampling technique to obtain more accurate data. Data were collected through observation, distributing questionnaires using a five-point Likert scale, and company documentation. The analysis technique used was multiple linear regression with the classical assumption test, F test, and t test to test the significance of the influence of each variable. The results of the study indicate that job satisfaction has a more dominant and significant influence on organizational commitment compared to work motivation. The regression model used meets the classical assumptions, with an R Square value of 0.671, indicating that 67.1% of the variability in organizational commitment can be explained by work motivation and job satisfaction. However, work motivation does not show a significant influence in this model. The implications of these findings emphasize the importance of organizational policies that increase job satisfaction, such as performance rewards, career development opportunities, and work-life balance. With a more conducive work environment, it is expected that employee organizational commitment can increase, which ultimately contributes to the company's performance and sustainability.
