Abstract

Since 2019, simultaneous regional head elections in Indonesia. Elections elect governors and deputy governors, regents and deputy regents, mayors and deputy mayors, members of provincial councils, and members from regency/municipal councils simultaneously. With the increase in the number of pairs of candidates selected, the information about the profiles of spouses, and the schedule of activities of the employee implementation team increases. So far, schedules obtained from banners, posters, television, radio, and others. With the development of technology, people are increasingly familiar with using the web, and gadgets information is received more quickly through social media. The purpose of this study is to apply push notification technology as a schedule reminder system for the team and the community during the election period, whether the incoming messages are read. The development method used is the waterfall: 1) analysis; 2) design; and 3) Implementation; and 4) Maintenance. The web-based notification system supports government services to employees (G2E) and government to the public (G2C) to make it easier to remember campaign schedules and other election activities, accurately and up-to-date so that they can get to know more about the profiles of candidate pairs.

Abstract

In this paper is described how the assembly process of designing and developing a series of inflatable candles microkontroller. The series based on electronics is a simple circuit that utilizes condenser microphone as a sensor. The use of these components are suitable for use in an application circuit electronic candles where the workings of this series starts from LEDs that analogous to wax and then lit using a pushbutton that analogy as lighters, and a flame from the LED can be extinguished by blowing. The concept of this series is simple but could be developed into a series of more innovative and interesting. One development is to add the output of the LED running that made candles burn more lively and interesting. Running LED of this circuit works by using a transistor as a switch that controls power of Az IC 368 and IC Az 418 M J. To simplify the development process, combination of a series of electronic candles with LED running can be simulated using the software Livewire and Proteus. Results of designing and developing a tool is not a new thing or that have not been found but the result of this achievement can be a source of inspiring in the world of electronics that can later be developed further so that it becomes a result of more recent example, lights out with once pat.

Abstract

Effective and accurate employee performance assessment is an important aspect in human resource management in companies, including at PT BPRS Tanggamus. However, the manual assessment system used so far is considered inefficient, time-consuming, and often less objective, causing problems in determining employee performance fairly and transparently. This study aims to develop a mobile-based Employee Performance Assessment System using the Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) and VIšekriterijumsko KOmpromisno Rangiranje (VIKOR) methods. The SAW method is used to calculate performance rankings based on several assessment criteria, while VIKOR helps in handling conflicts between criteria and producing optimal compromise solutions. This study uses a mobile system development approach integrated with a multi-criteria method, which was tested at PT BPRS Tanggamus. The results of the study show that the SAW and VIKOR-based system is able to improve accuracy, objectivity, and speed in performance assessment compared to the manual method. The mobile system also provides flexibility to management and employees in accessing assessment results anytime and anywhere, as well as increasing the transparency of the assessment process. This study recommends further development to add more complex performance analytics features, as well as improving the user interface to make the system easier to use in the future.

Abstract

Management of population administration data of related institutions plays an important role in the process of collecting population data that is relevant and can be a guide for an area that is related to the population census. In this case the population data system is one of the factors that influences population data in the area of Air Kati Village, Lubuklinggau Selatan I District, Lubuklinggau City. Air Kati Urban Village in conducting population data collection still uses manual methods, namely by visiting residents one by one to find out the number of each family head. If the data collection officer comes to a resident's house often experiences obstacles, there is no person or family head in the house. This has become an obstacle for officials in assessing population data to collect data quickly. Based on this observation the author's desire arises to create an information system that can help officers in population data collection in Air Kati village, Lubuklinggau Selatan I District, Lubuklinggau City. The purpose of this study is expected to process the management of population information systems in the data collection that is done quickly and effectively. With the web mobile based population information system design, it can facilitate the admin in inputting administrative data of the family head community in Air Kati Urban Village, reducing the time needed, reducing the possibility of errors in recording and speeding up the search process

Abstract

Drug abuse has become so paramount among members of society. Although, the initial decision to take drugs is typically voluntary among victims. As drugs are constantly been used, the ability to exert self-control on them is relatively impaired. Thus, abuse is witnessed in different age groups, gender, and celebrities from all walks of life. While addicts become such owing to several factors of curiosity and peer pressure, recreational purpose, source of inspiration, and more, the effect of these drugs can lead to depression, brain stimulation, and hallucination. Managing drug abuse through behavioral or pharmacological means is intended to help addicts stop habitual drug use. Oftentimes, rehab is not effective because the desired change is absent while a proper technological-driven approach to track sobriety and relapse in compulsive drug seeking and usage is also missing. Consequently, in this research, user-friendly and interactive sobriety and relapse predictive management application is developed. Here, addicts' behavioral and demographics with major relapse monitoring factors were clustered to predict the likelihood of relapse. The relapse predictive system using cognitive behavioral patterns, adopts the logistic regression algorithm of the Bayesian network for both training and testing. The essence is to ascertain users’ addiction level, analyze and track sobriety and relapse in order to uncover drug addiction patterns, discover the probability of relapse occurrence towards recommending sustainable rehabilitation decision support

Abstract

Majority of the online learning systems in use today, lack proper integration of adaptive, collaborative, personalized and ubiquitous concepts in their design and implementation. Integration of these basic concepts in online learning systems will enable adaptation, individualization, and collaboration of learning resources to learners’ preferences, with an added advantage of accessibility to online resources anywhere and anytime. Hence, the research proposes an Adaptive E-Learning System (AES) model that incorporates activities sequencing in a personalised, adaptive, collaborative and ubiquitous learning environment. The system model consists of the system (software) architectural diagram and mathematical model of activity sequence. The design is presented using the UML activity diagram and the class diagram. The full implementation of the system is currently being carried out and is being tested with real life cases.

Abstract

SMAN 1 Bangunrejo is still a lot of parents who belong to underprivileged families economy, therefore the programs that support the smooth process learning as highly desirable for smooth scholarship students in completing education. Distribution of scholarships is done by the Department of Education Central Lampung greatly assist students who are not able to or achievement during their studies. To assist the determination in determining the eligible student then takes a decision support system. In the process of development of a decision support system to determine the scholarship recipients at SMAN 1 Bangunrejo use traditional methods Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). This method was chosen because it is able the best alternative from a number of alternatives, in this case the alternative meant that the right to receive scholarships based on criteria specified. Research done by finding the weight values for each attribute, then do ranking process that will determine the optimal alternative, that the best students achieving the eligible. Based on test results, a system built to help the working team selectors scholarship, can accelerate the scholarship selection process, can reduce errors in determining the scholarship recipients, so the scholarships granted in accordance with the target.

Abstract

This research paper explores the design and construction of an automated fish feeder in the village of Negeri Sakti Pesawaran, aimed at enhancing efficiency in fish feeding, reducing errors, and boosting productivity and sustainability in fish farming. The study adopts the Rapid Application Development (RAD) method for its quick and iterative development approach. The methodology involves identifying needs, forming a development team, project planning, prototyping, system construction, and functionality testing. The implementation of the automated feeder has shown positive impacts on fish farming in Pesawaran. Challenges encountered during development have provided opportunities for learning and improvement. The success of this project serves as a foundation for the advancement of similar technologies in the aquaculture sector.

Abstract

Quality Vocational High Schools are viewed from the feasibility of facilities and infrastructure that help develop students' skills in the learning process so that they can meet the standards of Vocational Competency Test. The purpose of this study is to find out the quality of the Computer Network Engineering laboratory facilities owned in Pringsewu Regency. In this study five alternatives were used as samples to be tested for the feasibility of the Network Computer Engineering laboratory to determine the quality of the laboratory owned by the Vocational High School related to using the calculation process manually and the process of calculating using the system. The due diligence process uses the system faster with accurate results compared to the manual calculation process which takes a long time. Based on the comparison of the due diligence process, it can be said that the due diligence process uses a faster, more precise and easier system.

Abstract

Project Planning is an important phase in a production supply chain flow in the business. In project planning, information about the project achievement targets will be described in a series of activities and measurement of the clear target time for completion of work. If this concept of project planning can be applied in the development of micro-business sector in North Meruya Jakarta, so it will greatly assist entrepreneurs especially beginners in planning business operations in a measured and systematic manner. This will also be a solution for how the concept of electronic Supply Chain Management (e-SCM) system can be accommodated in the micro-business sector to increase profitability and economic growth. As we understand that micro-business entrepreneurs often find it difficult to survive in the problems of production, capital and business competition. So they need to understand the right production concepts and tools such as e-SCM. Therefore, this research will try to apply the concept of project planning method with e-SCM. e-SCM system design will use the method of Rapid Application Development (RAD). The final goal of the research is to provide solutions for changing the concept of production management for micro-business entrepreneurs in Meruya Utara Jakarta.
