Abstract

Wasting remains a major nutritional problem among children under five and is associated with inadequate nutrient intake, infectious diseases, and poor childcare practices. This study aimed to analyze the nutritional situation related to wasting and evaluate the effectiveness of community-based nutrition education in Meureubo District, West Aceh Regency. A qualitative case study approach was employed using primary data collected through in-depth interviews with nutrition officers and secondary data obtained from the Indonesian Nutritional Status Survey (SSGI), Indonesian Health Survey (SKI), health profiles, and local nutrition program reports. Problem prioritization was conducted using the Urgency, Seriousness, and Growth (USG) method. The findings identified wasting as the highest-priority nutritional problem. Nutrition education involving 29 mothers with infants and toddlers increased the average knowledge score from 88.28 (pre-test) to 95.17 (post-test). Participant satisfaction was also high, with 89.66% reporting satisfaction or high satisfaction. These findings indicate that community-based nutrition education is an effective promotive and preventive strategy for improving maternal knowledge and supporting efforts to reduce wasting among children under five.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has significantly impacted higher education, particularly in improving students' presentation skills in the classroom. Various AI-based applications, such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Copilot, assist students in gathering information, organizing presentation materials, creating presentation slides, and practicing public speaking. This study aims to analyze the influence of AI on students' ability to deliver presentations in front of the class. The research employs a library research method by reviewing relevant journals, books, and scientific articles. The findings indicate that AI can enhance the quality of presentation materials, increase students' confidence, improve communication skills, and support more effective information delivery. However, excessive reliance on AI may reduce students' critical thinking and independent problem-solving abilities. Therefore, AI should be utilized wisely as a learning support tool rather than as a substitute for students' intellectual and analytical capabilities. The study concludes that AI has a positive impact on students' presentation performance when used appropriately and responsibly.

Abstract

Accurate and systematic financial data management is a crucial aspect in supporting service quality at financial and accounting consulting firms. This study aims to analyze the management of client financial data using Microsoft Excel at a financial consulting firm. The research method used is a descriptive method with a qualitative approach through observation, documentation, and direct involvement during the Field Work Practice (PKL). The results show that Microsoft Excel is used in the process of entering, processing, and compiling client financial data, such as bank statements, financial transactions, and inventory data. The use of Microsoft Excel improves work efficiency, simplifies data management, and supports the accuracy and availability of financial information. Thus, Microsoft Excel plays a crucial role in supporting the effective management of client financial data at the Artcounting Financial Consulting Firm.

Abstract

This study aims to describe the role of educational game-based learning media and analyze its contribution to increasing students’ interest in learning Christian Religious Education (CRE). The research employed a qualitative descriptive method using a library research approach, drawing data from various relevant sources, including books, scientific journals, and scholarly articles related to educational games, learning interest, and Christian Religious Education. The findings indicate that educational game-based learning media can create a more engaging, interactive, and enjoyable learning environment, thereby encouraging students’ active participation in the learning process. The use of educational games also enhances students’ motivation, concentration, and enthusiasm in learning Christian Religious Education materials. Furthermore, this learning media helps students understand Christian values more contextually through meaningful learning experiences. The successful implementation of educational game-based learning media is influenced by teachers’ creativity in designing and selecting games that align with learning objectives and students’ characteristics. Therefore, educational game-based learning media can serve as an effective alternative for increasing students’ learning interest while supporting the achievement of Christian Religious Education learning objectives.

Abstract

The 2D dies drafting process in the manufacturing industry plays an important role in supporting tooling dies production. A common problem encountered is the use of different software platforms between Siemens NX for 3D modeling and AutoCAD for 2D drafting, resulting in longer processing times, potential data inconsistencies, and increased file storage requirements. This study aims to analyze the improvement of 2D dies drafting efficiency through full integration using Siemens NX 7.5. The method used in this research is the fishbone diagram method to identify the root causes of the problems. The research object involved four dies processes, with an initial average drafting time of 36 hours, which was reduced to 16 hours after implementation. The results showed an efficiency improvement of 55.6%, a reduction in the potential for data synchronization errors, and a decrease in additional software usage costs. The implementation of drafting standards, NX templates, work instructions, and internal training became the main factors contributing to the success of this improvement.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the utilization of the University of Riau Reservoir as a social space for students and local communities and to understand the role of the aquatic environment in supporting social activities. The research employed a qualitative approach with a phenomenological design. Data were collected through interviews, observations, and documentation involving University of Riau students and local residents who use the reservoir area. Informants were selected using purposive sampling techniques. Data analysis was conducted through data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings reveal that the University of Riau Reservoir functions not only as a water catchment area and environmental support facility but also as an informal social space utilized for various activities, including group discussions, social gatherings, sports, fishing, photography, and recreation. The comfortable, open, and natural environment of the reservoir encourages social interaction and strengthens relationships between students and local communities. However, environmental awareness among visitors remains varied, as evidenced by the presence of litter in several areas. The study concludes that the reservoir serves both social and ecological functions that are closely interconnected. Therefore, sustainable management is necessary to maintain environmental quality while supporting social activities within the campus and surrounding community.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh penggunaan pembayaran digital terhadap minat menggunakan bank syariah pada generasi Z di Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan metode survei terhadap 100 responden yang dipilih menggunakan teknik purposive sampling. Data analisis menggunakan regresi linear sederhana dengan bantuan SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa prnggunaan pembayaran digital berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap minat menggunakan bank syariah. Temuan ini menunjukkan bahwa kemudahan, efisiensi dan aksebilitas yang ditawarkan layanan pembayaran digital mampu mendorong Generasi Z untuk memanfaatkan layanan perbankan syariah. Selain itu, penggunaan pembayaran digital memberikan kontribusi yang cukup besar dan menjelaskan variasi minat menggunakan bank syariah. Dengan demikian, transformasi digital dapat menjadi strategi yang efektif dalam meningkatkan daya tarik dan inklusi keuangan syariah di kalangan generasi Z.

Abstract

Nonprofit organizations play a significant role in supporting social development through activities in education, healthcare, religion, humanitarian services, and community development. Increasing demands for transparency and public accountability have encouraged nonprofit entities to adopt good governance practices and prepare financial reports in accordance with applicable standards, including the implementation of ISAK 35 in Indonesia. This study aims to analyze the development of nonprofit organization research and identify emerging trends, major themes, and future directions of literature related to accountability and financial reporting during the 2020–2026 period. A descriptive quantitative approach with bibliometric analysis was employed. Data were collected from the Scopus database using keywords related to nonprofit organizations. An initial search yielded 11,272 documents, which were subsequently filtered based on publication year, subject area, document type, keyword relevance, and publication language, resulting in 250 articles eligible for analysis. The data were analyzed using VOSviewer through network, overlay, and density visualizations. The findings reveal that nonprofit organizations represent the central theme, strongly connected to topics such as volunteering, organizational culture, government, donation intention, social enterprise, and policy implementation. Furthermore, the literature demonstrates a shift from traditional themes toward human resource management, policy implementation, organizational value creation, and professionalization. Overall, the study highlights the increasingly multidisciplinary nature of nonprofit organization research, emphasizing governance, accountability, sustainability, and organizational professionalism.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis penerapan Project Based Learning berbantuan Lembar Kerja Proyek (LKP) pada elemen Gambar Konstruksi Utilitas Gedung di SMK Negeri 1 Kemlagi. Metode yang digunakan adalah quasi experiment dengan rancangan Non-Equivalent Pretest-Posttest Control Group. Sampel terdiri atas 69 siswa kelas XI DPIB yang terbagi menjadi kelas eksperimen dan kelas kontrol. Data diperoleh melalui tes hasil belajar dan angket respon siswa. Rata-rata posttest kelas eksperimen lebih tinggi daripada kelas kontrol. Uji Independent t-test menghasilkan Sig. (2-tailed) < 0,05 sehingga terdapat perbedaan hasil belajar yang signifikan. Respon siswa berada pada kategori sangat baik. Dengan demikian, PjBL berbantuan LKP berpengaruh signifikan terhadap peningkatan hasil belajar siswa pada elemen Gambar Konstruksi Utilitas Gedung.

Abstract

The development of Artificial Intelligence (AI) technology has significantly influenced various aspects of human life, including higher education. One of the most widely adopted AI innovations today is ChatGPT, a Large Language Model (LLM)-based chatbot capable of generating fast, interactive, and contextual responses according to user input. The emergence of ChatGPT has created new opportunities to support online learning activities, which have become increasingly important in higher education institutions. This study aims to analyze the role of ChatGPT as a learning assistant in improving the effectiveness of online learning for Informatics Engineering students. The research employed a Literature Review method by examining relevant scientific articles, conference proceedings, and academic publications obtained from Google Scholar, Scopus, IEEE Xplore, ScienceDirect, and SpringerLink. The research process consisted of topic identification, literature searching, source selection based on predetermined criteria, content analysis, and synthesis of findings. The results indicate that ChatGPT contributes to improving conceptual understanding, supporting self-directed learning, assisting academic problem-solving, and enhancing learning efficiency. In the field of Informatics Engineering, ChatGPT is widely utilized to support learning activities related to algorithms, programming, and code debugging. However, its implementation also presents several challenges, including information accuracy, technological dependency, and risks associated with academic integrity. Therefore, the use of ChatGPT should be accompanied by digital literacy, critical thinking skills, and responsible utilization to maximize its benefits in supporting effective online learning within higher education environments.
