Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology has encouraged a shift from cash-based transactions to cashless payment systems, including the use of the Quick Response Code Indonesian Standard (QRIS). This study aims to analyze the effectiveness of QRIS as a digital payment tool for street vendors around Universitas Prima Indonesia (UNPRI), identify the challenges encountered in its implementation, and examine its impact on transaction effectiveness. The research employed a quantitative approach, with data collected through questionnaires distributed to 30 respondents selected using purposive sampling. Data analysis was conducted using validity tests, reliability tests, and simple linear regression analysis. The results indicate that all research instruments were valid, with correlation coefficients exceeding the r-table value (0.361), and reliable, with a Cronbach’s Alpha value of 0.764. The regression analysis produced the equation Y = 11.333 + 0.328X, with a t-value of 3.483 and a significance level of 0.002 (< 0.05). These findings demonstrate that QRIS usage has a positive and significant effect on transaction effectiveness among street vendors. The coefficient of determination (R²) of 0.302 indicates that QRIS usage explains 30.2% of the variation in transaction effectiveness, while the remaining 69.8% is influenced by other factors outside the scope of this study. The main benefits perceived by vendors include ease of use, faster transaction processing, improved payment security, and simplified transaction record-keeping. However, several challenges remain, such as unstable internet connectivity, limited digital literacy, and delayed fund settlement processes.

Abstract

The animated film Bilal: A New Breed of Hero constructs an articulation locus wherein theological resilience is no longer relegated to an abstract doctrinal space; rather, it transforms into a visual representation that encapsulates the existential struggle of human nature in preserving faith beneath the grip of structured oppression. This investigation is oriented toward conceptualizing the signification of visual signs, dialogic discourse configurations, and the spectrum of symbolic elements to deconstruct the polarization between the subject's metaphysical conviction toward monotheistic principles and the socio-historical repression enforced by the Quraysh power institution, while simultaneously dissecting the phrase "Ahad" as an absolute signifier of theological transcendence. Implementing a descriptive-analytical qualitative research design based on content analysis, this study adopts a multidisciplinary methodological apparatus that synergizes Islamic Theology (Ilmu Kalam), the perspective of the sociology of literature, and semiotic analysis instruments. Theoretically, the argumentative structure is anchored in the taxonomy of Tawhid reconstruction (Rububiyah, Uluhiyah, and Asma wa Sifat) within the corridor of Islamic epistemology, reciprocally synergized with Roland Barthes' triadic signification to unravel semantic penetration at the levels of denotation, connotation, and ideological myth formation. This analytical exploration yields the conclusion that the verbal proclamation of "Ahad" within the narrative corpus constitutes a subversive instrument against the hegemony of oppression, wherein the articulation acts as an emancipatory catalyst for the liberation of human consciousness. On an axiological dimension, this cinematic reconstruction functions as a space for philosophical-religious contemplation, asserting that the principle of tawhid is dialectically intertwined with empirical-social reality, activating critical reason, and constituting a fundamental cornerstone in confronting existential justice distortions.

Abstract

The rapid development of digital technology and the increasing use of social media have transformed how people access information, including public information provided by government institutions. This situation requires public organizations to manage social media more professionally by delivering informative, educational, and engaging content. This study aims to analyze the need for content creators in managing public information at the Bandung City Manpower Office. A qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and document analysis and were analyzed using an interactive analysis model. The findings indicate that social media management involves content planning, educational and informational content production, activity documentation, editing, and content publication, all of which require specialized skills and considerable time allocation. Limited human resources and increasing workload highlight the need for dedicated content creator personnel to support effective public information management. This study emphasizes that content creators have become a strategic necessity in supporting government public communication in the digital era.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze production productivity in furniture SMEs in Jepara and identify the factors affecting it. A descriptive qualitative approach with a case study method was employed. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, observations, and documentation, then analyzed descriptively. The findings indicate that production productivity is influenced by workforce skills, production technology, raw material availability, work time efficiency, and production management. Most furniture SMEs still rely on simple production equipment, resulting in suboptimal production processes. In addition, delays in raw material supply, shortages of skilled workers, and unstructured production systems are the main constraints affecting production targets. Nevertheless, Jepara furniture SMEs have strong development potential due to their product quality and high market demand. Production productivity can be improved through equipment modernization, workforce skill enhancement, effective production management, and more efficient work process management to strengthen the competitiveness of Jepara's furniture industry.

Abstract

The development of information technology has significantly changed the way research data is processed and analyzed. One of the software that is often used is IBM SPSS, which functions to perform statistical analysis quickly and organized. This study aims to study the use of SPSS applications as a tool to analyze data for various research needs and evaluate the extent to which the application is effective in assisting the data processing process. The method used is a literature study that involves collecting and analyzing various journals, scientific articles, as well as previous research that discusses the use of SPSS in various academic and research activities. The research stages include determining the problem, reading existing material, collecting information, analyzing data using SPSS, evaluating the results, and concluding the research.

Abstract

Coconut shell is a biomass waste that is abundantly generated from household activities, traditional markets, and coconut-based food industries. However, its utilization remains limited, and open burning is still commonly practiced, causing environmental pollution and health problems. This study aimed to design and implement a manual coconut shell briquette-making device as an appropriate technology for household and small-scale business applications. The study employed a limited-scale field trial combined with a participatory community approach in Sukasari Village, Serang Baru District, Bekasi Regency. The device consisted of a manual meat grinder, steel frame, PVC pipe, wooden board, and recycled can. Operational testing showed that the device was capable of producing approximately 15–20 kg of briquettes per day. The briquettes exhibited satisfactory physical characteristics, including adequate strength, low smoke emissions, and a burning duration of 45–60 minutes. The implementation received positive responses from the local community and demonstrated potential environmental and economic benefits through biomass waste utilization and alternative energy production.

Abstract

Perkembangan teknologi memicu tren gaya hidup (lifestyle) konsumtif di kalangan mahasiswa Generasi Z di Kabupaten Bone. Penelitian kuantitatif asosiatif kausal ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh literasi keuangan syariah terhadap pengelolaan keuangan mahasiswa di tengah dinamika tersebut. Melalui metode purposive sampling, diperoleh sampel 96 mahasiswa aktif yang mengisi kuesioner skala Likert. Data dianalisis menggunakan uji Korelasi Rank Spearman. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan pemahaman literasi keuangan syariah mahasiswa berada pada kategori Sangat Tinggi (mean = 51,64) dan pengelolaan keuangan berada pada kategori Tinggi/Baik (mean = 49,25). Hasil uji hipotesis menunjukkan hubungan positif yang kuat dan signifikan (r = 0,740; Sig. < 0,001) antar-variabel. Pengetahuan prinsip syariah, seperti larangan israf menjadi kontrol internal efektif bagi mahasiswa dalam mengalokasikan dana. Meski demikian, implementasinya tetap menghadapi tantangan resistensi dari tren modernisasi dan tuntutan eksistensi sosial di Kota Watampone. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa literasi keuangan syariah strategis dalam mengendalikan perilaku konsumtif, namun membutuhkan internalisasi praktikal agar mahasiswa mampu mengelola keuangan secara bijak di tengah tekanan gaya hidup

Abstract

The increasingly competitive retail business environment requires companies to implement effective marketing strategies to maintain customer relationships and improve sales performance. One of the strategies employed is telesales, a direct marketing activity that enables companies to communicate with customers, build business relationships, and increase sales opportunities. This study aims to analyze the implementation of telesales strategies in supporting sales effectiveness at the Retail Division of Lotte Grosir Bandung. The research employed a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through semi-structured interviews with a telesales staff member as the key informant and direct observation during the internship program. Data analysis was conducted using the Miles, Huberman, and Saldaña model, which consists of data reduction, data display, and conclusion drawing. The findings indicate that telesales strategies are implemented through the utilization of customer purchase history data, personalized communication, and product recommendations tailored to customer needs. Telesales contributes to sales effectiveness by improving the accuracy of sales targeting and maintaining long-term customer relationships. The main challenges include price competition, customers’ limited availability for communication, and differences in telesales communication skills. Therefore, optimizing customer data utilization, enhancing communication skills through training, and implementing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are essential efforts to improve telesales effectiveness.

Abstract

Marriage is a sacred bond carrying significant legal, social, and theological implications in Indonesia. Prior to the solemnization of the marriage contract, Islamic law recognizes a preparatory phase known as *khitbah* (betrothal), serving as a means of *ta'aruf* (mutual acquaintance) to assess compatibility between prospective partners. However, the dynamics of modernity have triggered a shift in values, leading to issues such as the transgression of Sharia boundaries following the betrothal, the practice of covert unregistered marriages (*nikah siri*), and a high incidence of unilateral cancellations that cause both material and psychological harm. This qualitative study, utilizing a literature review method, aims to analyze the legal boundaries of Sharia ethics and identify solutions to various Islamic family law issues regarding the practice of *khitbah* in Indonesia. The analysis reveals that the status of *khitbah* does not render the relationship *halal* (permissible) prior to the actual marriage contract. Regarding detrimental unilateral cancellations, Article 13 paragraph (3) of the Compilation of Islamic Law (KHI) and civil law mechanisms—specifically lawsuits based on Unlawful Acts (*Perbuatan Melawan Hukum* or PMH)—can serve as solutions for the restitution of the victim's material rights.

Abstract

Advancements in information technology have brought about significant changes across various aspects of life, including the realm of education. One manifestation of this technological integration is the emergence of digital libraries, which enable users to access diverse information resources quickly, easily, and flexibly. This study aims to examine the role of digital libraries in fostering students' interest in reading during the era of digital transformation. A library research method employing a qualitative descriptive approach was utilized. Data were gathered through a review of relevant scholarly sources, such as journals, books, and research articles. The findings indicate that digital libraries contribute positively to enhancing students' reading interest by providing easy access to information, a diverse range of digital collections, effective search tools, and support for independent learning. Furthermore, digital libraries play a role in improving students' digital literacy and expanding access to scholarly resources. However, challenges remain, such as limited internet access, varying levels of digital literacy among users, and copyright issues. Consequently, infrastructure support and the enhancement of user competencies are essential to ensure the optimal utilization of digital libraries.
