Abstract

This study aims to analyze the leadership style implemented by the leader of PT Swakarya Pagaran Amerta from the perspective of leadership psychology. The research employed a qualitative method with a case study approach through direct interviews with the Operational Director of PT Swakarya Pagaran Amerta. The collected data were analyzed based on leadership theories, particularly democratic, transactional, and transformational leadership. The findings indicate that the company's leader applies a democratic leadership style characterized by open communication, employee involvement in decision-making processes, and appreciation of team members' opinions. In addition, transactional leadership practices are evident through the implementation of reward and punishment systems based on employee performance. The leader also demonstrates transformational leadership characteristics by providing motivation, guidance, and support for employee development. The combination of these leadership styles contributes to a positive work environment, enhances employee motivation, and supports the achievement of organizational goals effectively. Therefore, the leadership approach implemented not only focuses on organizational performance but also emphasizes human resource development and employee well-being.

Abstract

Industri properti membutuhkan transformasi digital untuk memperluas jangkauan pemasaran dan meningkatkan efisiensi data. Saat ini, ketergantungan PT. Unggul Utama Propertindo pada platform pihak ketiga menyebabkan terbatasnya kontrol branding dan fragmentasi data. Penelitian ini mengatasi kendala tersebut dengan mengembangkan website listing interaktif dan Content Management System (CMS) berbasis framework Laravel dan FilamentPHP. Sistem ini memfasilitasi pengelolaan aset secara mandiri dengan sistem hak akses berjenjang untuk admin, agen, dan holding. Keamanan sistem diperkuat dengan mekanisme autentikasi ganda: kredensial standar bagi pengguna internal dan protokol OAuth 2.0 bagi klien untuk mengakses kontak agen, yang sekaligus berfungsi sebagai alat analitik pemasaran. Hasil pengujian Black Box Testing mengonfirmasi seluruh fitur operasional berjalan sesuai spesifikasi. Implementasi ini berhasil menyediakan platform terpusat yang meningkatkan efisiensi kerja, memperkuat citra digital, dan memberikan kedaulatan data bagi perusahaan.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of Customer Relationship Management (CRM) in telemarketing activities for inactive customers at Lotte Grosir Bandung using a descriptive qualitative approach. Data were collected through direct observation, documentation, and analysis of communication results during the internship program. The findings show that telemarketing activities play a role in identifying factors that contribute to customer inactivity, including price differences with competitors, less strategic store location, and limited product availability. The data recording and classification process also helps the company group customers based on their activity level and reasons for inactivity. The study concludes that CRM implementation through telemarketing and customer data management supports customer reactivation efforts, although it is still limited by low customer response rates and incomplete data.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of personal branding, digital marketing and business trust on business continuity with competitive advantage as a mediating variable among MSMEs in Central Java. This research is motivated by the importance of marketing strategies and business trust in maintaining business sustainability amid increasing competition and rapid digital transformation. The study employs a quantitative approach using a survey method through questionnaires distributed to MSME actors. Data analysis is conducted using structural Equation Modeling based on Partial Least Squares (SEM – PLS) with SmartPLS software.     The result indicate that personal branding, digital marketing, and business trust have a positive and significant effect on competitive advantage. Furthermore, competitive advantage has a positive and significant effect on business continuity. The findings also reveal that competitive advantage significantly mediates the relationship between personal branding, digital marketing, and business trust on business continuity. Therefore, strengthening competitive advantage through effective branding strategies, optimization of digital marketing, and the development of business trust are crucial factors in sustaining MSMEs. This study provides practical implications for MSME actors to optimize digital marketing strategies and build customer trust in order to enhance competitiveness and ensure long-term business sustainability.

Abstract

Proses presensi peserta magang non-mekanik di Toyota Auto2000 Plaju sebelumnya dilakukan secara manual menggunakan logbook dan Microsoft Excel sehingga menimbulkan kendala dalam pencatatan, monitoring, dan rekapitulasi data kehadiran. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan mengimplementasikan Sistem Informasi Presensi Magang Berbasis Web guna meningkatkan efektivitas dan efisiensi pengelolaan kehadiran peserta magang. Sistem dikembangkan menggunakan metode Waterfall yang terdiri atas tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Framework Laravel 13 digunakan sebagai platform pengembangan dengan MySQL sebagai basis data. Sistem menyediakan fitur registrasi akun, login, presensi masuk dan pulang, validasi lokasi berbasis GPS, unggah foto kehadiran, pengajuan izin dan sakit, pengelolaan data pengguna, serta laporan presensi. Pengujian dilakukan menggunakan metode Black Box Testing. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa seluruh fitur sistem berfungsi dengan baik dan memenuhi kebutuhan fungsional yang telah ditetapkan. Implementasi sistem mampu meningkatkan akurasi data kehadiran, mempermudah monitoring secara real-time, serta mempercepat proses pelaporan presensi di Toyota Auto2000 Plaju.

Abstract

The demand for portable power sources has been on the rise, particularly for supplying electricity for mobile food vendors and smale-scale enterprises that operate during the night. With portable power sources, these merchants can sell freely in crowded areas without the concern of electricity availability for their cooking equipment and business lighting. This article present the design and development of a portable battery energy storage system (BESS) intended for use by mobile culinary businesses. A portable BESS comprises a battery pack, a power inverter, and a transfer switch, all integrated into a compact unit, along with a separate battery charger. The battery utilized is of the lithium-ferro-phosphate (LFP) type which provides benefits such as high energy density, lightweight design, and a long lifespan. The design process for the portable BESS begins with an estimation of the daily electricity demand of the electrical installation, then followed by determining the required storage capacity of the battery pack and the ratings for power inverter and transfer switch. The specifications for the BESS are 0.768kWh/220V/50Hz/1000W. Functional tests have been conducted, revealing that the BESS can be fully charged in 3 hours and can power five 19-W LED lights for up to 6.5 hours.

Abstract

The integration of local cultural values in Islamic education is an important effort to maintain the religious and cultural identity of Muslim communities in Southern Thailand. Regions such as Pattani, Yala, and Narathiwat have strong Malay traditions that persist despite the dominance of Thai national culture. This study aims to examine how local cultural values are integrated into Islamic education and their role in shaping students' character. The method used is library research with a qualitative descriptive approach. The results show that the integration of local values, such as the use of the Malay language, religious traditions, and social values, strengthens religious understanding while preserving cultural identity. However, this integration also faces challenges such as government policies, globalization, and social conflict. Therefore, appropriate strategies are needed to ensure Islamic education remains relevant and contextual.

Abstract

Film Gadis Kretek (2023) yang diadaptasi dari novel karya Ratih Kumala menghadirkan narasi yang kaya mengenai perjuangan perempuan di tengah struktur sosial patriarkal di Indonesia pada era 1960-an. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji bentuk-bentuk resistensi perempuan terhadap hegemoni patriarki yang direpresentasikan melalui karakter Dasiyah dan tokoh perempuan lainnya dalam film tersebut. Menggunakan pendekatan sosiologi film dan teori hegemoni Gramsci yang dipadukan dengan perspektif feminisme struktural, penelitian ini menganalisis teks filmik secara mendalam melalui metode analisis konten kualitatif dan analisis naratif. Temuan penelitian menunjukkan bahwa resistensi perempuan dalam film ini termanifestasi dalam tiga bentuk utama: resistensi identitas melalui pelestarian pengetahuan tradisional meramu saus kretek, resistensi ekonomi melalui kemandirian dalam ruang produksi industri rokok, serta resistensi simbolik yang tercermin dalam perebutan ruang ekspresi dan pengakuan kontribusi intelektual perempuan. Film ini secara implisit menggugat struktur kuasa yang menempatkan perempuan sebagai subordinat, sekaligus menawarkan model subjektivitas perempuan yang aktif, berdaya, dan tidak tunduk begitu saja pada norma gender yang hegemoni.

Abstract

Memory ability is one of the essential cognitive aspects that support the learning process of early childhood. Various learning strategies have been implemented to stimulate children's memory development, one of which is memorization activities. This study aims to analyze the role of memorization activities in improving memory ability in early childhood through a literature review approach. This research employed a qualitative method with a library research design by examining various scientific articles, books, and research reports related to memorization activities and memory development in early childhood. Data were collected through documentation techniques and analyzed using content analysis. The findings indicate that memorization activities play a significant role in strengthening long-term memory, improving concentration, enriching language skills, and fostering character and religious values in children. The effectiveness of memorization activities is influenced by teaching methods, learning media, environmental support, and the involvement of teachers and parents. Methods such as singing, educational games, movement and songs, and audio-visual media have been proven to enhance children's interest and ability to remember learning materials. Therefore, memorization activities can be considered an effective learning strategy to support the cognitive development of early childhood when implemented according to children's developmental characteristics.

Abstract

Quality control is an important aspect of maintaining product quality in the manufacturing industry. A high number of defective or Not Good (NG) products can lead to increased production costs as well as decreased efficiency and customer satisfaction. Therefore, an appropriate analysis is needed to identify and reduce the defect rate in the production process. This study aims to analyze quality control efforts in reducing NG products in the injection molding process at an automotive company in Indonesia using the QC Seven Tools method. The data used consisted of 22 days of production data with a total production output of 7,700 pcs and 835 defective products, resulting in a defect rate of 10.84%. The results of the study indicate that the dominant defects are burry (42%) and scratch (30%), which contribute 72% of the total defects. The main causes originate from human and machine factors. The production process is still under control; however, there are variations that need attention. The implementation of QC Seven Tools proved effective in identifying the causes of defects and providing improvement recommendations to enhance product quality.
