Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine student’s interest in learning in subjects using interactive learning media carried out at SMK Negeri 7 Semarang class X TE 2. This type of research is a type of classroom action research carried out in a qualitative way. The technique used for data collection was carried out by means of observation, cycle I, cycle II, and interviews with students in class X TE 4 SMK Negeri 7 Semarang. The analysis used is interactive analysis and data analysis that has been carried out using a data questionnaire distributed to students. Interest in learning history at SMK Negeri 7 Semarang in class X TE 2 increased when interactive learning media was added to history learning, because this was considered to be very helpful for students in unraveling the boredom of learning history in the last hour.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of class This classroom action research was designed in 2 cycles. Each cycle is carried out in 4 stages, namely planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The competency standards in the learning improvement plan for cycle 1 and cycle 2 are analyzing the origins of the ancestors of the Indonesian nation, the distribution of ancient humans and the lifestyle of pre-literate humans. The indicator is that students draw a map of the distribution of the ancestors of the Indonesian people. The results of classroom action research show that the use of the Picture and Picture cooperative learning model can improve the learning outcomes of class In cycle 2, 35 students (97%) completed it. The average student learning outcome increased from previously 68 in cycle 1, after cycle 2 it increased to 85. Based on the research results obtained, teachers in history learning always provide learning motivation to students, use video media, create effective learning, and use learning models which is fun, so you can be active.

Abstract

This research aims to improve the learning outcomes of 1st degree Otkp At SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi. The research results show that through the application of the Discovery Learning model it is possible improve learning outcomes in Indonesian History subjects for class X students at SMK Negeri 1 Dukuhturi Tegal Regency odd semester 2021/2022 academic year with the percentage of students who complete (qualified the Passing Grade) from the initial conditions (pre-cycle) compared to the cycle I experienced increased from 40% to 63% while in cycle II it had increased to 83%, and in cycle III increased again to 98%. Likewise from the initial conditions (pre-cycle) to the conditions At the end (cycle II) the percentage of students who had completed (qualified the Passing Grade) had increased by 43%.

Abstract

The aim of this research is to increase student cooperation with application Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning model in History Learning in class X-6 SMAN 1 Bringin for the 2022/2023 academic yearKeywords: Learning, Model, Pre-Literacy, Results. This research is Collaborative Class Action Research (PTKK) which was carried out with a cycle technique, each cycle consists of four stages, namely planning, action, observation, and reflection. The subjects of this research were class X-6 students at SMAN 1 Bringin totaling 35 students. The data sources in this research come from teachers, students, and history learning process. Data collection techniques used include observation, interviews and questionnaires. Based on the research results, it shows that the average percentage at the pre stage Action was 63.93%, in cycle 1 there was an increase of 5.21% to 69.14%. And in cycle 2 the percentage of student cooperation increased again by 6.43% to 75.57%. The percentage of achievements in cycle 2 stage has achieved the performance target research that has been previously determined is ≥75%. Based on the results of the research and discussion, it can be concluded that learning history using the Project Based Learning (PjBL) learning mode can increase the cooperation of class X-6 students at SMAN 1 Bringin.

Abstract

The history learning at SMA Negeri 14 Semarang for grade X has already implemented the "merdeka" curriculum, which encourages students to be active in seeking information. However, based on observations of history learning in class X3, many students remain passive, which affects their learning outcomes in that class. Therefore, it is crucial to enhance student participation in history learning to improve their learning outcomes. Consequently, teachers need to choose varied and appropriate teaching methods for the classroom. One suitable method is using the word wall media in the form of box questions in teams with the Teams Games Tournament learning model. By using box questions in the Teams Games Tournament learning model, students can be more motivated to learn, achieving learning objectives and improving student learning outcomes. This research is a Classroom Action Research (CAR). The subjects of the research were 35 students of class X3 at SMA Negeri 14 Semarang. The data collection instruments included student worksheets and observation sheets. The sub-topic used was the Acculturation of Islamic Culture and Islamic Kingdoms in Maluku. The research indicators were an improvement in student learning outcomes, with an increase in student learning outcomes from cycle I to cycle II. The research results showed that the average student score in cycle I was 65.7%, which had met the minimum mastery criteria (KKM), and in the second cycle, it increased to 85.7% of students who had met the KKM. From these results, there was an improvement in student learning outcomes by using the word wall box question media.

Abstract

Lentog Tanjung is a traditional culinary dish unique to Kudus, Indonesia, with deep historical and cultural roots. This article examines Lentog Tanjung from historical, preparation, and cultural value perspectives. The main focus is to assess how modernization and globalization affect the sustainability of this culinary tradition. By exploring traditional ingredients, cooking techniques, and the social and cultural roles of Lentog Tanjung, the article highlights the challenges faced in preserving the authenticity of this dish amid changing lifestyles. Efforts for preservation by local communities, government, and business actors, as well as the role of the younger generation in maintaining and developing Lentog Tanjung, are also discussed. The article evaluates the potential for developing Lentog Tanjung as a culinary product within the creative economy and tourism, alongside innovative strategies to expand market reach.

Abstract

This research seeks to analyze the local history of Ratu Kalinyamat Jepara, traces of Ratu Kalinyamat's leadership, and the impact of Ratu Kalinyamat's power on the people of Jepara. Furthermore, this article explains the problems of learning local history in schools, describes the life of Ratu Kalinyamat Jepara in detail and also provides an understanding of the leadership used by Ratu Kalinyamat when she was ruler of Jepara. Furthermore, this article also explains the political, economic and religious impacts of Ratu Kalinyamat's leadership on the people of Jepara in depth. The research method used is a historical research method which consists of 4 stages, namely heuristics, source criticism, interpretation and historiography. Based on research results, Ratu Kalinyamat used several leadership methods when ruling in Jepara, such as visionary leadership, patriotic leadership and open leadership. Then, Queen Kalinyamt was also called De Kranige Dame or which means a brave woman because she never gave up in expelling the Portuguese from Malacca. It didn't stop there, Ratu Kalinyamat was also highly respected by the Portuguese, earning her the nickname Rainha de Japora, Senhora Poderosa e rica, which can be translated as "Queen of Jepara, rich and powerful woman, brave woman." Ratu Kalinyamat ruled for 30 years from 1549 to 1579 and at that time, Jepara was at the peak of its glory. Therefore, Jepara during the reign of Ratu Kalinyamat was free and independent from all threats and the people of Jepara were prosperous and peaceful.

Abstract

Abstrak  Salatiga as one of the oldest cities in Central Java has a deep history from the colonial era to modern development. The city initially developed as an important administrative and economic center under Dutch colonial rule, with many colonial architectural monuments still standing today. Research in Salatiga aims to explore the social, cultural, and political dynamics that shape   the city's identity through various methods, such as literature studies, interviews with community leaders, and archaeological analysis. Its strategic location between Semarang and Solo also strengthens its historical role as a communication and operational center in the region.

Abstract

Abstract: This article examines the role of the Comal Baru Sugar Factory in the social and economic development of Pemalang Regency, Central Java, since its establishment in 1833. Through historical analysis and socio-economic theories, this study reveals how the sugar factory has changed the social and economic landscape of the region. The sugar factory not only became a major source of employment, but also triggered urbanization, changed social structures, and introduced new socio-cultural dynamics. However, behind its positive impacts, sugar industrialization also caused problems such as social inequality, labor exploitation, and environmental damage. This study highlights the complexity of the impact of industrialization on rural communities and the importance of understanding history to design a better future.

Abstract

This research aims to uncover the local history of Jepara Regency that occurred around the 1990s. The ritual in question is Perang Obor (Torch War), a unique tradition passed down through generations by the local community. Perang Obor is a traditional ceremony performed as an expression of gratitude to God and a request for protection from various disasters. This tradition is also considered a symbol of courage and unity among the villagers. In this study, archival and document study methods were used to gather data, by examining various written sources such as historical records, government documents, and newspaper articles documenting the ritual in the past. The research findings indicate that Perang Obor serves not only as a religious rite but also as a means of maintaining social solidarity and the cultural identity of the Jepara community. This tradition has continued to survive to this day, albeit with some adjustments to fit the times. This study is expected to contribute to the preservation of local culture and raise public awareness of the importance of safeguarding ancestral traditions.
