Abstract

The development of sharia financial products in Indonesia is increasingly rapid, including the iB Maslahah Children's Savings offered by BJB Syariah. This product is designed to support people's financial literacy, especially children, by providing financial education from an early age. Through the wadiah yad dhamanah agreement, iB Maslahah Children's Savings offers various advantages, such as a low initial deposit, free administration fees, and easy access for parents to manage their children's savings. This research aims to analyze the effectiveness of managing iB Maslahah Children's Savings using qualitative descriptive methods. The research results show that the effectiveness of managing this product is influenced by several main factors, namely thorough financial planning, disciplined financial management, family financial readiness, and support from financial institutions. With proper implementation, iB Maslahah Children's Savings not only helps prepare children's future financially but also builds savings habits and financial understanding from an early age. It is hoped that this research can contribute to the development of sharia financial literacy in Indonesia and increase public participation in sharia-based financial products.

Abstract

This study critically examines the phenomenon of online Ruqyah in the digital era through a Tawhid based theological framework derived from the Qur’an, Hadith, and classical works such as Kitab At-Tauhid by Muhammad ibn Abd al-Wahhab. It explores whether this digital adaptation of spiritual healing aligns with the principles of Ruqyah Shar‘iyyah and safeguards the purity of Tawhid al-Uluhiyyah. Employing a qualitative library research approach, the study analyzes Qur’anic texts, Prophetic traditions, and scholarly literature on digital Islam. Findings indicate that while online Ruqyah enhances accessibility and serves as a medium for da’wah and spiritual education, it fails to fulfill the essential methodological (kayfiyyah) elements prescribed in the Sunnah particularly Masah (wiping) and Nafth (blowing) thereby challenging its theological validity as affirmed by scholars such as Shaykh Al-Fawzan. The digital mediation of supplication, absent during the Prophet’s era, further risks bid‘ah (religious innovation) and dilutes the sincerity (ikhlāṣ) and tawakkul central to authentic worship. Nevertheless, the study underscores the need for empirical engagement with users’ experiences to evaluate whether digital Ruqyah may function as a complementary form of guided self Ruqyah and an evolving expression of faith within contemporary digital religiosity.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implementation of labor protection rights and obligations for private sector employees in Indonesia, focusing on regulatory enforcement, factors influencing implementation effectiveness, and the impact on workers’ welfare. Although the regulatory framework has undergone significant updates through the Job Creation Law, and BPJS Employment coverage has reached 43.5 million workers with managed funds totaling IDR 776.8 trillion, there remains a substantial gap at the implementation level. Coverage currently accounts for only 47.91% of the total labor force, and merely 40.85% of laid-off workers successfully access the Unemployment Insurance scheme. Key challenges include weaknesses in digital administrative systems, low employer compliance and awareness, limited worker literacy regarding their rights, and inadequate supervision and enforcement of sanctions. This study highlights the need for a holistic approach integrating regulatory strengthening, enhancement of digital system capacity, intensified monitoring, and expansion of educational programs to optimize labor protection in Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role, urgency, and benefits of multimedia learning in Islamic Religious Education (PAI) in the digital era, as well as to identify the challenges and management strategies to ensure its alignment with Islamic values. The research employs a library research method by analyzing relevant scientific sources, including books, journals, and scholarly articles related to learning media, multimedia learning, and Islamic education. The findings indicate that multimedia learning enhances students’ interest, participation, and understanding of PAI materials through more interactive, flexible, and meaningful learning experiences, while also supporting the development of students’ digital literacy. However, the use of multimedia may also lead to negative impacts, such as technological dependency, decreased concentration, and exposure to inappropriate content if not properly supervised. In conclusion, multimedia learning is highly effective in PAI instruction when it is carefully designed, well-controlled, and integrated with the reinforcement of moral and spiritual values, thereby improving learning outcomes and fostering students’ character and Islamic ethics.

Abstract

This abstract aims to analyze the integration of Islamic economic principles with law enforcement through a review of the Compilation of Islamic Economic Law (KHES) and Islamic Criminal Law. The main study lies in how Islamic jurisprudence (fiqh) principles function as a philosophical and operational basis in mitigating economic disputes. Using normative legal research methods, this article examines various contracts in KHES that often intersect with aspects of legal violations. The research findings show that Islamic jurisprudence principles such as "al-ashlu fi al-'uqud alibahah" (the original law of the contract is permissible) and "al-dhararu yuzal" (harm must be eliminated) provide flexibility as well as ethical boundaries in modern transactions. However, when a breach of contract occurs that contains elements of fraud (tadlis) or embezzlement, Islamic economic law does not only stop at civil settlement, but also intersects with the realm of Islamic criminal law through the ta'zir sanction mechanism. This analysis confirms that the enforcement of the Islamic Law (KHES) requires synergy with the principles of criminal law to create a deterrent effect against economic behavior that harms the public.
