Furthermore, the research aims to identify coping strategies used by honorary teachers to deal with work-family conflict. The research utilizes a qualitative descriptive approach with a phenomenological study approach. The results of the research indicate that sources of work-related issues include long working hours, time constraints, internal office conflicts, and demanding workloads. On the other hand, family-related conflicts stem from household situation characteristics such as heavy household chores, absence of domestic help, and the husband's irregular job or income. The impacts experienced by honorary teachers include psychological pressure and health issues. The impact on the family includes feelings of neglect. There are several coping strategies used by honorary teachers to overcome work-family conflict, which are a combination of emotion-focused coping and problem-focused coping strategies

The more widespread the use of social media, the easier it is for individuals to disclose themselves (self disclosure). One of the factors that influence self disclosure is personality which plays a role in shaping a person's behavior on social media, including behavior to present themselves anonymously. These factors cause the phenomenon of anonymity in social media. This study aims to determine the correlation between self disclosure and anonymity in online social media users. This study uses quantitative methods with correlation techniques. The population of this study are active users of anonymous accounts on social media. The sampling technique for this study is incidental sampling. The amount of samples obtained was 184 people. The self disclosure scale uses the Revised Self-Disclosure Scale (RSDS) consists of 14 items adopted from Nugroho (2018) based on the theory developed by Leung (2002). The anonymity scale consists of 14 items adopted from Chairunnisa (2018) based on the scale compiled by Lee et al. (2013). The reliability coefficient of the self disclosure scale is 0.808 and the reliability coefficient of the anonymity scale is 0.855. Hypothesis testing was carried out with the pearson product moment correlation test and resulted a significance value of 0.727. This means that there is no relationship between self disclosure and anonymity in online social media users. Further research is suggested to examine more specifically based on one type of social media

(2) to know the description of display of affection on online social media. (3) to know the description of online self-disclosure on online social media. This type of research is quantitative correlation with cross sectional design. A sample of 398 was obtained using nonprobability sampling technique of convenience sampling type. Data collection using display of affection scale and online self-disclosure scale. The results of hypothesis testing using spearman rank analysis showed a sig value. = 0.000 with a correlation coefficient of 0.559. Thus, Ha is accepted, meaning that there is a relationship between online self-disclosure and display of affection on online social media. The results of descriptive analysis show that the description of display of affection on online social media and the description of online self-disclosure on online social media are both in the moderate category

Technology has various applications, including communication with partners. However, cyber dating abuse can negatively impact relationships. This behavior victimizes partners through online media and can stem from dominance in the relationship. Early adulthood is a time when individuals begin to engage in more intimate romantic relationships, which may increase the risk of cyber dating abuse. This correlational quantitative study aims to determine the relationship between dominance and cyber dating abuse in early adults who are dating. The sample consisted of 255 early adults who are dating and was selected using accidental sampling. The study employed the dominance and cyber dating abuse scale instruments for data collection, each comprising of 27 valid items. The reliability coefficient values for the dominance and cyber dating abuse scales were 0.913 and 0.970, respectively. The data was analyzed using Spearman Rho with a significance value (p) of 0.000 and a correlation coefficient (r) of 0.709. The analysis results indicate that dominance falls within the moderate category, while cyber dating abuse falls within the low category. Therefore, we can conclude that the hypothesis stating “There is a relationship between dominance and cyber dating abuse in early adults who are dating” is accepted. Instagram is one of the social media that is widely used to present ourself. However, this is believed to hurt its users because uploaded photos or videos on Instagram tend to be inconsistent with reflections from their daily lives which are then termed inauthentic self-presentation. Inauthentic self-presentation is the degree of contradiction between the self-presentation displayed on social media and the everyday life expressed by individuals. The phenomenon of inauthentic self-presentation is driven by various factors, one of which is a high level of social anxiety. Social anxiety is understood as anxiety or fear that arises because of the possibility of bad judgment from others when faced with certain social situations. Individuals with social anxiety tend to have concerns about negative evaluations from others and feel that they will do something embarrassing, so they develop inauthentic self-presentations to deal with the anxiety they experience. This study aimed to determine the effect of social anxiety on the inauthentic self presentation of Instagram users. This type of research is correlational quantitative. The sampling technique used quota sampling with a total sample of 120 people. The data analysis used is Pearson Product Moment with the help of a data processing program. Based on the study results, they obtained that the r Pearson’s value was 0.765. These results indicate that the hypothesis in this study, namely "there is an influence of social anxiety on inauthentic self-presentation on Instagram users" is accepted
