Abstract

Globalization has brought significant changes to Indonesia’s national culture through technological development, information flow, and increasingly intensive cross-cultural interactions. These changes directly impact cultural values, particularly weakening collectivist orientation, reducing younger generations’ interest in local traditions, and increasing the dominance of global popular culture, which can potentially erode national identity. This study aims to analyze the role of national culture in maintaining national resilience amid globalization pressures, as well as to identify strategies for strengthening it through education and social policies. The method employed is a literature review of forty-one national and international scholarly articles published between 2020 and 2025. The results show that national culture serves as a strategic instrument in maintaining social cohesion, reinforcing national identity, and preventing social disintegration through strengthening Pancasila values, revitalizing local wisdom, utilizing digital media for cultural preservation, and implementing inclusive social policies. Integration of character education, cultural policies, and community participation proves effective in enhancing national resilience. Thus, national culture functions not only as a heritage but also as a dynamic foundation for nation-building in the era of globalization.

Abstract

Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises play a vital role in Indonesia’s economy but often face challenges in accessing financing. This study aims to examine the effectiveness of the Musyarakah contract in financing UMKM at Bank Syariah Indonesia (BSI) and to identify the factors influencing its success. A qualitative approach with a descriptive-analytical method was employed, using interviews, observations, and document analysis for data collection. Primary data were collected from BSI UMKM customers, while secondary data were obtained from relevant literature. Data analysis included data reduction, systematic presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results indicate that the Musyarakah contract enhances UMKM performance and sustainability by promoting collaboration, profit-sharing, and fairness. Its effectiveness is influenced by managerial capacity, customer understanding of profit-sharing mechanisms, Islamic banking regulations, and market conditions. Key challenges, such as high business risks and limited customer knowledge, can be addressed through Sharia-based financial education and intensive mentoring. This study confirms that Musyarakah-based financing has strategic potential to strengthen UMKM development and support the growth of Indonesia’s Islamic economy.

Abstract

Buying and selling constitute one of the most fundamental contracts in Islamic economic activities. In Islam, commercial transactions are not merely viewed as economic practices but also as legal and social activities that must comply with Islamic law. This article aims to analyze the concept of buying and selling from the perspective of fiqh muamalah through a literature review focusing on the pillars, conditions, and prohibitions of transactions. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research methods, drawing on classical fiqh sources, contemporary Islamic jurisprudence literature, and relevant scholarly articles. The findings indicate that the validity of a sale contract depends on the fulfillment of its pillars and conditions, as well as the absence of prohibited elements such as usury (riba), uncertainty (gharar), and fraud. Furthermore, the principles of fiqh muamalah remain relevant and adaptable in addressing contemporary economic transactions. Therefore, the consistent application of these principles is expected to contribute to the development of a fair, transparent, and Sharia-compliant economic transaction system in accordance with the objectives of Islamic law (maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah). This study emphasizes that a profound understanding of the normative aspects of buying and selling is crucial amidst the rapid digitalization of the economy. By integrating values of honesty and transparency into modern business models, Muslim economic actors can ensure that technological innovations go hand-in-hand with Sharia ethical principles, thereby providing legal protection for all parties involved.

Abstract

This article examines the implementation of Society Action Research (SAR), also known as Participatory Action Research (PAR), as a participatory learning approach to strengthen students’ character and morality at TPQ Al-Mabrur. The main problems identified include the low internalization of religious values among students, limited learning facilities, low motivation, and inconsistent teacher discipline. SAR serves as a practical solution through active involvement of students, teachers, and the community in four core stages: planning, action, observation, and reflection. Religious and social activities such as communal cleaning, Qur’an recitation, public sermons, and charity programs function as media for internalizing values of honesty, discipline, empathy, and responsibility. The findings show significant improvement in students’ religious awareness, discipline, social empathy, and reflective capability. Furthermore, strong collaboration between the TPQ, community, and parents supports the continuity and effectiveness of the program. The study concludes that SAR is a holistic approach integrating cognitive, affective, and psychomotor aspects, making it an essential model for character education in Islamic learning institutions.

Abstract

The transformation of global society triggered by the development of digital technology, geopolitical changes, and increasing interdependence between countries has created various multidimensional threats to national stability. National resilience no longer relies solely on military strength, but demands synergy between ideological strength, quality of human resources, digital literacy, technological capabilities, and the effectiveness of the state apparatus in maintaining security and order. This study aims to analyze how national resilience plays a role in maintaining national stability in the era of global societal transformation by reviewing the contributions of ideology, technology, human resources, law, and digital security factors. The method used is a literature review by examining scientific articles published between 2020 and 2025 through Google Scholar, Garuda, DOAJ, and CrossRef. The results of the analysis show that national resilience is significantly influenced by the state's ability to manage digital challenges such as cyberattacks, disinformation, and the decline of national identity, as well as global dynamics such as geopolitical competition and global economic pressures. Strengthening Pancasila values, digital literacy of the younger generation, defense modernization, adaptation of legal policies, and increasing the capacity of the apparatus are determining factors in maintaining national stability. This study concludes that national resilience must be built through a multidimensional, adaptive, integrative, and long-term approach to enable Indonesia to sustainably address global change.

Abstract

National defense awareness is a fundamental aspect in maintaining the nation's sustainability, especially amidst globalization and the development of digital technology. Basic values such as love for the homeland, national commitment, belief in Pancasila, readiness to sacrifice, and physical and mental abilities are key pillars that need to be instilled from an early age, especially in the younger generation. However, social change and the rapid flow of global information have influenced the character of society, resulting in various challenges, including the weakening of nationalism, the fading of local culture, and the increasing spread of ideologies that threaten the integrity of the state. This literature-based research examines strategies for strengthening national defense awareness through formal and non-formal education, internalization of Pancasila values, and increasing digital literacy as an effort to counter information manipulation, propaganda, and destructive content in the digital space. The study results indicate that character building, curriculum improvements, integration of digital literacy education, and cultivating positive behaviors that avoid bullying, sexual violence, intolerance, and corruption are strategic steps in developing the younger generation as agents of change. With an approach relevant to the needs of the modern era, national defense awareness is expected to grow sustainably to strengthen national resilience and safeguard national sovereignty.
