Abstract

ABSTRACT Background : Indonesia has made the implementation of the corona virus vaccination part of the system for handling the corona virus pandemic. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between pregnant women about the covid-19 vaccine and the level of participation of pregnant women in the covid-19 vaccination programMethod : The research design used is a correlational study, with simple random sampling technique. Statistical test with Spearman Rank test.Results : Spearman Rank statistical test that the rhoxy count is 0.782 and because N>30 with = 0.05 where z count (4.56) > z table (+1.96) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted.. Conclution : There is a relationship between the knowledge of pregnant women about the covid-19 vaccine and the level of participation of pregnant women in the covid-19 vaccination program in Jiwut Village, Nglegok District, Blitar Regency. Abstract

The triple elimination program for HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B is a government program aimed at preventing vertical transmission of HIV, syphilis, and hepatitis B from mother to child. The method is one group pre-test post-test design. The research subjects were all pregnant women who visited according to the inclusion-exclusion criteria. The sample was selected by purposive sampling of 35 respondents. The results showed that most of the respondents had a moderate interest in screening before being given Health Education by 68.4% and after 100%. Analysis with the Wilcoxon test found that there was an effect before and after being given Health Education on interest in screening for pregnant women other Valuof e 0.00 < = 0.05. The discussion showed that there was a difference before and after being given Health Education about the Triple Elimination of HIV, Syphilis, and Hepatitis B in the interest in screening for pregnant women

Abstract

Background : Stress infertility is a problem that is often faced by women of childbearing age. This of course will trigger stress to peak when the unexpected menstruation finally arrives, which in fact indicates that the wife is not pregnant. Methods: The research design is a one-group pre-post test design. Respondents were taken by purposive sampling technique with a sample of 30 people who met the inclusion and exclusion criteria. The independent variable is Self Affirmation and the dependent variable is Stress on Women in Waiting for Pregnancy Online Forum. The results of statistical tests using the Wilcoxon test. Results: The results showed that before self-affirmation, almost all respondents were as many as 15 (75%) in the category of severe stress while after self-affirmation almost all respondents as many as 17 (85%) in the category of mild stress.

Abstract

Background : This study aims to evaluate the supplementary feeding program for recovery at the Posyandu, Waung Village, Boyolangu District, Tulungagung Regency. Method : This study uses qualitative research methods with purposive sampling of informants. Results : The results of the study indicate that the implementation of this program has not run optimally. Of the four stages that affect the implementation of the program, there are three variables that have not run optimally so that it hampers the implementation of the program. The three things are preparation, including no study of eating patterns and calculation of children's daily needs, no target group of mothers and toddlers and lack of socialization / counseling. Conclution : Suggestions for related agencies, increasing socialization and outreach activities to program targets and increasing supervision on the implementation of the supplementary recovery feeding program

Abstract

Background: Elderly is who’s over 60 years old with decline in biological, psychological, social, and economic changes. Method:  The design of this research is Pre-Experimental with One-Group Pretest-Posttest design with 30 respondents. Results: of this study used the chi square test with p value 0.002 <0.005, which means that there is an effect of cilokaq music therapy on the level of anxiety in the elderly. Conclution: Cilokaq music therapy can be used as an alternative to professional nursing actions for the elderly who experience anxiety and can be applied institutionally in the form of establishing permanent work procedures.

Abstract

A mother often has problems in exclusive breastfeeding, one of the main obstacles is milk production that is not fluent. Traditional plants that are allegedly able to facilitate breast milk, one of which is winged bean. The purpose of this study is to describe the nutritional content of winged bean. This research is a literature study using the traditional review method. Data were obtained from various literature sources by searching through the internet in the form of research results in the form of journals, articles, theses, theses, and dissertations both abroad and domestically. The results of this study are that winged bean contains complete nutrition that can increase milk production. Hormones that can increase milk production are prolactin and oxytocin hormones. The active compounds in winged bean are allegedly able to increase milk production. Winged bean may be an alternative to Galactogogue although it still needs further research

Abstract

Background : Nursing care of pneumonia clients with ineffective airway clearance nursing problems using chest physiotherapy. Methods : The research design used a case study of 2 clients with pneumonia with nursing problems. Ineffective airway clearance on the first day, nursing care was carried out for 3 days in a row using an intervention, namely chest physiotherapy. Results : Research shows the problem of ineffective airway clearance with chest physiotherapy, the problem is resolved in reducing shortness of breath. Analysis : The purpose of this study was to carry out nursing care in pneumonia patients with nursing problems ineffective airway clearance using chest physiotherapy. Conclusion : Chest physiotherapy is used as an adjunct therapy to prevent non-pharmacological increases in shortness of breath in pneumonia patients.

Abstract

Background  :  Gastroenteritis is also a disease characterized by changes in the shape of the stool with excessive bowel movements (more than 3 times in one day) which causes dehydration.Method  : This research was conducted with a case study research design. Research data obtained from the results of WOD (interviews, observations, and documents).Result   : Inflammation that occurs in the stomach, small intestine, large intestine caused by food infections containing bacteria or viruses, causing symptoms of diarrhea with more frequency with a liquid consistency, while giving ORS with honey can be used as a treatment for diarrhea. Conclusion : Some of the benefits of vitamin C in honey are that it has anti-inflammatory, anti-bacterial, anti-viral and anti-oxidant properties which are useful for dealing with bacteria and viruses that cause diarrhea, giving honey to children with diarrhea.

Abstract

Background:Fracture is a break or damage to the continuity of bone tissue caused by an external pressure that is greater than can be absorbed by the bone. Method:The research design was a case study using 2 postoperative femur fracture clients as subjects with acute pain nursing problems, nursing care was carried out for 3 consecutive days using cold compress therapy. Result:The results of the study showed acute pain by administering cold compress therapy, the problem was resolved by reducing pain scale to mild pain scale. Analysis:The results of the evaluation carried out by the researchers during the three days of treatment on both clients with postoperative femoral fracture problems found the diagnosis of acute pain was resolved. Conclusion:Non-pharmacological management of postoperative fracture patients with pain is to use cold compress therapy. Giving cold compresses can reduce pain, increase the release of endorphins which block the transmission of painful stimuli.

Abstract

Background of study: The incidence of dysmenorrhea in Indonesia is 64.2%, Non-pharmacological therapies that are safer, more comfortable and economical include self hypnosis and massage counter pressure techniques. Methods: This study was a quantitative study with a quasi-experimental design. The samples in this study were young women aged 13-18 years in Kepuh Village, Kertosono. measuring the dysmenorrhea pain scale using the Numerical Rating Scale (NRS) Results: Bit showed a decrease in the average Dysmenorhoe pain intensity score in women adolescent in Kepuh village, Kertosono District. Analysis: The results of statistical tests using the paired sample T test show that the Sig.(2-tailed) value is 0.000 < α (0.05). Then H0 is rejected. it means that there is a significant difference in the average reduction in pain intensity. Conclusion: Giving Self Hypnosis and Massage Counter Pressure treatment can reduce the intensity of Dysmenorhea pain in young women.
