Abstract

In the era of globalization and modernization, women earn a living, it has become a natural thing, as evidenced by the large number of working women. This is a change of role in society, especially in household life. Especially in economic problems, due to demands in fulfilling family needs where husbands can no longer meet the needs of their families because they are unable to earn more money or because of difficult circumstances in finding work, forced women to work to help their husbands to fulfill the economy in the family. The theory used in this study is the theory of gender equality. The research method used in this study is a qualitative method with an empirical juridical approach. The results of the study show that the role of women breadwinners can increase the economy of their families. Prosperity in the family goes well, because on average the breadwinner women are in prosperous families. So it can be seen that working women do not run all their household affairs well. breadwinner women can handle everything well without being neglected. The conclusion of this study is that Islam has regulated the rights and obligations of husband and wife so that the wheel of life in a household goes well in line with Islamic values. However, the times have changed the position of women with conditions that force women to play a dual role apart from being housewives, as well as being breadwinners in helping their husbands to achieve prosperity in married life.

Abstract

The purpose of education is an important component in educational studies. The purpose of education leads to the achievement of something that is achieved by individuals after carrying out education. In this case, the formulation of educational goals leads to what conditions are expected in the educational process. The expected conditions or goals to be achieved will of course be different according to one's outlook on life as well as the will of the country where he lives. The goals of education in one country are also different from the goals of education in other countries. However, even though the formulation of educational goals in various countries is different, there is one goal that is agreed upon, namely that human beings are intelligent, skilled, and become good citizens. The research used the library study method. Documentation techniques are carried out in order to obtain a complete picture of the text being searched for. The results of the research showed that in the study of the terminology of objectives, there are at least several terms associated with the meaning of these objectives. In English, the terms objective, aim, purposes and goals are known; whereas in Arabic the terms ghâyah, hadf, and maqâshid are also known. In this case the use of the term must be appropriate in accordance.

Abstract

Da'wah studies in Islamic thought have been widely studied. In fact, in the context of science development, UIN or IAIN already have many da'wah faculties with various study programs offered. Related to the development of knowledge, da'wah has a dimension of thought. This study used a qualitative approach. The method was literature study. Data collection technique is done by content analysis. The literature sources were selected and directed at several literatures related to moderate preaching. The researcher choosed, selected, recorded, and described the results of the analysis according to the theme being studied. The preaching that is expected is not forcing someone. Da’wah is inviting as well as inviting in realizing the principles of kindness and peace among others. In this case moderate preaching needs to be shown especially in the context of today's religious life. The concept of moderate preaching is in accordance with the characteristics of religious moderation which is the priority program of the Ministry of Religion. With religious moderation, preaching is encouraged with nuances that are tolerant, balanced and fair. Thus, da'wah can be a process and a way to present messages of goodness that unite in the peace of others.

Abstract

Through da'wah and education, religious instructors can assist the community in understanding Islamic teachings that are tolerant and peaceful, as well as promoting mutual respect and understanding of differences. This paper aimed to reveal the role of religious instructors in strengthening religious moderation. In this case, the discussion that will be studied is moderate preaching and the role of religious instructors in strengthening religious moderation. This study used a qualitative approach. The method is literature study. Data collection technique is done by content analysis. The literature sources were selected and directed at several literatures related to moderate preaching. The researcher chooses, selects, records, and describes the results of the analysis according to the theme being studied. Research found that religious educators play an important role in strengthening religious moderation. The roles carried out include socialization, guidance, mobilization, and becoming agents of strengthening religious moderation. This role is seen as strategic because it relates to the duties, responsibilities and authority of religious instructors to carry out religious guidance and counseling and development through religious language. This role is in line with the objectives of religious counseling so that every citizen can reflect and actualize understanding, appreciation, and practice of the values of faith and piety accompanied by multicultural insights. Moderate da'wah is one of the points of view and practice in the process of religious counseling. Moderate da'wah is a way of understanding differences and diversity which is based on a shared spirit of peace.

Abstract

Religious diversity called for harmonious dialogue. Diversity was a reality that exists and is part of the nation's personality. This article aimed to analyse different concepts of inter-religious dialogue. The article presented the basis of dialogue, religious harmony and models of interreligious dialogue. This research used a qualitative approach. The method was a literature review.  The data collection technique was content analysis. The research found that in order to achieve meaningful and productive interfaith dialogue, it is important to build trust, demonstrate openness, and commit to mutual understanding and respect. Religious dialogue should recognise that despite differences in beliefs and practices, there is also a common mission to promote social justice, peace and goodness in the world. Interfaith cooperation can strengthen efforts to address global challenges such as poverty, climate change and conflict. Interfaith dialogue requires a strong awareness of the differences between religious beliefs. This includes recognition and appreciation of the uniqueness and diversity of existing religions.

Abstract

Coexisting with people of other religions can create its own colours, although sometimes these differences can lead to friction or even conflict. In general, conflicts can be born from discrepancies between one party and another. This is common because of different perspectives and beliefs between religions.  Youtube can be a means of spreading the message of tolerance through communication between people of different religions. This research used a qualitative approach. The method was content analysis on various Jeda Nulis Youtube shows. The research findings were that cultural communication in religion refers to the way communication occurs within a religious group and is influenced by the values, beliefs, traditions, and cultural norms that exist in the religion. Cultural communication in religion is very important because it helps members of religious groups to interact, convey religious messages, and build a shared religious identity. In cultural communication in religion, it is important to understand and respect the cultural diversity that exists within the world's religions. Each religion is unique and has different ways of communicating, but all aim to convey religious messages, strengthen religious identity, and promote tolerance and understanding between religions.

Abstract

The background of this research is technological advances in the world of education which have changed lifestyles which have implications for thought patterns, learning styles and interactions so that the communication paradigm is not only based on conveying information, but the learning process can create an active and creative atmosphere so that students are involved in the material being taught. taught is achieved in accordance with educational goals. The rise of content circulating online adds to teachers' caution in choosing learning resources, in fact not all PAI teachers are responsive to technological advances. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study type of research to obtain in-depth information on a problem by collecting data in the form of observations and interviews with PAI teachers from each level, both primary and secondary. Once the data is collected, it is analyzed using data triangulation and relevant materials. The research results show several opportunity and obstacle factors with indicators for developing media and learning resources in the form of relevance of the curriculum to media and learning resources, suitability of materials, creativity and innovation, involvement of students, and availability of creative resources. The conclusion obtained is that technological advances have a positive impact on education which is able to explain abstract things so that it will produce an active and creative learning process.

Abstract

One of the problems that occurs in the world of Islamic boarding schools is adaptation to the times. Meanwhile, the times are constantly changing and need to be followed, but still within the frame of the santri tradition that upholds the morals of karimah. The purpose of this article is to find an integrative model of education in islamic boarding schools. The method used in this study was a qualitative approach, data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation at the research locus located at the Al-Kamil Cianjur Islamic Boarding School. The results of the study showed that the integration of the curriculum in the Pondok pesantren Al-Kamil Cianjur was by integrating the pesantren curriculum, namely Dirasah Islamiyah, the study of the yellow book and the National curriculum. Dirasah Islamiyah consists of 8 subjects namely: Arabic, Aqidah, Shorof, Nahwu, Fiqih, Siroh, Tajwid, Adab &Akhlaq. The national curriculum consists of the curriculum for junior and senior high school education levels. The junior high school curriculum consists of 8 subjects, namely: Indonesian, PAI, Mathematics, English, Science, Social Studies, PKN, Pjok. While consisting of 16 subjects, namely: PAI, PPKn, Indonesian, Mathematics, History, English, PJOK, Biology, Physics, Chemistry, Geography, Sociology, Economics, Informatics, Sociology, Art Crafts. All of these subjects, both Dirasah Islamiyah, the national curriculum is carried out integratively in the time range of 03.00-22.00 WIB. The contribution of this article gives an idea that islamic boarding schools have room for the development of integrative education that is able to adapt to the conditions of the times.

Abstract

Al-Ghazali's thought had a great influence on the Islamic world and continues to be widely read and quoted today.  Thanks to his services, the discipline of logic or philosophy became the maestro of thinking in the Islamic world. Al-Ghazali's thoughts also cover muamalat or business and economic practices including the value of exchange (barter), business evolution and market evolution, as well as economic thinking that prioritizes maslahah which covers all human activities. Al-Ghazali said the most important thing about muamalat is that everything that is done in this world is for eternal life in the hereafter. A Muslim's business must have a broad orientation related to the world and the hereafter. Al-Ghazali has described all problems in the form of both mashâlih and mafâsid which aim to improve social welfare. In addition, Al-Ghazali argues that socio-economics is based on a concept called the social welfare function (Mashlahah). In economic and business practices, Al-Ghazali recommends that economists or business people pay attention to moral issues in doing business. For al-Ghazali, the prohibition of usury is absolute. The argument he put forward is not only as a sin, but gives the possibility of exploitation and injustice in the transaction.

Abstract

Formal education institutions have not been able to fully implement an independent curriculum as a simplification of the previous curriculum by strengthening the profile of Pancasila students. The philosophical basis for curriculum formation refers to the thoughts of philosophers in terms of empirical rational analysis based on Islamic theology. The method used in this research is library research or literature study by collecting relevant data and sources, both from book journals and conference results to be used as a reference in analyzing the data. The data analysis technique carried out was to identify themes related to research results and linked to relevant theories, resulting in innovation in designing philosophical and theological foundations in the subject of akidah, morals based on faith. The results obtained show that the philosophical and ontological, psychologycal, socio cultural and technology foundations in developing the Islamic teaching curriculum influence the goals of Islamic education in forming individuals with noble character. The formation of monotheism in the family environment is the main foundation in laying the foundations of faith to be used as capital in facing the environment that students will face in the formal education environment. Teachers are tasked with providing material related to the formation of Islamic values with various strategies or methods used to integrate knowledge with the formation of expected morals.
