EVOKASI: Jurnal Kajian Administrasi dan Sosial Terapan is a journal that publishes articles in administrative studies, and applied social, with the focus and scope of discussion: office administration, archiving, secretarial, business administration, knowledge management, information literacy, librarianship and information studies, population administration, civil registration, public policy, public sector management and public services. Abstract

Kinerja karyawan merupakan sebuah hal penting diproduktivitas perusahaan serta hal yang penting bagi perusahaan guna mencapai tujuan perusahaan. namun, terkadang perusahaan kurang memperhatikan penyebab menurun nya kinerja karyawan yang dapat berasal dari internal perusahaan. Maka, Tujuan dari penelitian ini ialah untuk mengetahui besar pengaruh lingkungan kerja, gaji, dan motivasi terhadap kinerja karyawan. kajian atau artikel ilmiah pra riset ini dilakukan bertujuan pula guna membuat hipotesis pengaruh antara variabel yang digunakan pada penelitian lanjutan. Pada artikel ini menggunakan metode penelitian literature review, sehingga pada artikel ini akan mereview faktor mempengaruhi kinerja karyawan: lingkungan kerja, gaji serta motivasi, pada studi metodologi riset bisnis sumber daya manusia. Hasil artikel pra riset ini ialah sebagai berikut: 1) lingkungan kerja memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; 2) gaji memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan; 3) motivasi memiliki pengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Dengan adanya penelitian ini diharapkan akan memberikan suatu gambaran kepada pembaca serta memberikan referensi yang berguna.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa masyarakat berhadapan dengan penyakit menular yang muncul dan menyerang dengan kecepatan yang belum pernah terjadi sebelumnya. Pemerintah pusat dan daerah melakukan upaya penanggulangan yang salah satunya meliputi komunikasi risiko dan peningkatan komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi kesehatan kepada masyarakat. Salah satu langkah percepatan informasi dan edukasi adalah maraknya infografik Covid-19 pada media sosial berbagai instansi pemerintah. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif deskriptif dengan pengumpulan data melalui studi pustaka dan dokumentasi terhadap infografik yang yang dimuat dalam tweet akun @kemkominfo. Konten infografik yang dianalisis dibatasi hanya yang berkaitan dengan Covid-19. Penelitian bertujuan untuk menilai apakah konten infografik sudah didesain dengan baik sebagai bentuk komunikasi, informasi, dan edukasi yang efektif kepada publik. Teori analisis menggunakan teori tiga kelompok infografik dari Justin Beegel dan teori infografik yang baik berbasis Prinsip Vitruvian dari Jason Lankow. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa hingga saat ini bentuk penyampaian informasi melalui infografik masih relevan dan menjadi salah satu bentuk yang paling efektif di masa pandemi Covid-19. Infografik digunakan untuk ketiga kategori fungsinya. Infografik mendemonstrasikan suatu proses, misalnya melalui infografik mengenai panduan memakai masker; membuka dan membuang masker medis; dan mencuci masker kain. Infografik dapat berupa data statistik, misalnya melalui data persentase efisiensi filtrasi awal bahan kain untuk masker. Infografik mampu memotivasi seseorang, misalnya infografik persuasif agar masyarakat tetap berada di rumah.

Abstract

Abstrak : Every government organization, whether large or small, needs to become more effective and efficient. The human factor needs to be taken into account in management so that the effect is consistent with what the organization or business expects to achieve its pre-set goals. When a person can discover their potential for work through their work, they continue to work with enthusiasm. Employee job satisfaction is an essential factor in employee well-being, discipline, and performance at work, all of which support company goals. The purpose of this study is to understand the work environment and motivation that are related to employee recruitment practices at PT SKF Indonesia.

Abstract

The objectives of this study were to 1) describe library service management at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service, 2) identify the obstacles; and 3) identify the efforts made to overcome the obstacles that occurred. This research approach is descriptive qualitative with a case study type. Data sources come from informants/resources, places and events, and documents and archives. The sampling techniques used were purposive sampling and snowball sampling. The data collection techniques used were interviews, observation, and document and archive analysis. Data validity uses data source triangulation and method triangulation techniques. Data analysis used in this research is an interactive analysis technique. The results of this study are as follows: Library service management at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service is carried out based on 4 management functions, namely planning, organizing, implementing/moving, and supervising. The obstacles faced in service management at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service are limited collections, lack of facilities and infrastructure, lack of competent librarians, and low interest in reading from library service users. The solution to overcome the obstacles that occur in library service management at the Karanganyar Regency Archives and Library Service is to carry out procurement of library materials, procurement of facilities and infrastructure, guidance and coaching for librarians, and promotion of library services to the community.

Abstract

This research was initiated by analyzing the information needs of the secretarial study program focuses on education, community service, and research activities. Furthermore, information design planning is prepared according to the flow that will be used as the basis for making an Electronic Office (E-Office) in the Secretary Study Program of the Surakarta Pratama Mulia Polytechnic. In general, office work or activities related to services in obtaining, recording, storing, analyzing, and communicating information to agencies and companies definitely require information technology to complete work effectively and efficiently. The focus of this research is how to create an information system to make it easier to carry out document management activities and increase work effectiveness in an office environment. In this study, an office electronic information system was designed using Notepad++ software as a medium for storing source code. Code Igniter such as HTML, XAMPP, CSS, and PHP MySql software are used to accommodate the database of the required information system. Browser software of Mozilla Firefox is used as the search support software. The output of this study is an Electronic Office (E-Office) application that can help improve the process of managing and administering documents which have the advantage of archiving documents that can be done digitally anywhere and anytime, reducing the risk of damage and loss of documents, and maintaining data confidentiality well.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze archival supervision carried out by the Open University College Archives (LKPT UT) based on the lifecycle through its business processes in each fostered unit. This research was conducted in January-June 2023 using a qualitative approach. Data in the study were obtained by interviews involving one informant (middle archivist), selected purposively. The results showed that LKPT UT, carried out archive management control at each phase of the archive recycling through internal policies and compliance with legislation and standard rules governing higher education archives, which included the chancellor’s regulation on official manuscripts, archive retention schedules, and archive classification systems based on the archive life cycle within UT. These efforts result in the creation of good archive management at the level of the creator unit so that when the archive reaches LKPT UT, it is well organized. This research can be the basis for similar research on the same subject.

Abstract

Scholarly communication is the process of sharing, disseminating, and publishing research results so that academic content can be made available to the public. This study aims to examine the role of reference librarians in their involvement in supporting scholarly communication. This research was conducted using a qualitative approach with data collection through observation, literature review, and interviews involving one special library librarian. The research data were analyzed using the stages of reduction, coding, conclusion drawing, and interpretation. The results of the study show that the involvement of reference librarians in special libraries in supporting scholarly communication includes (1) providing guidance on writing good scientific papers to researchers, (2) providing journal portals; (3) processing ISSN journals that have not been registered both printed and electronic; (4) disseminating new knowledge in the form of scientific writing from the results of the researchthey manage. The results of the study do not generalize the role of special libraries but rather adjustthe functions of special libraries in managing and disseminating knowledge

Abstract

Magelang City is categorized as an area with a high Gender Empowerment Index (IDG) score, but there are still gender equality issues. The gap in average years of schooling between men and women, differences in the labor force participation rate of men and women, and women’s representation in parliament is still below 30%. This study aims to determine the factors influencing IDG in Magelang City from 2011-2021. This study uses quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis methods. Multiple linear regression analysis was conducted to determine the magnitude of the influence of the average length of schooling variable, labor force participation rate, and women in parliament on the IDG variable. The data used in this study are data from the Magelang City Central Bureau of Statistics and the Central Java Central Bureau of Statistics. This study found that the factor of women in parliament has a significant effect of 94.6% on IDG, and other factors influence the remaining 5.4%. The magnitude of the influence of the variable of women in parliament This indicates that most of the increase or decrease in IDG in Magelang City is influenced by women’s representation in parliament. Women’s representation in parliament has a significant effect on the IDG of Magelang City, which means that women have an influence on the political policy-making process in Magelang City. Women’s involvement in decision-making can fight for issues related to women’s interests.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the implementation of Buah Hatiku innovation in Magetan Regency. The type of research used is descriptive empirical with a qualitative approach. Qualitative approach. Research data sources include primary data and secondary data. The results of this study show the implementation of the Buah Hatiku innovation in Magetan Regency, which has collaborated with three hospitals as partners. With three hospitals as partners. The implementation of this activity is in accordance with the Standard Operational Procedure (SOP) and has fulfilled the implementation indicators, which include aspects of communication, resources, disposition, and bureaucratic structure. Although it has been running well, This program still has obstacles. Although these obstacles only sometimes appear in every activity implementation, one example of these obstacles is the in complete requirements file from the applicant. The applicant needs to be completed. Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Buah Thus, it can be concluded that the implementation of the Buah Hatiku innovation has been running well and has met the implementation indicators, and has obstacles that do not always appear in every activity implementation so that these obstacles can still be overcome.

Abstract

The Draft State Bill Law has been a topic of discussion since the early reform era. However, this draft law often generates polemics among the press and democracy activists because it is considered to reverse the pace of reform that has been fought for. In the end, the House of Representatives decided to include this State Secrets Bill in the National Legislation Program (Prolegnas). This bill will be a legal regime for state secrets which will be a guideline for all State Institutions in matters of state secrecy which includes documents, objects, property and so on. This bill is also being pushed on the grounds that currently Indonesia does not have definite regulations regarding the protection and safeguarding of state secrets. Thus, it is hoped that this bill will be a breath of fresh air for the protection of state secrets in order to ward off threats to state defense and security. However, this bill faces challenges in being able to balance the public's right to access information and openness as stipulated in Article 28F of the 1945 Constitution of the Republic of Indonesia.
