Abstract

Postnatal herbal medicine and boiled water are herbs are usually given to postpartum mothers to strengthen the body and speed up the recovery period of the uterus, speed up the cessation blood and healing perineal wounds. Method: Quasi Experimental research type Pretest-Posttest Nonequivalent Control Group Design. Held at PMB Nuripah Kubu Raya on 21-27 November 2023. Total sample was 34 respondents, the respondents were divided randomly into 2 groups, postpartum mothers in intervention group were given 1x1 multivitamin and postnatal healthy herbal medicine test ingredients at a dose of 1x1 suchet (25 grams) and Postpartum mothers in control group were given 1x1 multivitamin as a comparison, the research was carried out for 7 days. Results: The intervention group had an effect on changes in uterine involution based on anteroposterior diameter (p. 0.005), changes in uterine involution based on longitudinal length (p. 0.002), the amount of locheal discharge (p. 0.003), the smell of locheal discharge (p. 0.002), reducing the pain scale (p. 0.000) and perineal wound healing (0.003). Conclusion: Healthy postpartum herbal medicine and perineal wound fluid effective accelerating early puerperium period (uterine involution, lochea and perineal wounds) with the fastest start of action compared to the control group (multivitamin).

Abstract

Alasan dilakukannya penelitian ini adalah rendahnya tingkat kemampuan membaca tingkat lanjut (interpretatif) di kalangan peserta didik. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah menerapkan metode SQ3R berbasis wordwall untuk meningkatkan keterampilan interpretatif (membaca tingkat lanjut)peserta didik. Penelitian ini berupa penelitian tindakan kelas (PTK). Penelitian ini menggunakan tes, observasi, dan dokumentasi sebagai teknik pengumpulan data. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa adanya peningkatan keterampilan membaca lanjutan (interpretatif) setelah menerapkan metode SQ3R berbasis media wordwall pada peserta didik kelas V yang berjumlah 14 peserta didik. Peningkatan yang terjadi dalam setiap siklus, yang mana presentase pada siklus I yakni 71% dan menunjukkan peningkatan pada siklus II yakni 92%. Hal ini menjadi bukti bahwa keterampilan membaca lanjutan (interpretatif) peserta didik dapat meningkat melalui penerapan metode SQ3R berbasis media wordwall. Apabila metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terus digunakan dalam pembelajaran disekolah memungkinkan terjadinya peningkatan keterampilan membaca terhadap peserta didik, serta dapat memudahkan peserta didik dalam memahami materi pembelajaran

Abstract

Bullying merupakan tindakan yang berulang-ulang dan disengaja untuk mempermalukan, menyakiti orang lain secara fisik, verbal, atau emosional. Kondisi ini kemungkinan dapat pula terjadi di SMP Negeri 6 Tolitoli Utara. Tujuan pengabdian adalah  memberikan pengaruh positif kepada siswa agar tidak terjadi perundungan di lingkungan sekolah, keluarga atau masyarakat. Kegiatan ini berlangsung pada hari Kamis tanggal 31 Agustus 2023 yang mempertemukan 35 siswa SMP Negeri 6 Tolitoli Utara, dengan mengusung tema “Edukasi bahaya bullying pada siswa sekolah SMP Negeri 6 Tolitoli Utara”. Kegiatan pengabdian ini berjalan efektif. Metode penyuluhan yang dilakukan melalui ceramah, dan tanya jawab terbukti dapat meningkatkan antusias para iswa/siswi SMP Negeri 6 Tolitoli Utara dan memahami dengan apa yang telah disampaikan. Kegiatan ini mendapatkan dukungan dan apresiasi dari pihak sekolah SMP Negeri 6 Tolitoli Utara dan juga dari Kepala Desa Teluk Jaya. Pihak sekolah berharap kegiatan ini dapat dilakukan secara berkelanjutan.

Abstract

Community Service Our group collaborates with the Jalan Children's Partner Cahaya Anak Negeri which is located at Jl, KP Pintu Air No 55 RT 002 RW 007 Kel. Harapan Mulya, District. Medan Satria, Bekasi City. West Java 17143. Cahaya Anak Negri is a small studio located behind Bekasi station. This studio is a home for street children, orphans, and poor people who want to learn and play with their friends. The theme of community service given by the children of Jalan Cahaya Anak Negeri is entitled Online Microsoft Office PowerPoint Training in Improving Learning for the Children of Jalan Cahaya Anak Negeri. By providing knowledge to the children of Jalan Cahaya Anak Negeri, they will gain new knowledge, for motivate for them to be enthusiastic about learning, by providing training on the use of PowerPoint in learning. They can use PowerPoint in their daily activities in doing school assignments. The target output is in the form of articles in print or electronic media, activity videos as a form of activity documentation, and increasing knowledge from partners. The implementation method for this activity consists of the preparation stage, namely surveying the activity location, the implementation stage, training in PowerPoint as an online use of information technology, training in using PowerPoint in learning, training in using the PowerPoint application for learning activities related to writing, columns, pictures, calculations, and discussions as well as monitoring and evaluation stages to find out how much the partners' capabilities have increased. The achievement targets are in the output achievement table.

Abstract

Permainan komputer telah muncul dalam dekade terakhir sebagai media potensial di luar hiburan. Terlepas dari popularitasnya, aksesibilitas game tetap menjadi perhatian utama berbagai peneliti. Populasi anak penyandang disabilitas motorik merupakan potensi sasaran pengembangan hiburan atau permainan untuk menunjang terapi karena minat bermainnya. Makalah ini menyajikan: (1) kerangka permainan mobile untuk anak berkebutuhan motorik khusus dengan menggunakan postur tangan sederhana dan (2) pohon keputusan xgboost sebagai pengidentifikasi postur tangan (akurasi pelatihan 98,48 persen dan akurasi pengujian 96,76 persen) sebagai prototipe postur tangan perintah berbasis sebagai teknologi bantu untuk berinteraksi dengan permainan.

Abstract

The prevalence of Ear, Nose, and Throat (ENT) diseases presents diagnostic challenges, especially in resource-limited settings. At THB Bekasi Hospital, constrained specialist availability and long consultation queues highlight the need for an accessible diagnostic solution. This study aims to develop an expert system for diagnosing ENT diseases using the Extreme Programming (XP) methodology, incorporating the forward chaining technique for inference. The research includes assessment, knowledge acquisition through expert consultations, system design, and rigorous testing. The system was developed as a mobile application using Android Studio, enabling users to input symptoms and receive real-time diagnostic insights. The knowledge base integrates data from medical experts, synthesizing 11 diseases and 35 symptoms into a robust decision-making framework. The diagnostic process applies predefined rules to ensure accuracy in identifying conditions such as sinusitis, laryngitis, and otitis. Evaluation results demonstrate a 100% match accuracy during testing with 15 test cases, confirming the system’s reliability. The application offers users rapid diagnostic assistance, promoting timely treatment for ENT issues, although it does not substitute medical professionals. By leveraging ubiquitous smartphone access, this system addresses gaps in healthcare accessibility and enhances patient autonomy. This research contributes a scalable framework for deploying expert systems in other medical domains. Future improvements include integrating geolocation services for nearby specialist referrals and adopting backward chaining for more complex diagnoses, thereby broadening its applicability and utility

Abstract

The Fritto Chicken is a fast-food franchise located in Medan, known for its specialty in fried chicken. Amidst the rapid growth of the culinary industry and intense competition, the Fritto Chicken branch must strive to maintain customer loyalty. Key factors such as service quality, pricing, and brand trust are essential to evaluate in order to remain competitive and foster customer retention. This research was conducted to explore how service quality, pricing, and customer trust contribute to building loyalty among patrons of the Fritto Chicken branch. A quantitative method with a causal associative approach was employed, gathering data through questionnaires distributed to 100 customers. The study utilized theoretical frameworks surrounding service quality, pricing, and customer trust to assess their positive and significant influence on customer loyalty.

Abstract

The working generation of people in Indonesia has now moved to the next generation, namely Generation X and Generation Y. With the difference between the two generations, several previous researchers stated that there were differences in work attitudes and work values of employees of different generations. However, there are studies from previous studies which state that there is no difference. Therefore, this study aims to determine whether there are differences in work values and work attitudes of generations X and Y in Malang City. The type of research used is comparative quantitative research. The population of the study is the workforce in Malang City in 2020, while the sample used is 400 employees consisting of 288 Generation X and 112 Generation Y. Based on a series of Independent Sample T-Test and Multiple linear regression test found significant differences in work values and work attitudes in Generations X and Y in Malang City, where these differences were analyzed based on the factors forming work values and work attitudes

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of liquidity and sales growth on company value within the Indonesian telecommunications sector from 2020-2024. Grounded in Signaling Theory, this research employs a quantitative panel data regression on a saturated sample of five IDX-listed firms. Using the Price-to-Book Value ratio as a proxy for company value, the analysis tests the influence of the Current Ratio (liquidity) and annual sales growth. The selected Fixed Effect Model reveals that both liquidity and sales growth have a significant positive effect, confirming they act as credible signals influencing investor valuation.
