Abstract

PDC Media Group is a company engaged in online trading. The need for data insight in the online marketplace is very important. Likewise, how to get quite a lot of data, of course, requires automation such as crawling data on the marketplace website. Due to the large amount of data, crawler systems are often not optimal in crawling data. The application of distributed tasks on the crawler system provides convenience in scaling the server both vertically and horizontally. Therefore, the large and growing data can be handled by the crawler system. The application was developed with the Python language, with the  application server using Google Cloud Computing. In a distributed task architecture requires a component in the form of a message broker. The message broker used in designing this system is RabbitMQ. Testing the crawler system uses 3 scenarios, namely with 1 worker, 2worker, and 3 worker. The results for the 1 worker scenario are 19.3 requests per second and 332 ms for response time. The results for the 2 worker scenario are 41.4 requests per second and 328 ms for response time. While the results for the 3 worker scenario are 60 requests per second and 331 ms for response time.

Abstract

 As a government agency related to education and culture, the Department of Education and Culture of Bengkayang Regency needs qualified employees in their performance. Clustering can be used to determine whether the employee is performing well, moderately, or poorly. The clustering method used in this study is the k-Means method. The research wasconducted by studying and understanding the k-Means method and knowing employee performance data at the Education and Culture Office of Bengkayang Regency. The results of calculations using the k-Means method and the Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) method are as many as six employees have good performance (where two of them got the highest score in the AHP calculation), nine employees have moderate performance, and five employees have poor performance. These results can be used as a benchmark for employees in the cluster either to be promoted or rank, while employees in the cluster less are able to begiven employee performance training, in order to be better in the future. With this, employees can become more competitive and superior in the face of increasingly rapid developments.

Abstract

The digital era has driven the development of marketing at light speed. Conventional marketing has begun to transform into online marketing platforms or commonly referred to as digital marketing. An Information System Study Program at a Private University located in Bandung city, Indonesia implemented an increase the intensity of soft selling to potential new students by creating a landing page Belajarsisfo using components related to digital marketing. Belajarsisfo is a site for sharing knowledge and tips and tricks about the world of Information Technology. Belajarsisfo used soft selling sales techniques that were made with the main aim of getting leads for the Information Systems Study Program. An attempt to optimize the digital marketing efforts was to conduct multichannel digital marketing efforts through several platforms of Social Media, Website, Blog Site, and Email. The results of this research were evaluated using Google Analytics, Instagram Insight, Facebook Insight, Facebook Pixel, and Email Campaign Report to determine future adjustment to the target consumer and can produce measurable and accurate data.

Abstract

The use of digital marketing to market products in this modern era has flourished due to the COVID-19 Pandemic emergence. The interactive ability possessed by digital marketing in providing 2-way communication in real time is one of the attractive advantages for business owners. Toko Makmur is a brick-and-clicks store that sells various needs for babies and children. Toko Makmur chose digital marketing as a marketing medium to market its products to the target market. Digital marketing at Toko Makmur was done by optimizing the use of Facebook and Instagram social media, optimizing the use of Google My Business, and creating a blog site called “Gagasan Bunda” for soft marketing using Wordpress. Optimization is carried out both organically by optimizing SEO (Search Engine Optimization) and uploading information content about mothers and children. In addition, Toko Makmur also conducted paid advertisement through social media Facebook. The data sources used to see the results of digital marketing implementation were from Google Analytics, Instagram Insight, Facebook Insight, and Google My Business Insight.

Cryptocurrency is one of the investment instruments and trading assets chosen by old and new traders today. Lots of people claim that the information from the platforms they use is just numbers or trivial information. However, many ordinary people who really need it are still confused about this information. Abstract

There are still many people who pay less attention to calories, both the amount of calorie needs of the body and the number of calories that have been consumed. One of the contributing factors is the difficulty of manually calculating the number of calories itself. Meanwhile, consulting with nutritionists is expensive.It's very risky for health. So made an application monitoring the number of calories. It applies goal directed design (GDD) method. In this study, usability test was conducted using 3 aspects of usability, namely effectiveness, efficiency, and satisfaction in accordance with ISO-9241-11 standard that produces effectiveness value of 97%, efficiency value of 66%, and satisfaction value of 86.75%. A total of 92.5% of respondents felt helped in calculating their calorie count. 97.5% of respondents felt more alert to diabetes after using the app, and 62.5% of respondents said that they would re-use the app for daily use in the future.

Abstract

Garbage is a unique problem in Indonesia. From ordinary waste to limited emergency plastic waste, Indonesia is the second-largest source of plastic waste in the world. Separate collection and disposal of waste is one way to reduce the waste generated by society and industry in Indonesia. Sorting out the types of waste is the first step before the recycling process. In the field of Computer Vision research, it is difficult to see the type and form of waste with a camera, therefore this study aims to overcome this problem by using Deep Learning technology which is expected to be implemented in the whole of Indonesia starting from some of the largest waste-producing cities. Deep Learning is a computer (AI) technique for learning like a human - with experiments being a Part of Machine Learning that can be used to classify images. The method used in this study uses the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method which can be used to detect and recognize objects in an image, which can be used to create an automatic waste classification system. Broadly speaking, CNN utilizes the convolution process by moving a convolution kernel (filter) of a certain size to an image, the computer gets new representative information from the results of multiplying that part of the image with the filter used. The test results show that the CNN method can classify inorganic waste with accuracy. 96% and organic waste with an accuracy of 62%.

Abstract

The smart tourism application that is built cannot be separated from the role of the database. The more data stored in a database system, it will affect the speed of access of the information system that uses it. This study will test the performance of query response time between two types of databases with 92 data records of tourist attractions, 106 restaurants and 59 lodging data. Tests were carried out on Data Manipulation Language (DML), aggregate function testing, and logical operator testing. The result of this study is that Non-relational databases are proven to be superior in the DML testing process (insert, select, update, and delete) than Relational Databases. For the process of testing logical operators (AND, OR, and NOT) Non-relational databases are proven to be superior to Relational Databases. In the MIN aggregate function test the results are the same, while the MAX Relational Database aggregate function test is superior to the Non-relational database.

Abstract

Most dining place or restaurant generally still uses manual food ordering process, the service will come to the customer to ask for the food to be ordered. However, during this soaring covid pandemic, the owners are afraid of the spread through waiters who come to customers. For this reason, an application will be made that can provide self-service food orders by customers without having to interact with waiters. Most digitalization efforts only focus on the client aspect of the ordering process and not on the processing of those orders (in the kitchen). This research looks to give an alternative digital ordering system that is integrated with not only the process on the client side but also on the kitchen side.

Abstract

The church is a spiritual institution for Christians. In the church there are various kinds of service activities, such as catechism services, baptism services, wedding blessing services, and social service services. In general, the Church in processing congregational service data, catechism data, baptismal data, marriage data is still recorded in the books, so that data can be lost or damaged, and it is less effective in searching data, because it takes a long time. In providing information such as worship agendas, church activities, and other routine church activities, it is still manual, namely through congregation bulletins. The purpose of this research is to build a website-based church service system model to support the implementation of various church services more effectively and efficiently. This study uses the PIECES analysis method to check and analyze the advantages and disadvantages that exist in the system. This system is designed using UML, to make it easier to design a website-based system. This church service information system provides features of church service activities and more complete information about the church that can be accessed more practically anytime and anywhere.
