Abstract

Rancangan Undang-Undang Penghapusan Kekerasan Seksual (RUU PKS), or the bill of the Republic of Indonesia on the Elimination of Sexual Violence, is a bill that discusses sexual violence, victim protection and its scope concern the matters related to sexual violence. Elimination of sexual violence according to the PKS Bill aims to prevent all forms of violence. These discussions and conversations also occur on social media, especially on Twitter. Taking public sentiment is significant in choosing the proper messages, interference, and policy. Sentiment analysis is a field of study that analyses opinions, sentiments, judgments, evaluations of a person attitudes and emotions regarding a particular topic, service, product, individual, organization or activity. This study used the method of crawling to get data from Twitter. Then data cleansing, data processing is carried out using Bernoulli, Logistic Regression, and Support Vector Classification (SVC) algorithm. The data is then evaluated using three methods: accuracy, classification report, and confusion matrix. Based on the three algorithms used, it is found that all methods are equally accurate with 0.65. This study found positive, negative, and neutral sentiments expressed to the bill of Elimination of Sexual Violence through comments. It is shown that most people using the keyword “RUU PKS” are positive to the bill of Elimination of Sexual Violence (RUU PKS) while most people’s sentiments using #RUUPKSBukanSolusi are negative to the bill.

Abstract

Indonesia is an archipelagic country with a long coastline where some areas are prone to tsunami waves which can result in land damage. Tsunamis occur due to earthquakes or volcanic eruptions under the sea that cause movement of the seabed and then create strong waves. The Special Region of Yogyakarta, precisely in Bantul Regency, is one of the areas that have a high risk of a tsunami disaster because the area is located in the expanse of the Indian Ocean which has quite impulsive plate movements. This study aims to find out information about the level of risk of land damage due to the tsunami using vegetation index data from OLI 8 Landsat imagery. Classification or prediction using the Artificial Neural Network (ANN) method. The vegetation index used is NDVI, NDWI, NDBI, SAVI, and MNDWI. The relationship between SAVI and NDVI has a positive correlation coefficient with the highest value of 0.962 where the potential risk of low damage is 0.933 and the potential risk of high damage is 0.856. Classification of potential areas of high risk of damage to tsunami land (High Risk) using the ANN method resulted in 7 villages with high risk. The ANN algorithm is the most accurate method for classification predictions between the Random Forest and SVM methods which get an accuracy of 95.45% and get a Kappa value of 86.08%. Spatial prediction using IDW produces a map of the distribution of the potential risk area for land damage caused by the tsunami.

Abstract

In the year of 2020 until now has been a tough year for almost all industries and the general public due to the coronavirus pandemic. However, the increase in cases per day illustrates that the community has not complied with health protocols optimally. The impact of the pandemic has increased gamers in Asia by more than 75%. With a positive impact on society, the role of games can be used as a medium for education. Virtual Reality will be implemented in the health protocol educational game to see the good role of virtual reality in educational game interactions. The implementation of Virtual Reality in the health protocol educational game is carried out using the GDLC (Game Development Life Cycle) approach with stages starting from initiation, pre-production, production, testing, and release. The results of the recapitulation of the questionnaire on the acceptance and satisfaction of the health protocol educational game application showed the results of 44,9.% strongly agree, 44,9% agree, 9,15% are neutral and 1% are not agree that the application has functioned well and can be selected as one of the learning media especially about health protocol to reduce the growth rate of people infected with the coronavirus.

Abstract

The selection of suppliers at the workshop aims to make it easier for workshop owners to determine suppliers in purchasing spare parts. This research case study takes place at the Prima Motor Sport Workshop, where in the process, there is no annual supplier selection process. The obstacle encountered is the absence of an appropriate method for selecting the selected supplier, making it difficult to determine the supplier in purchasing goods. Therefore, there is a need for research to determine the right method in selecting suppliers at the workshop. The methods used are Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Simple Additive Weighting (SAW). The AHP method is used because it is one of the popular methods for finding the weighting value for each set criterion, namely delivery time, quality of goods, warranty, and price. The SAW method can display alternative sequence priorities in the form of the highest to the lowest ranking, is easy to implement, and uses the concept of weighting. This research produces the right method in data processing to make it easier for workshop owners to choose more objective suppliers every year.

Abstract

Employees are one of the most important aspects of a company. Quality employees will improve the quality of the company. To encourage employees to give their best to the company, companies can give bonuses to their employees. PT Budi Gema Gempita (BGG) is one of the companies that provides annual bonuses to its employees. In determining which employees will receive bonuses, PT Budi Gema Gempita (BGG) still uses paper to make an assessment. a decission support system is needed which can help Budi Gema Gempita (BGG), especially Human Resource Development (HRD) and division heads in the process of giving bonuses. The Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method will be used because of its simplicity at responding to the needs of decision makers and how it responds. SMART is a multi-criteria decision method and a linear additive model to predict the value of each option. The use of SMART method is expected to provide the best recomendations for leaders to provide bonuses to employees

Abstract

The situation and condition of the spread of Covid-19 in Indonesia have forced everyone to reduce the intensity of going out of the house, including activities related to the need for health services. Therefore, a solution is needed so that people can meet their health needs without leaving the house. Taking into account that the elderly as the community group that is most vulnerable to contracting the virus and has the highest mortality rate, it can be said that the elderly is the group of people who most need online health services. Along with the growing penetration of internet usage and the increasing number of smartphone ownership in Indonesia, m-health is the right choice to help people access health services online via smartphones. KlikDokter is an example of m-health or a mobile-based application that provides various online health services. However, it was found that there were complaints that the KlikDokter application was too complicated and difficult for the elderly to use. From this problem, a usability test was finally carried out on the KlikDokter application interface, to identify what interface elements in the KlikDokter application were difficult for elderly users. The research respondents were divided into two groups with 16 and 17 people respectively. The first group is the elderly group aged >60 years. And the second group is the pre-elderly group with ages between 45 to 59 years. A pre-elderly group is a comparison group (control group). This test is carried out by measuring several aspects of usability, namely effectiveness, efficiency, user satisfaction, error, and cognitive load.

Abstract

Success in a career is everyone's dream, and it is not an exception for Information Technology graduates who are engaged in information technology-related jobs. Several studies have documented the role of the following two (2) constructs, namely Career Competence (CC) and Lecturer Competence (LC), in Career Success (CS). The authors believe that University Commitment (UC) must be included in this list. This research aims at developing a model that explains and measures the relationship amongst those four (4) constructs. The model that will be developed is based on the Structural Equations Modelling Technique. Respondents participating in this research are IT graduates working in IT-related jobs who have graduated from three (3) private universities in Bandung (Indonesia), namely, Maranatha Christian University (UKM), Parahyangan Catholic University (UNPAR), and Harapan Bangsa Institute of Technology (ITHB)) with graduating years ranging from 2006 to 2018. The collected data will be processed using IBM SPSS AMOS. This research proves that firstly, LC influences both UC and CC, secondly, UC influences CC, and lastly, CC affects CS. Further hope this model can be developed for other universities in Indonesia to increase Lecture Competency and University Commitments by the strategic plans of each university. Abstract

Network security is the main of the development of today's technology. The ease in accessing the internet also requires protection on users is required. The ease of accessing the internet by people can also cause the occurrence of cyber crime. Cyber crime can be done by all internet users, without exception, to earn a profit. Security monitoring system server through the app messenger Telegram can help administrators in the work because always be on standby in front of the server computer. Notice of Snort as IDS via Telegram also quicked and can be accepted anywhere. In taking action when the server something happened not too late. Target cyber crime also can attack anyone without exception. A system should be a strength, with the protection of a secure network that will be difficult to hack by hackers. The server is the main target in the conduct of cyber crime. The use of the server must maintain to secure all the data is not misused by persons who are not responsible. Each server is a system that should be an administrator as a guard on duty watching and taking action when something happens on the server. To monitor a server, an administrator should always standby in front of the server computer so as not to late take action when the server is about to happen something.

Abstract

The usage of social media growing rapidly, especially after the smartphone was invented. Because the number of social media users was quite a lot, companies prefer to promote their products through social media like Instagram. But, unlike TV or radio, social media is a two-way communication media, that makes users can respond directly to the content created by the company. Comments given by users have various types of sentiment, like positive or negative comments. In addition to using text, comments also often contain emoticons to support the message. This study tries to analyzing sentiment based on the usage of emoticons inside them using the Naïve Bayes algorithm. Based on the test results, the accuracy result is quite good, it is about 96.3% correct in sentiment classification.

Abstract

Clothing is one of the basic or primary needs. With the influence of clothing fashion that continues to grow, many Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) have sprung up engaged in the clothing sector. SMEs are one of the driving forces of the Indonesian economy. SMEs engaged in the clothing sector are businesses that produce apparel. The materials used in the manufacture of clothing also vary, so that inventory management and material requirements planning are essential processes in the manufacture of clothing. In this study, a simple mobile application was developed that can be used for material inventory management for SMEs. The primary function of this application is to record materials (inventory) and plan production needs using the Reorder Point (ROP) method. The Reorder Point (ROP) method is an order limit point helpful in knowing when a company holds an order. Program development using Android Studio IDE with Flutter framework and Dart programminglanguage. The results of functional testing on this application are 90% achieved following the expected results. The user acceptance test concludes that this application has the potential to facilitate SMEs in managing the inventory of material.
