Abstract

This research has two objectives to be developed, namely knowing the design and development of Swishmax media in learning arts and culture and crafts (SBdP) for class III students at SDN Kalibata 07 South Jakarta, knowing the feasibility and effectiveness of Swishmax media in learning arts and culture and crafts (SBdP) for class III students at SDN Kalibata 07 South Jakarta. In developing this media, a research method was used, namely Research and Development (R&D) with the Dick and Carrey research model which consists of 10 research stages. The results of the research carried out by the researcher obtained a percentage of 90% by material expert validators, a percentage of 90% from the language expert validator test, a percentage of 80% from the media expert validator test. The feasibility test results in the small group were obtained with a percentage result of 82%, the feasibility test results in the large group were obtained with a percentage result of 92%.

Abstract

Social media has become a common tool for all groups, both adults and students, the influence of social media is so great that it can influence human awareness in living life, especially in religion. All forms of problems spread on social media regarding human behavior in religion, can be seen from various kinds of news that is social media a very influential factor for religious awareness? Therefore, researchers sought to find out the relationship between social media and religious awareness using quantitative research methods. This research distributed questionnaires to students with a sample size of 52 students from a population of 125 which aims to find out whether there is a relationship between social media and religious awareness among MTS students of the Islamic Community Association of Bogor City with the results that there is a significant relationship between social media and it can be seen that social media is the biggest factor in reducing religious awareness. The level of religious awareness at the Islamic Community Association MTS is considered to be in the high category using Likert Scale calculations. So the researchers concluded that there is a relationship between social media and religious awareness.

Abstract

In this research, the implementation of performance-based budgeting has a positive and significant impact on improving the performance of State-Owned Enterprises (BUMN) employees. The research method used is quantitative with a population of 51 employees and a sample of 25 people selected through purposive sampling. The results of the validity test show that all measuring instrument items on the variables of performance-based budget implementation and improving the performance of BUMN employees are valid. Apart from that, the data in this study is normally distributed and there is no heteroscedasticity in the regression model. The results of the regression coefficient test show that the implementation of performance-based budgeting has a positive effect on improving the performance of BUMN employees.

Abstract

This research aims to find out how much influence the Human Development Index (HDI), Regional Minimum Wage (UMR) has on the Open Unemployment Rate in North Sumatra in 2004-2021. This research uses secondary data obtained from the Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The technique used in this research is data analysis using the multiple regression method, the results show that the Human Development Index (HDI) has a positive effect on the unemployment rate in North Sumatra Province in 2004-2021. UMR has a positive effect on the unemployment rate in North Sumatra Province. Partially, the HDI variable has a positive and insignificant effect on unemployment in North Sumatra in 2004-2021 with a prob value of 0.0034>0.05. Partially, the UMR variable has a positive and significant effect on the unemployment rate in North Sumatra in 2004-2021 with a prob value of 0.0001

Abstract

Poverty is one of the biggest problems in various developing countries, including Indonesia. All provinces in Indonesia experience poverty, one of which is in North Sumatra Province. Level poverty in North Sumatra Province continues to experience fluctuations and poverty this issue every year is in a serious spotlight. Poverty problems this has to be overcome immediately. Therefore, this study aims to analyzing how much a Large Population and Gross Regional Domestic Product affects poverty in northern Sumatra in 2004 to 2021 both simultaneously and partially. The type of data used in this study is secondary time series data from 2004 to 2021.The data used is data obtained from the official website of the North Sumatra Central Statistics Agency (BPS). The analytical method used in this study is the analysis of multiple linear regression with statistical software and ekonometrika Eviews 12. The results showed that Partially a variable of population and regional gross domestic product had a significant effect on the number of poor people in North Sumatra in 2004 to 2021. The implications that can be given from this research are that population variables are positive and insignificant while gross domestic product is positive and significant to poverty in the province of North Sumatra. then the government of the north sumatra needs to increase human resources through health, education, or increase several supporting aspects so that it does not overflow in accordance with existing job vacancies. so that the number of quality and economically capable population is no longer the driving force of poverty. The northern Sumatra government also needs to equal the regionql grossto domestic product and perform improvements in each sector by exposing potensi- potential.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the Realization of the Regional Revenue and Expenditure Budget of the Medan City Government FY 2017-2021. This research uses a qualitative approach using Medan City Regional Income and Expenditure data 2017-2021. From the results of the discussion, it was found that the realization of Medan City's regional income still had not reached the set target, with the realization percentage below 100% during that period. The COVID-19 pandemic had a significant impact on regional income, especially in 2020, which caused a decrease in Original Regional Income and transfer income. Realization of Medan City regional spending tends to be below the budgeted budget, although there was an increase in 2019 and a decrease in 2020 due to the handling of the pandemic. Direct and indirect spending reflects the policies and strategies of the Medan City government in facing various challenges, especially related to handling the pandemic.

Abstract

In this research, we explore Islamic economics in world economic history. The main focus of this research is analyzing how the principles of Islamic economics have contributed and played a role in shaping global economic development. Through literature studies starting from basic concepts of Islamic economic thought such as sharia, zakat, to financial principles in Islamic teachings, the development of Islamic economics. The results of this research pay attention to the positive impact of Islamic economics in forming a just economic system. Islamic economic thought is identified as a major player in forming an economic paradigm that emphasizes social responsibility, equitable distribution of wealth, and environmental sustainability.

This research aims to determine the effect of population and wages on labor supply in North Sumatra. This analysis uses the panel data method. The research results show that: (1) population has a positive and significant influence on labor supply in North Sumatra. (2) wages have a positive and significant influence on labor supply in North Sumatra. Together population and wages have a significant influence on labor supply in North Sumatra. (3) population and wages both have a positive and significant effect on labor supply in North Sumatra

Abstract

Brand disputes are still one of the disputes in Indonesia due to a lack of awareness that brands only have legal certainty after they are registered. One of the brand disputes that occurred in Indonesia was the dispute between Ruben Onsu and Benny Sudjono over the I Am Geprek Bensu brand, which has been a long-standing dispute since 2018-2020. The research will explain the chronology of the brand dispute between Ruben Onsu and Benny Sudjono and how legal protection efforts will be provided to the parties involved in the dispute. The research uses normative legal methods with secondary data sources and the results are explained in the form of descriptive analysis through legal phenomena that occur in society. The results of the research explain that Ruben Onsu finally had to give up the Bensu brand and currently Geprek Bensu outlets are almost never found in Indonesia anymore and have become empty of buyers since this case occurred.

Abstract

Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises or abbreviated UMKM are businesses carried out by the community and refer to productive economic businesses owned by individuals or business entities in accordance with the criteria stipulated by Law no. 20 of 2008. Referring to North Sumatra BPS data, the economic census in 2016 revealed that the percentage of non-agricultural MSEs according to business status, 98.84 percent of micro-small businesses and 1.16 percent (Percentage of Non-agricultural MSEs by Business Status, 2016) are medium-sized businesses. big. The method used in this study is a qualitative approach based on descriptive analysis. Based on the analysis of the results of the discussion that in carrying out the empowerment carried out by the Office of Cooperatives and Small and Medium Enterprises with Stephen P. Robbins' Strategy Theory indicators, the process is still quite good.
