Abstract

Pendahuluan: Perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia selama sepuluh tahun terakhir mencerminkan dinamika signifikan dalam industri keuangan. Pemerintah dan regulator telah memainkan peran utama dalam membentuk landasan regulasi melalui kebijakan seperti Masterplan Perbankan Syariah 2016-2020, sementara inovasi teknologi dan peningkatan kesadaran masyarakat terhadap prinsip syariah turut mempercepat pertumbuhan sektor ini. Tujuan: Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menyelidiki faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi perkembangan perbankan syariah di Indonesia selama sepuluh tahun terakhir, dengan fokus pada peran pemerintah, regulasi, inovasi, dan respons masyarakat. Metode: Metode penelitian deskriptif digunakan untuk mengumpulkan, menganalisis, dan menginterpretasi data empiris dan informasi terkait yang bersifat deskriptif. Data diperoleh dari literatur terkait, laporan industri, dan regulasi perbankan. Hasil: Hasil analisis menunjukkan bahwa regulasi pemerintah dan inovasi teknologi telah menjadi pendorong utama pertumbuhan perbankan syariah. Masterplan Perbankan Syariah menciptakan kerangka kerja strategis, sementara aplikasi perbankan digital meningkatkan aksesibilitas. Meskipun kesadaran masyarakat meningkat, masih diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut dalam edukasi untuk memastikan pemahaman yang lebih baik tentang prinsip-prinsip syariah.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of life expectancy, per capita expenditure and average length of schooling on the Gender Development Index in the provinces of Sumatra island in 2011-2021. The Data used in this study is secondary data obtained from the Central Bureau of Statistics. This study uses panel data with cross-section data from a number of provinces in Java. Analysis of the data used is the KLA sik assumption test (multicollinearity test, heteroscedasticity test), and statistical tests (coefficient of determination test (R2), t test and F test) using the E-Views 9 application as an analytical tool. The results obtained that life expectancy has a negative effect and influence on the Gender Development Index, per capita expenditure has no effect and is not significant on the Gender Development Index, and the average length of school has a positive and significant effect on the Gender Development Index.

Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini untuk menganalisis perkembangan, peluang dan tantangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia periode tahun 2017 hingga tahun 2022. Penelitian ini menggunakan data sekunder dari beberapa sumber dengan pendekatan deskriptif kuantitatif untuk menganalisis perkembangan, peluang, dan tantangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022. Hasil penelitian adalah perkembangan pasar modal syariah di Indonesia dari tahun 2017 hingga 2022 tiap tahunnya mengalami perubahan yang berbeda, tetapi lebih sering mengalami peningkatan.

Abstract

Madrasah graduates are expected to have intellectual abilities based on religious values ​​to improve life skills. The importance of general lessons being integrated with Islamic values ​​by connecting them with real world life. Providing modules that are integrated with Islamic values ​​is very necessary. The aim of this research is to develop teaching materials that are integrated with Islamic values ​​using the Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) learning model, analyzing the feasibility of teaching materials from the assessment of material expert validation results, media and learning design, subject teacher responses and also looking at student responses through individual tests and small group tests as well as analyzing students' responses to the products developed which focus on the economic subject matter Accounting as an Accounting Information System in class XII IPS 2 in semester V. The model used in this research is ADDIE (Analysis, Design, Development , Implementation, and Evaluation) proposed by Branch. The subjects in this research were students in class XII IPS 2 with a sample size of 30 students. The results of this research are that teaching materials are considered appropriate with an average percentage of 85,78% were in the "Very Eligible" criteria. Student responses with an average percentage of 89.11% were in the "Very Eligible" criteria

Abstract

Salah satu indikator penting untuk menilai keberhasilan suatu daerah adalah pertumbuhan ekonomi. Saat tingkat aktivitas pergerakan keuangan lebih bertumbuh dari tahun sebelumnya maka suatu ekonomi dianggap mengalami kemajuan. Kota Medan  menunjukkan dinamika ekonomi yang signifikan selama periode 2010-2021. Penelitian ini berguna untuk menganalisis Pengaruh Pengeluaran Perkapita Dan Angka Harapan Hidup terhadap Pertumbuhan Ekonomi tahun 2010-2021. Hasil analisis membuktikan bahwa Pengeluaran perkapita tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi, sedangkan Angka Harapan Hidup memiliki dampak  negatif yang signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi. Secara bersama-sama,  pengeluaran perkapita dan Angka harapan hidup  memiliki pengaruh dan signifikan terhadap pertumbuhan ekonomi Kota Medan tahun 2010-2021.

Abstract

One of the fields of expertise taught in Vocational High Schools (SMK) under the Office Management and Business Services program is archiving, where students are required to quickly understand the material and effectively perform archival practices. This study aims to develop a Moodle-based e-module, analyze the feasibility of the teaching material through validation assessments from subject matter experts, media experts, and instructional design experts, and examine students' responses through individual trials, small group trials, and large group trials. The study also analyzes students' responses to the developed product, focusing on the archival management subject in the 11th-grade MPLB class. This research adopts the ADDIE model (Analysis, Design, Development, Implementation, and Evaluation) as a research approach, as proposed by Dick and Carey. The study involves 32 students from class XI IPS 2 as the research subjects. The findings indicate that the Moodle-based e-module is considered feasible, obtaining an average score of 81.77%, classified as highly feasible. Furthermore, the developed e-module is proven to be effective in improving students' learning outcomes, as evidenced by the t-test analysis results, which show a significance value (sig. 2-tailed) of 0.000 < 0.05.

Abstract

The demand for labor is closely related to the quantity of labor needed to fill jobs in a company or other agency. Analysis of labor demand is based on the assumption that labor market demand is derived from public demand for the goods and services they need. Labor demand is the relationship between wage rates, labor supply is a function of wages. in this research is to examine economic growth, minimum wages, level of education on employment in North Sumatra Province in 2010 - 2020. This research is a study that uses a quantitative approach method. A quantitative approach is carried out by looking at the extent to which economic growth, education level, and minimum wages influence the absorption of labor in North Sumatra Province. The purpose of this research is to find out and analyze how the influence of economic growth, minimum wages and education level on employment in North Sumatra Province in 2010 - 2020. This research uses secondary data originating from the Central Bureau of Statistics for North Sumatra Province in 2010 - 2020. And the data analysis method used in this research is multiple linear regression analysis using eviews 12.

Abstract

Fuel Oil (BBM) is a commodity that plays a vital role in all economic activities. The direct impact of this change in oil prices is a change in operational costs which results in a corrected level of profit for direct investment activities. The increase in fuel prices has not only increased the burden on the common people in general but also on the business world in particular. This is due to an increase in production cost items thereby increasing overall costs and resulting in an increase in the cost of production. This study aims to determine the impact of the increase in fuel prices for nine basic commodities. The research method used is descriptive analysis with percentage calculations to determine the composition of the respondents. The data used in this study is by distributing questionnaires to the people in Medan City. The results of the study show that the impact of rising fuel prices (BBM) on staple foods seen from several indicators and respondents' responses includes: a negative impact with a percentage of 90%, it can be concluded that the increase in fuel prices has a negative impact on staple foods in Medan City.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengaruh tingkat upah, kesehatan yang diproksi melalui Angka Harapan Hidup (AHH), dan usia terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja di Provinsi Sumatera Utara selama periode 2004–2024. Data yang digunakan merupakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Badan Pusat Statistik (BPS) dan sumber resmi lainnya. Metode analisis yang diterapkan adalah regresi linier berganda dengan pengujian asumsi klasik untuk memastikan validitas model. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan variabel tingkat upah, AHH, dan usia berpengaruh signifikan terhadap produktivitas tenaga kerja. Secara parsial, tingkat upah memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap produktivitas, mengindikasikan bahwa peningkatan upah mampu meningkatkan motivasi serta efisiensi kerja. Sebaliknya, AHH menunjukkan pengaruh negatif dan signifikan, menandakan bahwa peningkatan umur harapan hidup tidak selalu diikuti peningkatan efisiensi tenaga kerja, kemungkinan akibat pergeseran struktur usia ke kelompok yang kurang produktif. Sementara itu, usia berpengaruh positif namun tidak signifikan terhadap produktivitas, yang berarti faktor pengalaman dan kematangan belum cukup kuat dalam meningkatkan output kerja secara statistik. Nilai koefisien determinasi (R²) sebesar 0,875 menunjukkan bahwa 87,5% variasi produktivitas tenaga kerja dapat dijelaskan oleh ketiga variabel tersebut. Hasil penelitian ini menegaskan pentingnya kebijakan pengupahan yang proporsional, peningkatan kualitas kesehatan kerja, serta optimalisasi tenaga kerja usia produktif guna mendorong pertumbuhan ekonomi yang berkelanjutan di Provinsi Sumatera Utara.

Abstract
