Abstract

This qualitative study aims to explore the significance of gender diversity in leadership roles. Employing a qualitative research design, the study utilizes purposive sampling to select participants from various organizational contexts. Semi-structured interviews are conducted to gather in-depth insights into participants' perceptions and experiences regarding gender diversity in leadership. Thematic analysis is employed to identify patterns, themes, and meanings within the data. The findings reveal nuanced perspectives on the impact of gender diversity on leadership effectiveness, organizational culture, and decision-making processes. This study contributes to the existing literature by offering rich qualitative insights into the complex dynamics of gender diversity in leadership roles.

Abstract

"Unraveling Sustainability: A Deep Dive into Adoption among Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises" offers a comprehensive exploration of sustainability adoption within the MSME sector. Through empirical evidence, case studies, and expert insights, the book elucidates the motivations, challenges, and implications of sustainability practices among MSMEs. Key findings include the influence of external drivers such as regulatory pressures and market demands, as well as internal factors like organizational culture and leadership commitment, in shaping sustainability adoption. Moreover, the book highlights the role of government policies, organizational dynamics, and collaborative approaches in fostering sustainability within MSMEs. While providing valuable insights, the book acknowledges limitations in scope and generalizability, calling for further research to explore the long-term impacts and outcomes of sustainability practices on MSMEs. Overall, "Unraveling Sustainability" contributes to advancing understanding and promoting sustainable development within the MSME sector.

Abstract

Abstract

This qualitative study aims to explore the significance of emotional labor in service industry management. Utilizing a phenomenological research model, the investigation delves into the subjective experiences of service industry employees regarding emotional labor. A purposive sampling technique is employed to select participants from diverse service sectors. Data is collected through in-depth interviews and supplemented by observational notes. Thematic analysis is utilized to examine the narratives, identifying patterns and themes related to emotional labor's impact on employee well-being, customer satisfaction, and organizational dynamics. Results reveal the multifaceted nature of emotional labor, highlighting its pivotal role in shaping employee interactions, job satisfaction, and organizational culture within the service industry. Implications for management practices and future research directions are discussed.

Abstract

This qualitative research delves into the intricate dynamics of entrepreneurial leadership among small business owners. The study aims to elucidate the underlying principles and practices of entrepreneurial leadership within small business contexts. Employing a qualitative research model, in-depth interviews and focus group discussions were conducted to gather rich insights from a purposive sample of small business owners. Data analysis involved thematic coding and constant comparison techniques to discern patterns and themes. The findings reveal multifaceted aspects of entrepreneurial leadership, encompassing visioning, risk-taking, innovation, and relationship-building. Moreover, the study underscores the importance of adaptive leadership approaches tailored to the dynamic needs of small businesses. These insights contribute to a deeper understanding of entrepreneurial leadership and offer valuable implications for fostering effective leadership practices within small business settings.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of company size, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio on company value in the property and real estate sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019 - 2022. The method in this research is a quantitative method, namely analyzing and testing data using numbers with descriptive statistical test tools, classical assumption tests, multiple linear regression tests, hypothesis tests, and determination tests. Research Results: firm size partially has no negative but significant effect on firm value, Return On Equity partially has a negative and significant effect on firm value, Debt to Equity Ratio partially has no effect but significant on firm value, the firm size, Return On Equity, and Debt to Equity Ratio simultaneously and significantly influence firm value.

Abstract

Distribution channels in a company play a very important role in ensuring that products or services produced by producers can reach final consumers efficiently and effectively. CV. Merauke Indah is one of the Sub Distributors located in Eastern Indonesia, namely in South Papua. The recommended alternative to overcome these obstacles is to increase accessibility to remote areas. Collaborate with local logistics service providers such as SIKI express expeditions. The efficiency in logistics management. Optimize delivery routes to determine the most efficient path based on road and weather conditions to be more efficient. Regular market surveys can also be carried out to understand consumer needs in various regions and adjust stock in the warehouse according to the survey results. Improving distribution channels is also an important part. CV. Merauke Indah is advised to use multimodal transportation that combines land, sea, and air routes to overcome infrastructure limitations. Building warehouses in strategic locations such as Boven Diguel Regency and Mappi Regency will also speed up distribution and reduce dependence on poor road conditions.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review titled "The Power of Sequence: A Qualitative Analysis of Consumer Targeting and Spillover Effects in Social Media Advertising" investigates the strategic interplay between consumer targeting, the sequencing of advertisements, and the resultant spillover effects within social media marketing. As social media platforms like Facebook and Twitter continue to evolve as vital advertising channels, understanding how to optimize consumer engagement through targeted strategies is essential for brands aiming to maximize their advertising returns. This review synthesizes existing literature on consumer behavior, advertisement sequencing, and information diffusion to establish a comprehensive framework for enhancing the effectiveness of social media campaigns. Findings indicate that strategic sequencing of advertisements can significantly enhance click-through rates and conversions by leveraging positive spillover effects. Moreover, the review identifies best practices for targeting specific demographic groups and suggests that an optimal sequence can lead to substantial budget savings in advertising expenditures. This study contributes valuable insights for marketers seeking to refine their social media advertising strategies and improve overall campaign performance, paving the way for future research in this rapidly evolving field.

Abstract

This study was conducted to understand how Total Asset Turnover (TATO), Debt to Equity Ratio, and Current Ratio affect the overall Return On Equity (ROE) in plastic and packaging companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2019 and 2022. This study uses a quantitative method by the author. The data used in this study consists of the annual financial reports of the Plastic and Packaging sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the period 2019 to 2022. There are 8 companies used as samples in this study. Based on data from the research table, the Total Asset Turnover (X1) variable is proven to have a partial and significant effect on the Return On Equity of the plastic and packaging sub-sector listed on the IDX. Data from the research table shows that the Debt to Equity Ratio variable has a negative but insignificant effect on the Return On Equity of plastic and packaging sub-sector companies listed on the IDX. Based on data from the research table, it can be seen that the Current Ratio variable partially does not have a significant effect on the Return On Equity in the plastic and packaging sub-sector on the IDX. The conclusion of this discussion shows that Total Asset Turnover (X1), Debt to Equity Ratio (X2), and Current Ratio (X3), all have a significant and simultaneous influence on Return On Equity in the Plastics and Packaging sub-sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2019 to 2022.

Abstract

This qualitative literature review examines "The Economics of Auto-Delivery: A Qualitative Exploration of Inventory Management and Profitability in Subscription Services." Auto-delivery systems have gained traction in various industries, offering consumers convenience and suppliers a steady revenue stream. This study synthesizes existing literature to uncover the interplay between inventory management, profitability, and consumer behavior within auto-delivery frameworks. Key findings highlight the importance of advanced inventory strategies, dynamic pricing models, and the role of technology in enhancing operational efficiency. Additionally, the review discusses the implications of consumer behavior on subscription retention and the challenges suppliers face in minimizing churn. The insights derived from this review indicate that effective channel coordination and strategic investment in technology are essential for maximizing the profitability of auto-delivery services. However, the study acknowledges limitations such as the predominance of research in Western markets and the lack of empirical data to support theoretical insights. This review provides a comprehensive understanding of the economics surrounding auto-delivery systems, serving as a foundation for future research in this rapidly evolving domain.
