Pijar Pelita Journal of Early Childhood Education and Early Childhood Islamic Education is a scientific journal published by PT Rizkarya Cendekia Pustaka. This journal is a means of publishing research results and theoretical studies related to early childhood education, both in the context of general education and Islamic education. Pijar Pelita aims to contribute to the development of science in the field of early childhood education, and is open to lecturers, students, teachers, and the general public who have related studies. Pijar Pelita journal is published three times a year, namely in January, May and September, with ISSN Online 30897769. With a scope that includes various approaches and methods in early childhood education, Pijar Pelita is expected to be a forum for the development and dissemination of knowledge and innovations in the world of early childhood education, both in the context of formal and non-formal education. Abstract

Traditional games are part of a cultural heritage with numerous educational values and great potential to support children's growth process in their early age. However, traditional games are starting to be replaced by modern games that focus less on children's physical development. One of the skills that is very important to develop early is gross motor skills. This study aims to improve the gross motor skills of early childhood by applying traditional games called Engklek at KB Daarul Aulad Ciparay. The method applied was Classroom Action Research (CAR), which was conducted in two cycles involving 20 children aged 5 to 6 years. Data was collected through observation with assessment tools that assess aspects of balance, agility, and speed. The results of the study showed an increase in the average gross motor skills of children from 91.66% in cycle I to 94.99% in cycle II. The findings suggest that Engklek is effective as a learning tool to develop children's gross motor skills in a fun and contextualized way.

Abstract

Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan naratif dengan menggunakan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan dokumentasi. Kemudian data yang diperoleh dianalisis dengan menggunakan teknik analisis data melalui beberapa tahapan sebagai berikut : reduksi data, display data, dan kesimpulan/verifikasi. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di tk negeri 1 kuripan. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dilapangan maka hasil penelitian ini Kurikulum Merdeka bertujuan untuk menetapkan panduan yang tegas dalam proses belajar mengajar, menjamin kompetensi yang ingin diperoleh, serta menjadi landasan dalam merencanakan penilaian dan aktivitas pembelajaran yang berarti. Sasaran ini mencakup dimensi kognitif, afektif, dan psikomotor, serta dikombinasikan dengan penguatan dimensi Profil Pelajar Pancasila dan Salah satu tantangan utama adalah kurangnya infrastruktur dan akses terhadap teknologi, terutama di lokasi-lokasi yang jauh. Tidak semua lembaga pendidikan dilengkapi dengan perangkat teknologi yang memadai seperti laptop, proyektor, atau sambungan internet yang handal.

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilaksanakan di TK Negeri Bukhari Mampai Kecamatan Kapuas Murung. Berdasarkan data yang diperoleh dilapangan maka hasil penelitian ini ialah tari kreasi tradisional memainkan peranan krusial dalam mendukung perkembangan fisik motorik kasar anak di usia dini. Berbagai gerakan yang terdapat dalam tarian, seperti melompat, mengayunkan tangan, membengkokkan lutut, berputar, dan melangkah mengikuti irama tertentu, berfungsi untuk melatih otot besar anak-anak dengan efektif Aktivitas gerakan yang dilakukan melalui tarian mendukung anak-anak dalam meningkatkan sinkronisasi gerak, keseimbangan tubuh, daya tahan otot, serta kelincahan dan akurasi dalam beraktivitas. Selain menggunakan tubuh dengan cara yang aktif, tari tradisional yang diciptakan juga meminta anak untuk fokus pada tempo dan ritme, sehingga kemampuan motorik besar mereka dapat berkembang dalam situasi yang terorganisir dan menyenangkan Ini sangat bermanfaat untuk menyiapkan anak secara fisik dalam menjalani berbagai aktivitas sehari-hari dan proses belajar di sekolah.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi strategi yang digunakan oleh guru dalam mengajar anak dengan disleksia di sekolah inklusif serta dampaknya terhadap pembelajaran dan perkembangan siswa. Metode penelitian kualitatif dengan desain fenomenologi, dimana penelitian ini berfokus pada pengalaman subjektif guru (5 guru) dalam mengajar anak disleksia, melalui wawancara mendalam, observasi, dan studi dokumen. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa guru menerapkan berbagai strategi, seperti pendekatan multisensori, pembelajaran kolaboratif, serta penguatan positif dan motivasi. Strategi-strategi ini terbukti efektif dalam meningkatkan kemampuan membaca, menulis, dan mengeja anak disleksia, serta mendukung perkembangan sosial dan emosional mereka. Namun, guru juga menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan pengetahuan tentang disleksia, kurangnya sumber daya, dan beban kerja yang tinggi. Untuk mengatasi tantangan ini, guru membutuhkan dukungan berupa pelatihan profesional, akses ke alat bantu, dan kebijakan yang mendukung. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa strategi pengajaran yang inklusif dan mendukung sangat penting untuk keberhasilan anak disleksia. Penelitian ini memberikan kontribusi bagi pengembangan pendidikan inklusif di Indonesia dan mendorong terciptanya lingkungan belajar yang lebih adil dan responsif terhadap kebutuhan semua siswa.

Abstract

21st-century science education requires critical thinking, problem solving, creativity, collaboration, and scientific literacy rather than rote memorization. In Indonesia, the Merdeka Curriculum and the Academic Manuscript on Deep Learning highlight its urgency as a strategy to enhance educational quality and nurture the Profile of Pancasila Students. This article presents a literature review on the concepts, strategies, and challenges of implementing deep learning in science education. Findings indicate that inquiry-based learning, discovery learning, and project-based learning effectively enhance conceptual understanding, motivation, and student achievement. Successful implementation relies on teachers’ identity as facilitators of scientific exploration, supported by continuous training, reflective communities, and the wise use of technologies such as VR and AI. In conclusion, deep learning can be implemented simply through real-world questions, local phenomena, and reflective practices. Consistent policies, authentic assessments, and cross-sector collaboration are essential to make science learning more relevant and meaningful.

Abstract

This article discusses the management of da'wah in the context of child and women's protection, emphasizing the fatwas of the Indonesian Ulema Council (MUI) and their implications for Islamic education. The phenomena of violence, exploitation, and discrimination against children and women continue to pose serious challenges in Indonesian society, both in domestic and public spheres. MUI, as a religious authority, has issued a number of fatwas related to the protection of children, women, pornography, narcotics, and sexual violence, which align with the maqāṣid al-sharī‘ah, particularly hifz al-nafs (protection of life) and hifz al-nasl (protection of lineage). This research employs a qualitative approach with document analysis of MUI's fatwas and relevant academic literature. The results indicate that MUI's fatwas can serve as a basis for da'wah management that is educational, transformative, and preventive, especially in the realm of Islamic education. The integration of fatwas into educational curricula. Gender-sensitive learning and strengthening family preaching are strategic steps to realize a generation that is moral, empowered, and protected. This article emphasizes the importance of synergy between MUI, Islamic educational institutions, the government, and society in carrying out child and women's protection preaching comprehensively.
