Abstract

CV Soerya Com is a business providing printer services, laptop services, computer services and toner refills. Problems often arise when forecasting the number of toner refills in each period, because calculating toner inventory often results in a shortage or excess of toner. In this business location problem, an information system for forecasting the number of toner refills is needed. The method used in this research is the Weighted Moving Average method, namely to predict the future and each data is given a different weight from the previous data. Data generated from observations is from January 2018 to September 2023. Application using the Weighted Moving Average method (3 months) in October 2023 is 15 pcs. From the test results for the number of toner refills, the MAD, MSE and MAPE error values were 5.43, 42.50 and 36.02%. The results of the MAPE forecasting accuracy level are moderate, namely with a value of 36.02%. Keywords: Forecasting, Weighted Moving Average, MAD, MSE and MAPE.

Abstract

Santri Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng 4 who violate the rules will get punishment to improve behavior and provide a deterrent effect, but the data collection of sanctions is still manual so that often repeated violations are not recorded. This research aims to design a system of decision assistance based on the SMART method to record the history of violations and determine the appropriate type of sanction automatically. This descriptive research with a quantitative approach was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng 4, Riau, for four months. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, then used to design a system with the SMART method, which was implemented using UML for visualization and documentation of system design through diagrams such as flowcharts, use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. System testing at Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng 4 using Black Box Testing showed satisfactory results on various scenarios, such as the appearance of the login page, dynamic website functionality, report print page, and final score results. Testing was conducted with the pesantren Security Team, and the results confirmed that the SMART-based system can generate automated reports that facilitate efficient monitoring and enforcement of santri discipline. With this system, the process of selecting actions for violations becomes faster and more accurate, and allows users to easily add, edit, and delete data. Abstract

Melon (Cucumis melo L.) is the name of a fruit plant as well as a fruit producer that belongs to theCucurbitaceae family. Many farmers try to grow melon plants but are unsuccessful due to diseases orignorance of the environment in which the melon lives. Farmers can better control melon plant infections byhaving knowledge of the different types of diseases that attack it. The success rate of disease control in melonplants can be determined by the accuracy of the method and target of the disease being controlled. NaiveBayes algorithm is a technique that will be applied in the system to identify various diseases and livingconditions of melon plants. A probability classification called Naive Bayes creates a set of possibilities bysumming the combination values and frequencies of a particular data set. In this research, a system fordiagnosing diseases and living conditions of melon plants by implementing Naive Bayes was developed.This system is built using html, php, and mysql programming languages and the use of bootstrap framework.Tests were conducted on several users to evaluate the performance, functionality, and effectiveness of thesystem. Abstract

Employee performance evaluation is a crucial element in human resource management to assessindividual contributions to organizational goals and identify areas where productivity can be improved.Manual assessments that are subjective often lack accuracy and fairness. This research aims to design aweb-based decision support system for employee performance evaluation using the MOORA method(Multi-Objective Optimization on the basis of Ratio Analysis) for the Jombang District Education andCulture Office. MOORA was chosen for its effectiveness in handling multi-criteria in complex decisions.The system facilitates access and use with web technology. Requirements study, design, implementation,and testing have shown that the system provides more objective and accurate evaluations compared tomanual methods. This system is expected to improve the quality of performance evaluations and supportdata-driven decision-making at the Jombang District Education and Culture Office, serving as a model forother institutions in enhancing accuracy and precision in evaluating employee performance. Abstract

This research aims to identify purchasing patterns of beverage products at a Beverage Franchise inJombang by applying the apriori algorithm, which the algorithm is one of the data mining methods used touncover association rules among a set of items. There are two important parameters used in findingassociation rules, namely support and confidence. This research utilizes sales transaction data of beverageproducts over February 2024. The analysis process includes several key stages, such as data collection,data preprocessing, parameter determination, application of apriori algorithm, and result analysis. Theresearch results show that apriori algorithm is capable to identifying the purchase patterns of beverageproducts conducted by consumers. Out of the 124 association rules formed, there are several itemcombinations with the strongest association rules among others. In the 3-itemset combination, there is acombination of purchasing Esteh Melati, Cookies & Cream, and Esteh Matcha Original with a confidencevalue of 100% and a lift ratio of 1,38. Meanwhile, in the 2-itemset combination, there is a combination ofpurchasing Esteh Matcha Original and Cookies & Cream with a confidence value of 90,48% and a liftratio of 1,25. Therefore, it can be concluded that apriori algorithm can understand consumers purchasingbehavior and assist business owners in making decisions to formulate strategies of their business.Keywords: Apriori Algorithm, Purchase Patterns, Beverage Products, Data Mining

Abstract

Data mining is a phase in the knowledge discovery in databases (KDD) process that seeks to identifyimportant, useful, and simply understandable new patterns or models. The recitation class at Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UNHASY Tebuireng Jombang was established using the classification method in data mining forthis study. Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UNHASY is an educational institution associated with Hasyim Asy'ariUniversity. Its primary focus is on fostering entrepreneurship and pesantren. Currently, the selectionprocess for recitation classes, specifically tahfidz and tahsin classes, is still carried out manually, leading toa time-consuming and ineffective procedure. The aim of this project is to develop a classification systemthat utilizes the Naïve Bayes method to accurately identify recitation classes. The Naïve Bayes approachwas chosen for its simplicity and ease of implementation. The dataset attributes used in this inquiry are thetest results of the mahasantri in writing, memory, and reading the Quran. This research is expected to helpthe administration of Ma'had Al-Jami'ah UNHASY in improving the process of selecting recitation classesto make it more efficient and effective. Abstract

Health care is an essential part of life. Because, a lot of societies need it every day, of course there are differentkinds of health care to adapt to the needs of the community. One of them is health care at the clinic. In itsservice, of course, Jombang’s clinic requires speed and accuracy so that the results of the service can satisfy thepatient. In practice, however, there are often long waiting times, due to a lack of waiting time management anduncertainty as to when the patient will be served. In order to help solve the problem, a solution was developed tocreate a website-based query system by applying the First Come First Served algorithm, which ensures that thepatient who first takes the query number will get the service before it is completed. Then, in this study, itinvolves collecting patient query data by observing the arrival time, the start time, and the completion time ofeach patient's service and the first come first served algoritm is responsible for setting the time of query. Theresults of the study show that the use of the First Come First Served algorithm in 20 data tracks gains an averageTA (Turnarround Time) of 73.05 minutes.Keywords: Queue, Clinic, First Come First Served, Service

Abstract

Tuberculosis is a health condition that is easily transmitted through the air that comes from the source oftransmission, such as people who have evidence of tuberculosis when coughing or sneezing which is onlycaused by Mycobacterium Tuberculosis bacterial infection. This tuberculosis disease can give bad effects topatients, namely being ostracized by the surrounding community or even from friends of positive tuberculosispatients. All current problems can be solved by utilizing an expert system. Expert system, also referred to asan expert system where a system by exploiting human knowledge recorded in a computer can solve a commonproblem that requires an expert. Therefore, the certainty factor method (confidence factor) is one of theapproaches that will be used by expert systems. This method can be used to determine a metric fact. Thecertainty factor method (confidence factor) is very easy to use, from an expert weight determination that hasbeen given and calculated based on a fact that arises from the symptoms that have been obtained from anexpert. The purpose of this research is to design and create an expert system to diagnose tuberculosisbecause of the existence of a website that will help in calculating the certainty factor. Abstract

The visitor satisfaction information system for service quality is an innovative solution to measure andimprove service quality in a public service. One of them is at the Nakata house inn, which provideslodging facilities for its visitors. However, with adequate facilities, Nakata's house still has one of itsshortcomings in the service system that makes communication between employees and visitors miss andthe limitations of promotions that are carried out so that it affects the satisfaction and interest of visitors.This research uses the weighted average method which aims to develop an information system inanalyzing and evaluating the level of visitor satisfaction with the quality of service. The weighted averagemethod is used to give weight to various aspects of the service that are assessed by visitors. So that theevaluation becomes accurate and detailed. This research involves collecting data from visitors throughquestionnaires and interviews, as well as data management using the weighted average method analysis.The results of this study show that the response from the response to the quality of Nakata house lodgingservices is included in a good category, because they get a score of 78 and the specification of the highestservice type in the employee responsibility category with a value of 3.5, while with the lowest valuespecification is found in the snack category with a value of 2.1. it is expected to provide concreterecommendations for lodging service providers in improving the quality of service based on the prioritydetermined by visitors. The visitor satisfaction information system for service quality using the weightedaverage method is expected to be able to make strategic decisions to increase visitor satisfaction andservice quality well and efficiently.Keywords: visitor satisfaction survey, lodging, service, weighted average

Abstract

SDIT Qoshru Al Athfal is an integrated Islamic-based elementary school (SD) in Jombang which has 12employees. The problem experienced so far in the payroll process is that the agency does not yet have acomputerized payroll information system that can be used to calculate employee salaries quickly, preciselyand accurately. This research aims to design and implement the fuzzy Tsukamoto method in a website-based payroll information system. This payroll information system is designed to be website-based usingthe PHP CodeIgniter programming language and MySQL as the database. The method used in thisresearch is Fuzzy Tsukamoto. The Fuzzy Tsukamoto method was chosen because of its fundamentalmathematics which is easy to learn. This method is used to determine the amount of employee salariesthrough three stages, namely Fuzzyfication, namely the formation of basic variables and fuzzy sets such aslength of service, education and attendance. Then Inference, namely determining fuzzy rules or rules basedon predetermined variables, and finally Defuzzyfication, namely calculating the amount of employee salaryobtained from membership degrees and fuzzy rules. The result of this research is a web-based payrollinformation system. This system can also print attendance reports, pay slips and fuzzy data reportsaccording to employee needs with 100% accuracy.Keywords: Fuzzy Tsukamoto, Pay Information System, Employee Pay.
