Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengungkap pengaruh dari DER, NPM, dan EPS terhadap return saham pada sub sektor asuransi di Bursa Efek Indonesia Periode 2019-2023. Perusahaan sub sektor asuransi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023 menjadi populasi yang digunakan. Diperoleh 80 sampel penelitian setelah dilakukan metode purposive sampling. Dari hasil penelitian terungkap jika NPM secara signifikan mempengaruhi return saham, sedangkan EPS dan DER tidak memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan pada return saham sub sektor asuransi di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the profitability variables namely ROA, Liquidity namely CR, firm value namely PBV, on the share price of transportation companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in 2019-2023. This study uses quantitative methods in sampling in this study using purposive sampling technique. With the sample criteria obtained as many as 31 companies with a period of 5 years. Data analysis using normality test, multicoloniearity test, heteroscedasticity test, autocorrelation test, multiple linear analysis test, determination coefficient test, f test (simultaneous), and t test (partial). The results of this study indicate that simultaneously profitability, liquidity, firm value have a significant effect on stock prices. Partially profitability and firm value has a significant effect on stock prices while liquidity has no significant effect on stock prices

Abstract

Mikrotrans Bus is one of the public transportation modes under the JakLingko integration system, playing a vital role in supporting the mobility of Jakarta residents at an affordable cost. This study aims to analyze passenger satisfaction with Bus Mikrotrans by considering various factors such as facilities, services, and passenger characteristics. The research method employed is a quantitative survey through the distribution of questionnaires to respondents who are active Bus Mikrotrans users. The data collected includes demographic variables (gender, age, education, and occupation) and service variables (comfort, safety, punctuality, and cleanliness). The validity and reliability of the data were tested before being analyzed using descriptive statistical methods and cross-tabulation. The results show that most respondents are fairly satisfied with the services of Bus Mikrotrans, particularly in terms of cleanliness, comfort, and payment systems. However, there are complaints regarding safety at waiting areas, the availability of supporting facilities such as air conditioning, as well as driving safety and traffic compliance of bus drivers. Cross-tabulation analysis indicates that passenger satisfaction varies based on age and frequency of use. These findings provide important insights for JakLingko management to improve the quality of services and facilities of Bus Mikrotrans to better meet the community's needs in the long term. Abstrak Bus Mikrotrans merupakan salah satu moda transportasi umum di bawah sistem integrasi JakLingko yang berperan penting dalam mendukung mobilitas masyarakat di DKI Jakarta dengan biaya terjangkau. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis tingkat kepuasan penumpang Bus Mikrotrans dengan mempertimbangkan berbagai faktor seperti fasilitas, pelayanan, dan karakteristik penumpang. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei kuantitatif melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada responden yang merupakan pengguna aktif Bus Mikrotrans. Data yang dikumpulkan meliputi variabel demografis (jenis kelamin, usia, pendidikan, dan pekerjaan), serta variabel pelayanan (kenyamanan, keamanan, ketepatan waktu, dan kebersihan). Validitas dan reliabilitas data diuji sebelum dianalisis menggunakan metode statistik deskriptif dan tabulasi silang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa mayoritas responden merasa cukup puas dengan pelayanan Bus Mikrotrans, terutama pada aspek kebersihan, kenyamanan dan sistem pembayaran. Namun, terdapat beberapa keluhan terkait keamanan di tempat menunggu dan ketersediaan fasilitas pendukung seperti pendingin ruangan serta keselamatan berkendara dan ketaatan lalu-lintas dari pengemudi bus. Analisis tabulasi silang menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan penumpang bervariasi berdasarkan usia dan frekuensi penggunaan. Temuan ini memberikan gambaran penting bagi pengelola JakLingko untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan dan fasilitas Bus Mikrotrans demi memenuhi kebutuhan masyarakat secara lebih optimal dalam jangka panjang.

Abstract

Santri Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng 4 who violate the rules will get punishment to improve behavior and provide a deterrent effect, but the data collection of sanctions is still manual so that often repeated violations are not recorded. This research aims to design a system of decision assistance based on the SMART method to record the history of violations and determine the appropriate type of sanction automatically. This descriptive research with a quantitative approach was conducted at Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng 4, Riau, for four months. Data were collected through interviews and documentation, then used to design a system with the SMART method, which was implemented using UML for visualization and documentation of system design through diagrams such as flowcharts, use case diagrams, and activity diagrams. System testing at Pondok Pesantren Tebuireng 4 using Black Box Testing showed satisfactory results on various scenarios, such as the appearance of the login page, dynamic website functionality, report print page, and final score results. Testing was conducted with the pesantren Security Team, and the results confirmed that the SMART-based system can generate automated reports that facilitate efficient monitoring and enforcement of santri discipline. With this system, the process of selecting actions for violations becomes faster and more accurate, and allows users to easily add, edit, and delete data. Abstract

Visual symbols in popular culture play a crucial role in conveying ideologies, constructing identities, and representing specific social structures. One of the most consistent symbols in the Digimon anime franchise is the use of goggles—protective eyewear exclusively worn by male protagonists. This article aims to analyze how goggles are represented as a symbol of hegemonic masculinity, a visual signifier of leadership, and a cultural icon within media and fan communities. The research employs a descriptive qualitative approach using Roland Barthes’ semiotic theory, supported by R.W. Connell’s concept of hegemonic masculinity.The object of study includes seven main Digimon series, from Digimon Adventure (1999) to Digimon Universe: Appli Monsters (2016). Through narrative and visual observation, the study finds that goggles function as a symbolic marker of leadership, passed exclusively among male characters, and never assigned to female ones. This reinforces a visual and ideological structure that dictates who is deemed worthy of leadership. In popular culture, goggles have become a recognizable icon that transcends the text, manifesting in cosplay, merchandise, and fan art, thereby influencing fans’ social imagination regarding gender and authority.Thus, in the Digimon universe, goggles are not merely an accessory but an ideological device that normalizes masculinity as the default for leadership. This article underscores the importance of reading visual symbols in anime as part of the meaning-making process and the reinforcement of social values within children’s entertainment media.

Abstract

This research is motivated by problems in the dare and offline learning process. Some of these problems include educators being constrained in paying attention to the learning process, educators being constrained in providing assessments, educators being constrained in seeing developments in students' understanding, educators being unable to utilize learning media during the learning process, students being constrained in answering questions given by educators. . The aim of this research is to determine teachers' perceptions of bold and offline learning, to find out the comparison between teachers' perceptions of bold and offline learning. This type of research is descriptive quantitative research and comparative quantitative research. The results of the research explain that the teacher's perception of dare learning is very good, the Respondent Achievement Level (TCR) for the planning aspect is 89.56%, TCR for the implementation aspect is 88.89%, TCR for the evaluation aspect is 92.71%. Teachers' perceptions of offline learning are very good, TCR for the planning aspect is 90.63%, TCR for the implementation aspect is 94.21%, TCR for the evaluation aspect is 92.68%. There are differences between these two learning systems, seen from the overall average of the answers, namely bold learning got an average of 67.51, while offline learning got an average of 68.16.

Abstract

Pandemi Covid-19 memaksa perguruan tinggi untuk beralih ke sistem pembelajaran online. Pembelajaran online memiliki beberapa kelebihan dan kekurangan dibandingkan dengan pembelajaran tatap muka. Intensitas belajar dapat tergantung pada berbagai faktor seperti Kualitas pembelajaran online. Mengetahui hubungan kualitas kuliah online dengan intensitas belajar pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Malahayati Bandar Lampung angkatan 2020. Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah analitik kuantitatif dengan rancangan cross sectional. Berdasarkan kriteria inklusi dan eksklusi didapatkan sampel sebanyak 91 responden. Analisis data menggunakan uji statistik uji chi-square. Diketahui bahwa dari 91 responden sebagian besar berjenis kelamin perempuan sebanyak 63 responden (69.2%) sedangkan usia bahwa dari 91 responden sebagian besar berusia 23 tahun sebanyak 60 responden (65.9%). Dan sebagian mahasiswa menilai kualitas kuliah online yang baik sebanyak 65 responden (71.4%). Memiliki intensitas belajar yang baik sebanyak 72 responden  (79.1%). Ada hubungan yang signifikan antara kualitas kuliah online dengan intensitas belajar pada mahasiswa Fakultas Kedokteran Malahayati Bandar Lampung angkatan 2020 dengan (p-value= 0.000).
