Abstract

The number of motorized vehicle riders has drastically increased, leading to a rise in problems such as breakdowns, flat tires, and broken chains while on the road. Especially for riders who are unfamiliar with the surrounding area, it can be challenging to find a nearby mechanic or garage. Therefore, Canic is a web-based application that provides on-demand mechanic services. The application enables riders to easily address vehicle issues by displaying a list of nearby mechanics based on the rider's location. The rider can then select the preferred mechanic and make a booking, with the mechanic coming to the rider's location. The application was designed using Figma, Visual Studio Code, PHP Native, and MySQL as a supporting applications. The application's main features aid riders in finding nearby mechanics and viewing detailed transaction records. Based on a survey of 36 respondents, the application can facilitate riders in finding nearby mechanics from their location. In conclusion, Canic offers a practical solution to address the problem of riders facing vehicle issues while on the road. By providing a user-friendly interface and reliable mechanic services, Canic can help riders avoid further inconvenience and continue their journey with ease.

Abstract

This car washing service faces several issues, including people's laziness to visit the washing location, lack of time due to busy schedules, and often a long queue at the washing location. Cuciin website is a solution for those who have limited time to wash their dirty cars. The Cuciin website has very useful features, namely Booking and Home Service. For the Booking feature, users can view the queue at the washing location and select an available time slot to wash their cars at the location without having to wait in a long queue, hence users can come at the designated time. For the Home Service, users can request a car wash at their homes by providing the location and selecting the preferred time slot so that their cars can stay clean despite their busy schedules. Based on the questionnaire results distributed to 31 respondents, the average response was inclined towards good and very good choices.

Abstract

Pada masa sekarang ini, perkembangan teknologi sangatlah pesat. Banyak teknologi yang dapat kita manfaatkan sehingga dapat memudahkan kita untuk menjalani aktifitas kehidupan. Terutama pada usaha UMKM(Usaha Mikro Kecil dan Menengah) banyak cara kita agar dapat memanfaatkan teknologi dalam melangsungkan usaha ataupun untuk membuka usaha. Salah satunya dengan metode Peer-to-Peer lending. Peer-to-Peer lending memudahkan pihak peminjam(UMKM) dalam mencari dana, dan juga memudahkan pihak pendana(Investor) dalam mencari peluang usaha yang akan diinvestasikan. Untuk itu kita membuat website yang dapat mempertemukan UMKM dan Investor. Website ini memudahkan UMKM untuk mencari dana agar usahanya dapat berkembang dan juga website ini juga merupakan salah satu pilihan instrumen investasi untuk para investor. Website kami menyediakan informasi yang lengkap tentang UMKM yang akan didanai. Hal itu dapat meminimalisir investor agar tidak tertipu oleh UMKM palsu. Sistem pada website kami membebaskan investor untuk membuat penawaran. Investor bisa memberi modal berupa uang tunai, modal tanah, dan masih banyak lagi. Hal tersebut dapat saja terjadi jika UMKM/pihak peminjam menyetujui kesepakatan tersebut.

Abstract

Permasalahan sampah di lingkungan warga masyarakat merupakan sesuatu yang amat serius. Salah satu faktor utamanya adalah kurangnya kesadaran masyarakat dalam membuang dan mengelola sampah dengan benar. Penelitian ini dilakukan untuk memberikan solusi alternatif bagi masyarakat, khususnya yang daerah tempat tinggalnya tidak ada Tempat Pembuangan Sampah. Warga masyarakat dalam melakuan pengelolaan dan pembuangan sampah yang baik dan benar dengan lebih mudah melalui sebuah aplikasi penjemputan sampah berbasis Mobile. Aplikasi ini dikembangkan dengan bahasa pemrograman Java di Android Studio. Untuk mengetahui titik penjemputan dan lokasi penjemputan sampah, aplikasi ini memanfaatkan layanan Chat pribadi kepada petugas sehingga petugas dapat melakukan penjemputan sesuai dengan alamat dan jenis kendaraan pengangkutnya. Berdasarkan hasil pengujian, aplikasi telah berjalan dengan baik dan melewati seluruh skenario pengujian dengan metode black box dan dapat berjalan di Smartphone dengan sistem operasi Android.

Abstract

The library is a facility that supports student and teacher learning activities. The library collection is in the form of textbooks that are used as references during the learning process. The Library of SMA Negeri 10 OKU Regency South Sumatra uses traditional methods in managing data and information. This hinders librarians to process data and present information effectively. The purpose of this research is to design a web-based library information system to assist libraries in solving school library problems. Observations, interviews and literature studies are the methods used to collect data (needs analysis). The prototype is used to build a school library information system. The results of the school library information system design were tested using black box testing. The results of the system activity data, the designed school library information system and the results of the information system evaluation. Activity data is shown in the analysis of running systems. The information system design is displayed with business processes, UML diagrams, and web-based information system screen displays. The evaluation results show that the school library information system can quickly query data, and the information displayed in reports is accurate.

Abstract

The manual attendance system used by the company suffers from inaccuracies and fraud. Therefore, this study aims to overcome this problem by designing and implementing an online presence system based on granted data validity. Information system development methods are used to design online presence systems that use blockchain technology to ensure data validity and reduce the risk of fraud. In conclusion, an online presence system based on granted data validity can be an effective and efficient alternative solution for institutions that still use a manual attendance system.

Abstract

Photo studio banyak digemari dan banyak dikenal di kalangan masyarakat. Sering kali masyarakat kesal akan antrian yang penuh dan harus menunggu lama untuk menggunakan photo studio. Picnette adalah aplikasi berbasis website yang membuat customer atau pelanggan dapat memesan studio dari rumah ataupun dimana saja selama memiliki akses ke internet, customer dapat melihat paketan foto yang terdapat pada web, dapat memilih tanggal, jam dan layanan yang diinginkan dan pembayaran dapat dilakukan secara online ataupun onsite. Web ini dirancang menggunakan Visual Studio code, PHP, HTML, Javascript, Bootstrap, Laravel dan MySQL. Berdasarkan hasil kuesioner yang telah disebar ke sejumlah responden menunjukkan 85.1% menyatakan bahwa aplikasi ini dapat membantu customer dalam memesan studio photo lebih efektif karena pemesanan dapat dilakukan secara online dan di dimana saja dan kapan saja. Dalam kesimpulan, aplikasi Picnette berbasis website dapat meningkatkan efektivitas reservasi online photo studio dengan menyediakan informasi yang lebih terperinci, fitur reservasi, dan sistem pembayaran online yang aman dan mudah digunakan.

Abstract

Customer complaints service is one of the spearheads of increasing customer satisfaction. The intended customer is the employee of the company itself. Coordinated and complete customer complaint handling can provide a positive image of the company / organization. Complete and effective services need to be supported by a coordinated system and cover an entire service cycle that begins with making a complaint, receiving a complaint, updating the complaint status or recapitulation of incoming complaints as a reference for management to assess which domains the customer complains about. This customer complaints management information system is designed to help PT. Semen Baturaja Tbk Palembang to manage and monitor customer complaints. This system focuses on the delivery of complaints from customers based on the type of complaint submitted. Incoming complaints are recorded and then delegated to related parties, as well as monitored the settlement status of the complaint. In this system can also manage customer registrants and company employees to be able to submit complaints and any process in changing the status of complaints or employee data and customer data stored in the report. This system can help management to improve the quality of service, so as to increase customer satisfaction. The method of making the system include system analysis in the form of Flow Chart, system design in the form of Context Diagram, DFD, Use Case Diagram and Activity Diagram The result of the system is applied into web design using PHP programming language and database management using MySQl with Apache web server.

Abstract

Aplikasi penjualan hasil pertanian berbasis mobile telah menjadi sebuah solusi inovatif dalam memperkuat sektor pertanian, menghubungkan para petani, pengepul, dan konsumen secara efisien. Dengan perkembangan teknologi, aplikasi ini memungkinkan akses yang lebih mudah terhadap informasi pasar, transaksi, dan distribusi hasil pertanian. Manfaatnya tak hanya terbatas pada peningkatan pendapatan bagi petani, melainkan juga memberikan konsumen akses yang lebih luas terhadap produk pertanian berkualitas. aplikasi berbasis mobile telah mengubah cara penjualan hasil pertanian dilakukan. teknologi ini memberikan efisiensi dalam rantai pasok hasil pertanian, meminimalisir pemborosan, dan membantu dalam menjawab kebutuhan konsumen yang semakin beragam. Aplikasi penjualan hasil pertanian berbasis mobile bukan hanya sebuah alat teknologi, tetapi juga sebuah langkah menuju transformasi positif dalam dunia pertanian.

Abstract

Clothing needs are the main thing that must be met. One of them is KC Boutique. This shop sells various women's clothing and is located in West Jakarta. The aim of this research is to create a Data Warehouse because the KC boutique shop still uses the Excel application to input data. This makes it difficult for owners to combine all the data they have. Therefore ETL is the solution to this problem. Where ETL will integrate all databases in a Data Warehouse which, if connected the data will also continue to be automatically updated. Data collection methods are observation and interviews. The method used is the OLAP method with the process namely ETL. The tool used is SQL Server Management Studio. The result of this research is the design of a Data Warehouse that is connected to the KC Boutique store database so that the data is well integrated.
