Abstract

Dalam dunia perbankan untuk mewujudkan kepuasan kepada nasabahnya, dari segi pelayanan sangat berpengaruh terhadap profit dan nama baik perusahaan itu sendiri. Salah satunya mobile banking yang menjadi alat untuk membantu nasabah untuk bertransaksi dengan mudah dimana saja dan kapan saja. Pada penelitian ini penulis menganalisis pelayanan pada aplikasi mobile banking Bank Mandiri yaitu Livin by Mandiri menggunakan framework ITIL V3. Tujuan dari penelitian ini untuk meningkatkan kualitas layanan yang ada pada aplikasi Livin by Mandiri. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara. Dari hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi framework ITIL V3 dapat meningkatkan kepuasan layanan perbankan terutama pada aplikasi Livin by Mandiri dengan penggunaan ITIL V3 Service Management Lifecycle. Dengan penelitian tersebut dapat membantu bank untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan perbankan yang ada di aplikasi Livin by Mandiri.

Abstract

Today in the implementation of an employee payroll system in several companies, it is still possible for errors or corruption to occur when many use program packages such as Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel, for example at PT. The Tongkang Mas Review Branch still uses a payroll information system manually, making it possible for the delivery of results from a data processing to be slow and less effective. So that on the part of the company experienced material losses and on the part of employees the service needs have not been served properly and adequately. Based on these findings and research, the authors try to analyze and design an employee payroll information system at PT. Tongkang Mas the Review Branch. So that it is hoped that later it can reduce the occurrence of misuse of information and be able to serve the information needs of employees quickly and accurately. The method used in conducting this research uses system analysis work steps. In analyzing and designing a system by Tavri D. Mahyuzir which consists of problem definition, feasibility study, system design, system detail, implementation, maintenance, and system evaluation. From the development of this system, the author uses the Microsoft Access application to produce an employee payroll information system design consisting of general system design, input design, output design, and process design, as well as program display design which can later increase work efficiency and effectiveness and increase usage. computer resources.

Abstract

This research explores the implementation of Enterprise Architecture (EA) with a focus on two main methods, namely The Open Group Architecture Framework (TOGAF) and the Federal Enterprise Architecture Framework (FEAF). EA implementation is recognized as the key to integrating business strategy and information technology in organizations. TOGAF offers a structured approach with clear phases, while FEAF is more focused on the government sector with more general guidelines. TOGAF is known for its comprehensive coverage and global support, while FEAF has advantages in the United States government context. Comparative analysis identifies the advantages and disadvantages of both. TOGAF has complexities that can be a challenge, while FEAF may be suboptimal for complex private organizations. The research conclusion highlights that the choice of method depends on the needs and context of the organization. TOGAF may be better suited to a structured and comprehensive implementation, while FEAF may be quicker to implement with a more limited focus. This research provides guidance for decision makers in selecting EA methods that suit the unique characteristics and goals of the organization.

Abstract

In the current digital era, the advancement of information technology plays a pivotal role in improving the quality of life in rural communities. This research aims to develop a Mobile-Based Village Information System with a Government-To-Citizen concept, designed to provide easy and swift access to crucial information, including education, culinary, and automotive workshop details within the village environment. The application is equipped with features tailored to facilitate rural residents in accessing relevant information efficiently. The education information feature offers access to educational programs, scholarships, and training opportunities, contributing to the enhancement of literacy levels in the village. Meanwhile, the culinary information feature provides local culinary businesses with the chance to market their products, supporting the economic growth of village residents and ensuring sustainability for Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs). Furthermore, the automotive workshop information feature streamlines the process of finding workshops or vehicle repair services, supporting the maintenance of residents' vehicles and contributing to the improvement of technical skills and business opportunities in the automotive sector. Research findings indicate that the implementation of this application has a positive impact on simplifying information access, subsequently contributing to the economic development of village residents and revitalizing the MSME sector. Thus, the Mobile-Based Village Information System with a G2C concept not only proves to be an effective solution for information retrieval but also serves as a catalyst for progress and well-being in rural communities in this digital age

Abstract

Meningkatnya perkembangan teknologi informasi dan komunikasi menyebabkan perusahaan-perusahaan dari berbagai bidang mengembangkan bisnis di dunia internet, khususnya perusahaan-perusahaan di bidang industri percetakan. Tujuan penelitian adalah mencari solusi dengan membangun aplikasi percetakan online yang memudahkan konsumen dalam melakukan pemesanan, konsumen hanya perlu memesan jasa percetakan melalui website dimana saja dan kapan saja tanpa datang ke lokasi percetakan. Perusahaan percetakan juga dapat memanfaatkan situs percetakan online sebagai media pemasaran untuk bersaing dengan perusahaan sejenis di wilayah yang lebih luas. Aplikasi percetakan online berbasis website ini dibangun dengan menggunakan metode Waterfall. Dalam penerapannya, metode Waterfall dibagi menjadi beberapa tahapan, dimulai dari analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, perancangan fisik dan pengujian. Hasilnya adalah website aplikasi percetakan online dimana konsumen dapat melakukan pemesanan melalui website tanpa harus datang ke lokasi percetakan, konsumen hanya perlu melakukan transaksi melalui website yang sudah ada. Setelah melakukan konfirmasi pesanan, konsumen dapat memantau progress pesanan yang dapat dilacak secara real time melalui website.

Abstract

This study aims to create a website-based Company Profile of Tanjung Kemala Village, East Baturaja District, to facilitate the people of Tanjung Kemala Village. Providing better village profile openness to the community regarding village facilities and village advantages, the company profile website will be an easily accessible source of information for all parties who want to find out more about the village and provide community services Tanjung Kemala Village, East Baturaja District. In designing and building a company profile website in Tanjung Kemala village using WDLC methods, namely Planning, Analysis, Website Design and Development, Testing, Website Implementation and Maintenance. Website creation using codeigniter framework and database using Mysql. This research resulted in a website company profile of village services The proposed web-based can maximize services at the Tanjung Kemala Village Office as planned and provide quick information about health, social education and village profiles. By having a modern and informative company profile website, Tanjung Kemala Village can increase the value of promotion and professionalism in the eyes of the community.

Abstract

Barbershop is now widely recognized in the community. Often people are annoyed by the queues that are full and long waits. Cutman is a web-based application that allows customers to book from home and can choose the time and also choose a haircut that suits the customer at Cutman Barbershop. In this way the customer can access the website, then the customer can make a booking by selecting the time and also the haircut. The Cutman application is designed using Visual Studio code (Vscode), PHP, HTML, Java script, and MySQL. This study uses a Likert scale. With this website, it can help customers in ordering shaving services online.

Abstract

Piu Piu adalah bisnis kue rumahan yang dikenal karena desain kue bento yang unik dan menarik, menjadikannya populer di kalangan pelanggan. Meskipun populer, Piu Piu menghadapi tantangan dalam efektivitas pemasaran karena keterbatasan platform pemasaran, kurangnya tenaga kerja, dan lokasi yang kurang strategis. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan sistem informasi berbasis web sederhana untuk membantu Piu Piu dalam pemasaran digital dan memperluas jangkauan pasar targetnya. Penelitian ini menggunakan metode linier berurutan, yang dipilih karena kemudahannya dalam menangani masalah seperti ini. Metode ini melibatkan tahapan analisis, desain sistem, pengkodean, dan pengujian, memastikan proyek yang terstruktur dan dapat dikelola dengan baik. Implementasi sistem akan menggunakan bahasa pemrograman HTML dan PHP untuk membuat situs web yang responsif dan ramah pengguna. Desain sistem mencakup berbagai komponen, seperti diagram use case, desain basis data, dan desain antarmuka pengguna. Desain basis data terdiri dari tabel untuk admin, kue, kontak, pelanggan, transaksi, tentang, dan penilaian, memastikan manajemen data yang terorganisir dan efisien. Desain antarmuka berfokus pada menciptakan pengalaman yang menarik dan intuitif bagi pengguna. Pengujian sistem menggunakan Black Box Testing untuk memastikan situs web berfungsi dengan baik dari perspektif pengguna. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa situs web yang dikembangkan menyediakan platform bagi Piu Piu untuk mempromosikan produknya secara efektif, memperluas jangkauan pasarnya, dan meningkatkan keterlibatan pelanggan. Penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa sistem informasi berbasis web dapat secara signifikan meningkatkan upaya pemasaran Piu Piu, memberikan jangkauan yang lebih luas dan penyebaran informasi yang efisien. Sistem ini meningkatkan profil bisnis Piu Piu, menjadikannya lebih dikenal oleh publik, terutama penggemar kue bento.

Abstract

Early childhood education is crucial for children's cognitive development. In the digital era, utilizing Android-based technology, such as games, can enhance the learning experience. This study aims to develop an interactive learning game, Joynimal, to introduce animals to children aged 4-7 years at RA Darul Ulum Sarirogo. Using Unity 2D, this game is designed to facilitate animal learning with an interactive and enjoyable approach. The research methodology includes literature study, needs analysis and design, implementation, testing, and game release. The questionnaire results from 30 respondents show that 66.03% strongly agree that this game is effective in improving children's cognitive abilities. The aspects of appearance, the aspects of difficulty, the aspects of game system, the aspects of and educational delivery also received very positive responses with percentages of 68.58%, 59.50%, 67.95%, and 67.41%, respectively. This study concludes that Joynimal is effective as an interactive learning tool that is engaging and beneficial for early childhood education, helping to enhance cognitive skills, shape recognition, and vocabulary in a fun way, as well as motivating children to learn in a more engaging and interactive manner.

Abstract

Aplikasi antrian validasi wajib pajak restoran di Kantor Badan Pendapatan Daerah (BAPENDA) Kota Palembang dikembangkan sebagai solusi untuk meningkatkan efisiensi dan kualitas pelayanan publik. Proses validasi wajib pajak yang selama ini dilakukan secara manual seringkali menimbulkan antrean panjang dan memperlambat pelayanan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengembangkan dan menganalisis aplikasi antrian yang dapat digunakan untuk mengelola proses validasi tersebut secara terstruktur. Metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan yaitu observasi dan interview. Metode pengembangan sistem yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini metode waterfall dengan tahapan yaitu analisis kebutuhan, desain sistem, pengembangan aplikasi, serta uji coba dan evaluasi terhadap aplikasi yang dikembangkan. Aplikasi ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kemudahan bagi wajib pajak dalam melakukan validasi, mengurangi waktu tunggu, serta meningkatkan kepuasan pengguna layanan. Hasil dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam pengembangan teknologi di sektor pemerintahan, khususnya dalam pelayanan publik yang berbasis teknologi informasi, serta dapat menjadi referensi bagi instansi pemerintah lainnya dalam mengadopsi tersebut untuk meningkatkan kualitas pelayanan publik.
