Abstract

In an era where cash transactions are being replaced by digital transactions, users are faced with a dilemma between the many choices of e-wallet types. This choice challenges users to have to align their preferences and needs with the available digital transaction methods. This research aims to develop a decision support system based on Simple Additive Weighting (SAW) to assist users in evaluating their level of suitability for digital payment methods. The SAW method is used to assess important aspects such as ease of use, security, costs, and availability of both types of transactions. Each aspect is given weight according to its significance in decision making. The results of this research provide detailed guidance to users in considering their preferences and needs regarding digital transaction methods. By using a SAW-based decision support system, users can make more appropriate decisions according to their needs. The development of this decision support system is an important step in assisting users in evaluating and selecting various types of e-wallets.

Abstract

Berkaca pada gaya kerja modern yang dipengaruhi oleh Covid-19, dimana gaya kerja fleksibel atau biasa disebut WFH (Work From Home) menjadi solusi untuk tetap bekerja dari rumah. Namun gaya kerja WFH ini juga menimbulkan permasalahan yang muncul karena kurangnya pengawasan terhadap penelusuran perkembangan WFH. Jadi, untuk mengatur seluruh tugas pegawai, diperlukan adanya tugas berdasarkan prioritas dan pelacakan kemajuan pegawai yang melaksanakan WFH. Agar kinerja karyawan (orang yang tepat untuk tugas tersebut) dapat maksimal, maka perlu diterapkan metode PROMETHEE sebagai tolak ukur pemeringkatan hasil kerja karyawan berdasarkan tugas yang dilaksanakan. Perancangan program dilakukan sesuai cara kerja metode PROMETHEE.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk merancang sebuah Sistem Informasi Aplikasi Peminjaman Laptop berbasis Mobile sebagai solusi digital untuk manajemen aset teknologi. Masalah utama yang dihadapi adalah tidak efisiennya pengelolaan peminjaman laptop secara manual, yang sering kali menyebabkan kebingungan dalam pelacakan ketersediaan, pengelolaan aset, dan waktu pengembalian laptop. Untuk memecahkan masalah tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode pengembangan sistem berbasis waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Data dikumpulkan melalui wawancara dengan pengguna dan pengelola aset, observasi langsung terhadap proses peminjaman laptop yang ada, serta studi pustaka terkait pengelolaan aset teknologi. Sistem yang dikembangkan memungkinkan pengguna untuk meminjam laptop secara digital, melacak status peminjaman, dan menerima notifikasi pengingat pengembalian. Hasil pengujian menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi ini mampu meningkatkan efisiensi pengelolaan aset, mempercepat proses peminjaman, dan memberikan transparansi yang lebih baik dalam pelacakan laptop yang sedang dipinjam. Kesimpulannya, aplikasi ini berhasil memberikan solusi digital yang efektif dan dapat diterapkan dalam skala lebih luas untuk meningkatkan manajemen aset teknologi di berbagai institusi

Abstract

Determining outstanding students at Baturaja University is an important process that requires fair and objective assessment based on relevant criteria. The purpose of this study is to develop a Decision Support System (DSS) using the Analytical Hierarchy Process (AHP) and Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) methods to assist the university team in the process of selecting outstanding students. This study took a sample of 50 students who had a Cumulative Grade Point Average (GPA) ? 3.5 and a track record of non-academic achievements. The four main criteria used in the assessment are Academic, Non-Academic, Attendance, and Attitude and Ethics. AHP is used to determine the weight of each criterion, while TOPSIS is applied to obtain the final ranking of students based on their proximity to positive and negative ideal solutions. The expected results of this study are a DSS that is able to provide objective student ranking recommendations, reduce subjectivity in assessment, and assist the selection committee in making fairer and more consistent decisions. This DSS is expected to improve efficiency and accuracy in the process of selecting outstanding students at Baturaja University.

Abstract

Web-based information systems have developed significantly over the last few years with their improvements. An information system that can facilitate service, and access to get information and data management. So that better service to students will be obtained. This research can help students and informatics study programs in archiving thesis data. The research method in this study is a. Observation Method, observation by directly observing the campus environment of the Baturaja University Informatics Study Program to obtain information about the fluidity of the current system used to produce information systems; b. Library Study Method Literature study technique is by collecting data and information on written materials related to the discussion of problems in this study, c. Interview method and d. the information system development method in this study uses the Rapid Application Development or RAD model. Based on the results and discussion in this study, the authors conclude that the creation of a Web-Based Thesis Data Information System at Baturaja University The process of collecting thesis files in the form of softcopy is no longer done conventionally, namely thesis files just need to be uploaded through the system and thesis searches can be done easily online.

Abstract

Absrak Distribusi kekayaan dalam ekonomi mikro islam merujuk pada cara pembagian dan penyebaran kekayaan di antara individu dan kelompok dalam masyarakat, dengan tujuan mencapai keadilan sosial dan kesejahteraan umum. Dalam pandangan Islam, distribusi kekayaan tidak hanya dipandang sebagai masalah efisiensi ekonomi, tetapi juga sebagai kewajiban moral dan sosial yang harus dilaksanakan dengan prinsip-prinsip keadilan, keseimbangan, dan pemerataan. Prinsip utama dalam distribusi kekayaan Islam adalah keadilan sosial, di mana setiap individu memiliki hak untuk memperoleh kekayaan sesuai dengan kontribusinya dalam perekonomian, sekaligus menjaga keseimbangan dengan memperhatikan kebutuhan mereka yang kurang mampu. Instrumen utama untuk redistribusi kekayaan dalam ekonomi Islam mencakup zakat, infak, sedekah, dan wakaf. Zakat, sebagai kewajiban yang harus dilaksanakan oleh individu yang memiliki kekayaan tertentu, bertujuan untuk mengurangi kesenjangan antara kaya dan miskin. Sementara itu, infak dan sedekah berfungsi sebagai sumbangan sukarela yang dapat memperluas jangkauan pemerataan kekayaan. Melalui redistribusi kekayaan ini, ekonomi Islam bertujuan menciptakan masyarakat yang lebih adil, sejahtera, dan bebas dari ketimpangan sosial yang tajam. Dengan demikian, distribusi kekayaan dalam ekonomi mikro Islam bukan hanya sekedar mekanisme ekonomi, tetapi juga sarana untuk mencapai tujuan sosial dan spiritual yang lebih tinggi, yaitu kesejahteraan bersama dan solidaritas sosial. Abstract

The rapid development of information technology requires companies to optimize their IT systems and infrastructure. PT. PUSRI Palembang is one company that realizes the importance of repairing and maintaining computers effectively and efficiently. Therefore, the web-based computer damage repair application application is designed to simplify the process of applying for computer damage repairs at PT. PUSRI Palembang. In making this application, the system development method used is the waterfall method. The stages carried out include needs analysis, system design, implementation, testing and maintenance. This application was designed using the PHP programming language and MySQL database. This application allows users to submit computer damage repair requests online. Users can fill out a submission form which consists of information about the type of damage, description of the damage, and location of the damage. After the user submits a request, IT technicians will receive a notification and can follow up on the request. Additionally, users can also track the status of their repair requests through this app. Apart from that, this application can also increase efficiency and effectiveness in computer maintenance at PT. PUSRI Palembang.

Abstract

The study aims to create an application system that can be used to calculate the amount of depreciation of company assets using the double declining balance method based on Android. The methods used in this study are planning, analysis and application program creation. This Android application is created using the React Native language. The application system created is used to enter user identities, create inventory databases, create customer databases and calculate depreciation using the double declining balance method. The application system developed is designed to facilitate communication between users. The results of the study are an application system with several menus, namely the user identity menu, a menu for creating a list of company assets, a menu for adding company assets and a menu for calculating depreciation. This application was then tested using ISO 25010 to determine whether this software is suitable for use or not. The application system developed can be used to calculate asset depreciation easily, quickly and practically as seen from the results of the questionnaire used with an average result of 79.68%.

Abstract

Permasalahan utama dalam pengelolaan hutang piutang secara manual adalah risiko human error, ketidakakuratan pencatatan, dan kelalaian dalam pembayaran akibat tidak adanya pengingat yang efektif. Penelitian ini bertujuan merancang aplikasi berbasis Android untuk memudahkan pencatatan dan pengingat hutang piutang secara digital dengan pendekatan metode Waterfall. Metode ini dipilih karena sifatnya yang terstruktur, terdiri dari tahapan analisis kebutuhan, perancangan sistem, implementasi, pengujian, dan pemeliharaan. Hasil penelitian menghasilkan aplikasi mobile dengan fitur utama pencatatan transaksi hutang atau piutang, notifikasi pengingat berbasis waktu, visualisasi laporan keuangan, dan enkripsi data untuk keamanan. Pengujian fungsionalitas menunjukkan bahwa aplikasi berhasil mengurangi 30% kesalahan pencatatan dibanding metode manual, dengan tingkat akurasi pengingat mencapai 95%. Kesimpulan penelitian ini membuktikan bahwa penerapan metode Waterfall efektif untuk pengembangan sistem terstruktur, sementara aplikasi yang dihasilkan mampu meningkatkan efisiensi manajemen keuangan pengguna secara signifikan. Solusi ini tidak hanya mengatasi masalah pencatatan tradisional tetapi juga memberikan nilai tambah melalui analisis data keuangan berbasis mobile
