Abstract

Pemerintah Kota Baturaja memiliki Dinas Kesehatan yang menjalankan program kesehatan secara lengkap. Ketika prasarana dan sarana pelayanan kesehatan masyarakat dimodernisasi, bermunculanlah puskesmas. Terdapat 13 puskesmas di seluruh Kota Baturaja. Namun, saat ini terdapat beberapa situasi di mana masyarakat tidak mengetahui keberadaan puskesmas dalam situasi kritis, seperti terjatuh dari motor, atau keadaan darurat lainnya. Membuat dan mengembangkan data proyek lokasi kesehatan terdekat. Dengan memanfaatkan Koordinat lokasi layanan kesehatan dapat diakses menggunakan Google Maps API. lokasi layanan dapat diperoleh dengan lebih mudah. ??Aplikasi ini memungkinkan masyarakat mengetahui lokasi fasilitas kesehatan terdekat, lengkap dengan informasi alamat dan kontak yang dapat dihubungi. Sistem ini dikembangkan dengan menggunakan model Waterfall, yang meliputi tahapan analisis, perancangan, perancangan, pengkodean, implementasi dan pengujian. Sistem informasi peta geografis puskesmas ini dirancang untuk memberikan manfaat bagi masyarakat Kota Baturaja, membantu mereka menemukan puskesmas terdekat dengan cepat, sehingga dapat mendukung penanganan keadaan darurat yang lebih efektif.

Abstract

The Regional Indonesian Broadcasting Commission (KPID) of South Sumatra is responsible for supervising and ensuring that local television broadcasts comply with applicable broadcasting regulations. However, the monitoring process, which is still conducted manually, results in limitations in effectiveness and efficiency. Therefore, this study aims to design and develop a local television broadcast monitoring application to help KPID South Sumatra carry out its supervision more optimally. The application is built using web-based technology that enables real-time monitoring and more systematic violation recording. The development method used is the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) Waterfall model, which includes the stages of analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. The results of this study indicate that the developed application can improve accuracy and efficiency in the local television broadcast monitoring process, as well as facilitate violation reporting. With this system, KPID South Sumatra can perform its supervisory duties more effectively and transparently.

Abstract

Integrasi Knowledge Management System (KMS) dalam dunia pendidikan kini menjadi strategi penting untuk meningkatkan mutu pembelajaran serta memperkuat kerja sama antar guru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis pengaruh penerapan KMS terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran dan kolaborasi guru di Sekolah Menengah Atas (SMA). Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan metode Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). Data diperoleh melalui kuesioner skala Likert lima poin yang dibagikan kepada guru. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi KMS berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap efektivitas pembelajaran (β = 0,52; p < 0,01) serta kolaborasi guru (β = 0,36; p < 0,05). Efektivitas pembelajaran juga berpengaruh positif terhadap kolaborasi guru (β = 0,41; p < 0,01). Selain itu, terdapat pengaruh tidak langsung penerapan KMS terhadap kolaborasi melalui efektivitas pembelajaran sebagai variabel mediasi (β = 0,21; p < 0,05). Temuan ini menegaskan peran ganda KMS: meningkatkan efektivitas pengajaran sekaligus mendorong terbentuknya budaya kolaboratif di sekolah. Penelitian ini memperluas kajian literatur KMS di pendidikan menengah dan memberi rekomendasi praktis bagi sekolah dalam mengoptimalkan strategi digital untuk berbagi pengetahuan, kolaborasi, dan inovasi pembelajaran.

Abstract

Menentukan lokasi umkm yang tepat merupakan langkah penting yang sangat memengaruhi keberhasilan umkm. Lokasi yang strategis dapat meningkatkan peluang keuntungan, sedangkan lokasi yang kurang tepat justru bisa menjadi hambatan dalam perkembangan umkm. Untuk itu, penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan sebuah sistem pendukung keputusan (SPK) berbasis web yang dapat membantu pengguna dalam memilih lokasi umkm yang paling sesuai. Sistem ini menggunakan metode Simple Additive Weighting (SAW), yaitu metode yang bekerja dengan memberikan bobot pada setiap kriteria yang dianggap penting, lalu menjumlahkan nilai dari tiap alternatif untuk menghasilkan rekomendasi terbaik. Beberapa kriteria yang digunakan antara lain adalah aksesibilitas, potensi pasar, tingkat persaingan, dan keamanan. Data untuk setiap kriteria diperoleh melalui penyebaran kuesioner kepada pelaku dan calon pelaku umkm, yang kemudian divalidasi dan diuji kualitasnya. Hasil akhir dari sistem ini berupa rekomendasi peringkat lokasi umkm berdasarkan nilai tertinggi yang diperoleh. Diharapkan sistem ini dapat membantu pengguna membuat keputusan yang lebih terarah dan berbasis data, khususnya dalam menentukan lokasi umkm yang optimal.

Abstract

An ad hoc network is a collection of wireless mobile host forming a temporary network without the aid of any established infrastructure or centralized administration that has dynamic topologies characteristics. Every node in network can be act as a host and router forwarding the packet to the other node. That’s why needed routing protocol. Ad hoc network Qos (Quality of service) is affected by routing protocol works. With dynamic topology as the basic of this network made a problem at routing. This happened because the topology easily change with higher mobility will cause more computation at every node for storage, memory consume, CPU processing, and power consume. TORA (Temporally Ordered Routing Algorithm) is one of ad hoc routing protocol which has multiple route so the data packet can be send through the different path from the source to the destination. It has good performance when higher mobility and the network become large. This research simulates and analyze the effect of TORA to route the data packet with performance parameter throughput, delay, packet delivery ratio and route overhead. The result show that Throughput and Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) increase when the mount of node bigger when using TORA protocol. The biggest throughput is got by CBR traffic rather than Exponential and Pareto traffic when speed become high (5 m/s, 20 m/s). The biggest Packet Delivery Ratio (PDR) got by Exponential traffic rather than two other types.

Abstract

Indonesia has rich biodiversity, including various types of herbal plants commonly used in traditional medicine. However, manual identification and classification of herbal leaves remain challenging due to similarities in shape, color, and texture between species. This study aims to develop an automatic classification system for herbal leaf types using the Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) method with the AlexNet architecture. The dataset used in this research was obtained from a public Kaggle repository and consists of ten classes of herbal leaves, namely guava, curry, basil, turmeric, mint, papaya, betel, soursop, aloe vera, and green tea. Image preprocessing includes resizing to 224×224 pixels, normalization, and data augmentation to improve model generalization. The model was trained and tested using an 80:20 data split with several experimental configurations. The best performance was achieved at a learning rate of 0.0001, batch size of 32, and 25 epochs, resulting in a training accuracy of 88.25% and a testing accuracy of 73.50%. These results show that AlexNet can effectively extract visual features from herbal leaf images and perform accurate classification. This study demonstrates that CNN-based classification is an efficient approach for recognizing herbal plants automatically.

Abstract

This study aims to apply the Simplex Method to optimize production levels and maximize profits in Micro, Small, and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in Ogan Komering Ulu Regency. The research was conducted to address common challenges faced by MSMEs, such as limited raw materials, labor hours, and production costs, which often result in inefficient resource allocation. The Simplex Method, a mathematical optimization technique used in linear programming, was utilized to determine the optimal number of products to be produced under given constraints. Data were collected through field observations, structured interviews, and production records of selected MSMEs. The analysis revealed that applying the Simplex Method enabled business owners to increase production efficiency by up to 20% while maintaining the same level of resource usage. The study concludes that the Simplex Method can serve as an effective decision-making tool for MSMEs to optimize their production planning, reduce waste, and enhance profitability.

Abstract

QRIS merupakan standar sistem pembayaran digital yang semakin banyak digunakan oleh masyarakat Indonesia. Meskipun adopsinya terus meningkat, belum banyak kajian yang secara spesifik menilai tingkat usability dari perspektif pengguna. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis pengalaman pengguna dan tingkat usability QRIS menggunakan metode System Usability Scale (SUS). Penelitian dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner SUS yang terdiri dari sepuluh pernyataan menggunakan skala Likert 1–5 kepada pengguna aktif QRIS. Data yang diperoleh kemudian dihitung untuk mendapatkan nilai SUS serta diinterpretasikan melalui grade scale, acceptability range, dan adjective ratings guna mengetahui tingkat kelayakan penggunaan sistem. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa QRIS memperoleh skor SUS sebesar 52,0, yang termasuk dalam kategori Acceptable namun berada pada tingkat penerimaan yang rendah. Meskipun grade scale menunjukkan nilai pada kategori F, penilaian pengguna melalui adjective ratings menempatkan QRIS pada kategori “OK”. Temuan ini mengindikasikan bahwa pengguna masih dapat menerima dan menggunakan QRIS dengan cukup baik, namun pengalaman yang dirasakan belum sepenuhnya optimal. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi skor ini meliputi ketergantungan pada kualitas jaringan, ketidakkonsistenan antarmuka aplikasi, serta efektivitas dan efisiensi penggunaan yang belum maksimal. Secara keseluruhan, penelitian ini menyimpulkan bahwa QRIS memiliki tingkat usability yang masih perlu ditingkatkan. Pengembang aplikasi disarankan untuk memperbaiki desain antarmuka, meningkatkan performa sistem, dan memperkuat stabilitas transaksi guna mencapai pengalaman pengguna yang lebih baik.

Abstract

This research implements a Long Short-Term Memory (LSTM) algorithm to predict temperature patterns as part of an IoT-based monitoring system designed to mitigate fire risks. The dataset is collected from ESP32-based sensors that record temperature and timestamp data. The LSTM model was trained using normalized temperature data, with five-step ahead predictions. Preprocessing included combining date and time into a datetime index, followed by scaling and reshaping data for supervised learning. The model architecture consists of a single LSTM layer and a dense output layer. The prediction results show a low Mean Squared Error (MSE), indicating the LSTM model is effective for early detection of potential fire hazards. This work contributes to real-time risk mitigation by improving the predictive accuracy in IoT environments.
