Abstract

This research aims to provide an overview of the STAKE program evaluation model. The method used is a literature review method with a qualitative-descriptive approach. The research results show that: 1. The stake evaluation model, also known as the consideration evaluation model. This evaluation model has two matrices, namely a description matrix and a judgment matrix. Each matrix has two research stages. The description matrix consists of two stages, namely the intense stage (goals/hopes) and observation (the reality of the goal). Meanwhile, the judgment matrix also has two stages, namely standard and consideration. Each matrix and stage each has three components, namely, antecedents (initial conditions), transactions (implementation/application) and outcomes (results). Commonly used data collection techniques and tools are interviews, observation and documentation. The data analysis technique commonly used is descriptive-qualitative analysis technique with descriptive statistics. 2. An example of implementing a stake model program evaluation is the evaluation carried out by Science Study Program students at FTIK IAIN Bengkulu. The program evaluation they carried out was on the Biology learning program at SMA No. 10 Bengkulu City. "Between planning and implementation and science learning outcomes, learning planning with sufficient categories causes teachers to carry out learning not in accordance with process standards so that student learning outcomes do not meet the KKM." 3. The research plan created is an evaluation research design for the stake model program at FTIK IAIS Sambas. The object evaluated is the student's thesis which uses quantitative methods. Because it is still in draft form, accurate results have not yet been obtained, even though there is already a picture based on the results of the initial survey.

Abstract

This study aims to analyse the implementation of Pancasila values in Indonesia's economic legal system as an effort to achieve social justice and sustainable economic growth. Using a literature review method, this study examines various literature, regulations, and policies related to the application of Pancasila principles, particularly in the context of a people-centred economy, equitable distribution of development outcomes, and protection of small and medium-sized enterprises. The analysis reveals that Pancasila values, such as mutual cooperation, solidarity, and social justice, have become the normative foundation for the formulation of national economic law. However, structural challenges in the era of globalisation, such as the dominance of capitalism, resource distribution disparities, and foreign investment penetration, still hinder the optimal realisation of these values. Therefore, regulatory reforms, institutional strengthening, and the internalisation of Pancasila values in education and economic practices are necessary to create an inclusive, fair, and competitive economic legal system.

Abstract

Legal protection of ownership and copyright of digital content has become a crucial issue in the creative economy era, which is characterised by rapid developments in information technology. This study aims to analyse the forms of legal protection applicable in Indonesia to digital content copyright, the challenges faced in its implementation, and possible solutions. The study was conducted using a normative legal method through literature review, legislation, and other relevant documents. The results of the study indicate that although Law No. 28 of 2014 on Copyright provides a fairly comprehensive legal protection framework, practices in the field still face obstacles such as low legal awareness, ease of infringement in the digital realm, and limitations in law enforcement. Strengthening regulations, leveraging digital protection technologies, and fostering cross-sector collaboration are necessary to create a fair and sustainable creative economy ecosystem.

Abstract

This study discusses the shift in religious meaning in local traditions as a result of increasingly intensive global cultural interaction in the era of globalisation. Using a literature review method, this study examines various forms of change that have occurred in the implementation and interpretation of religious traditions in society, and identifies the main driving factors, such as globalisation, modernisation, urbanisation, technological developments, and lifestyle changes. The findings reveal that local religious traditions are shifting from a sacred dimension towards a more secular and symbolic dimension, with a decline in community participation and the commodification of traditions. However, there are efforts to revitalise and adapt traditions to remain relevant amid the tide of change. This study emphasises the importance of preserving religious values through creative and collaborative approaches to maintain local cultural identity in the global era.

Abstract

Local traditions play an important role as markers of community identity amid the increasingly complex challenges of globalisation. This study aims to analyse how local religious traditions respond to global changes, emphasising the processes of adaptation and resistance that occur at the community level. Through a literature review method, this study found that the adaptation of local religious traditions occurs not only in ritual aspects but also in the underlying values, influenced by the role of religious elites, the younger generation, government policies, and digital technology. On the other hand, resistance emerges as an effort to preserve spiritual meaning and cultural identity amid the tide of global homogenisation. The findings indicate that the success of preserving traditions as markers of identity depends heavily on the community's ability to balance the preservation of noble values with creative innovation, ensuring that local traditions remain relevant and serve as a source of inspiration in the era of globalisation.

Abstract

Organic farming is increasingly recognised as a strategic solution for achieving sustainable food security in Indonesia. This system emphasises the use of natural materials without synthetic fertilisers and pesticides, thereby maintaining soil health, improving crop quality, and reducing negative impacts on the environment. Literature reviews indicate that organic farming not only produces safer and more nutritious food but also contributes to increased farmer income through higher product prices and growing market demand. However, the development of organic farming in Indonesia still faces various challenges, such as complex certification processes, limited farmer knowledge, and uneven market access. Therefore, policy support, education, and technological innovation are needed to enable organic farming to develop optimally and play a greater role in achieving healthy, self-reliant, and sustainable national food security.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the role of multicultural-based religious education in developing inclusive attitudes and cultural awareness among students through a literature review method. Multicultural religious education is considered highly relevant in the context of Indonesia's diverse society, as it instils values of tolerance, respect for differences, and mutual respect among students from various cultural and religious backgrounds. The results of the literature review indicate that religious education that integrates multicultural principles can shape students' inclusive, open, and sensitive character towards social issues around them. Additionally, this education is also effective in enhancing students' cultural awareness, strengthening their self-identity, and fostering a harmonious and peaceful school environment. Thus, multicultural-based religious education is an important strategy in building a young generation that is tolerant, culturally aware, and ready to face the challenges of globalisation.

Abstract

Organic farming is one of the strategic approaches in supporting a sustainable global food security system. By prioritising environmentally friendly principles, organic farming reduces the use of pesticides and synthetic fertilisers, maintains soil health, and enhances biodiversity in agricultural land. Global literature indicates that this system not only provides healthy and nutrient-rich food but also contributes to climate change mitigation and farmer economic empowerment through product diversification and access to premium markets. However, organic agriculture still faces challenges such as lower productivity, high certification costs, and limited market access and technical knowledge among farmers. Policy support, technological innovation, and public education are key to optimising the role of organic farming in achieving fair, healthy, and sustainable food security in the future.

Abstract

This study aims to evaluate the policy and implementation of transparency in village fund management in Indonesia through a literature review method. Transparency in village fund management is crucial to ensure effective use of funds, prevent misuse, and enhance public trust in village governments. The results of the study indicate that transparency policies have been clearly regulated through regulations such as the Village Law and Permendagri No. 20 of 2018, and supported by innovative systems such as Siskeudes, which facilitates reporting and access to village financial information. However, implementation at the village level still faces various obstacles, including limited human resources, technological infrastructure, and low community literacy. Therefore, strengthening the capacity of village officials, optimising the use of technology, and increasing community participation are key factors in achieving transparent, accountable, and sustainable village fund management.
