Abstract

Beberapa permasalahan seperti polusi, penumpukan sampah sampai limbah B3 yang disebabkan salah satunya oleh industri, UMKM dan pelaku usaha sudah sepantasnya menerapkan konsep circular economy dengan tujuan menjaga keharmonisan hidup antara manusia dengan alam, jika simbiosis mutualisme ini terjalin dengan baik, manusia menjaga alam, alam juga akan lebih menjaga manusia. Adapun fokus penelitian ini adalah: 1) Bagaimana proses produksi di UMKM Tahu Asin Cak Munir Tegal Mijin? 2) Bagaimana Penerapan Circular Economy (9R) dalam Proses Produksi di UMKM Tahu Asin Cak Munir Tegal Mijin? Tujuan penelitian ini adalah: 1) Untuk menganalisi Untuk menganalisis Proses Produksi di UMKM Tahu Asin Cak Munir Kecamatan Grujugan Bondowoso. 2) Untuk menganalisis Penerapan Circular Economy dalam Proses Produksi di UMKM Tahu Asin Cak Munir. Metode Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif. Adapun Hasil penelitian ini adalah: UMKM Tahu Asin Cak Munir membutuhkan 9 proses produksi diantaranya; persiapan, pencucian dan perendaman, penggilingan, perebusan, penyaringan, pencetakan, pemotongan, penggorengan, dan pembungkusan. Penerapan circular economy (9R) dalam proses produksi di UMKM Tahu Asin Cak Munir perlu ditingkatkan lagi, dari 9 proses produksi hanya 1 proses produksi saja yang tidak menyertakan salah satu dari metode 9R, yaitu; proses pembungkusan, dalam proses tersebut sama sekali tidak menggunakan metode 9R.

Abstract

Indonesia merupakan Negara yang mempunyai penduduk mayoritas beragama Islam. Agama Islam mengatur umatnya untuk selalu mengkonsumsi makanan halal. Pemerintah Indonesia mewajibkan Usaha Mikro, Kecil dan Menengah (UMKM) untuk memiliki sertifikat halal untuk produk yang dipasarkan. Pemerintah memberikan fasilitas berupa program sertifikasi halal gratis bagi pelaku usaha UMKM. Pelaku UMKM tidak serta merta mempunyai keinginan mendaftarkan produknya untuk mendapatkan sertifikat halal. Fenomena ini terjadi pada pelaku UMKM di Desa Dukuhdempok Kecamatan Wuluhan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui adanya pengaruh religiusitas, pengetahuan dan kesadaran halal terhadap keputusan pelaku UMKM dalam mendaftarkan sertifikat halal di Desa Dukuhdempok. Metode penelitian ini menggunakan cara kuantitatif. Peneliti melakukan mengumpulkan data terhadap 100 responden melalui kuisioner dare dan luring. Penelitian menunjukkan faktor religiusitas dan pengetahuan tidak berpengaruh, sedangkan faktor kesadaran halal berpengaruh terhadap keputusan pelaku UMKM dalam mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal. Secara simultan, faktor religiusitas, pengetahuan, dan kesadaran halal berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan mendaftar sertifikat halal Diperlukan sosialisasi yang masif diperlukan untuk meningkatkan partisipasi pelaku UMKM dalam mendaftarkan sertifikasi halal bagi produknya.

Abstract

Productive waqf is an innovation in waqf management aimed at optimizing the benefits of waqf assets without diminishing their perpetuity, in line with the principle of tasbil al-thamrah. Emerging models of productive waqf include mu'aqqat (temporary waqf), cash waqf, istibdal al-waqf (exchange of waqf assets), and istitsmar amwal al-waqf (waqf fund investment). From the perspective of maqashid syariah, productive waqf contributes to the protection of five fundamental objectives of Islamic law: religion, life, intellect, lineage, and wealth. In the digital era, waqf management faces challenges such as low digital literacy among stakeholders, regulatory gaps, data security, standardized digital platforms. Nevertheless, digitalization offers significant opportunities, including expanding public participation, enhancing transparency, fostering innovation in waqf products, and improving operational efficiency. Optimizing technology-based productive waqf requires strengthening digital literacy, reforming regulations, and developing innovative waqf products based on maqashid syariah principles to sustainably support the economic development of the Muslim community

Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji praktik religius marketing dalam bisnis travel haji dan umrah di media sosial dengan menggunakan pendekatan etnografi. Fokus utamanya adalah bagaimana pelaku usaha memanfaatkan platform seperti Instagram dan Facebook untuk menyampaikan pesan-pesan religius sekaligus mempromosikan layanan mereka. Penelitian dilakukan dengan observasi daring, analisis konten, dan wawancara. Hasilnya menunjukkan bahwa Religius marketing tidak sekadar teknik pemasaran, tetapi telah menjadi mekanisme dakwah yang melebur dengan aktivitas bisnis. Religius marketing tidak berdiri sendiri, tetapi berpadu dengan visual, narasi, ketokohan, dan interaksi spiritual. Audiens terlibat secara aktif yang menunjukkan bahwa mereka tidak hanya konsumen, tetapi juga bagian dari komunitas religius digital, media sosial menjadi ruang baru dakwah transaksional, di mana ibadah dan bisnis bertemu secara harmonis.

Abstract

The sharia investment industry in Indonesia is growing rapidly along with public awareness of sharia-compliant investments. This study aims to understand the factors that influence stock portfolio decisions and the behavior of novice Muslim investors. For this purpose, data will be collected on financial literacy, tenure, gender, and risk perceptions intervened by religion using a questionnaire. Meanwhile, to collect data on portfolio decisions, a semi-experimental approach will be used which will produce sharia Sharpe ratio values. Cluster analysis is conducted to identify patterns in the data. This analysis helps in understanding the relationship between investor attributes and their stock portfolio decisions. In addition, this analysis can also help researchers identify groups of investors who have similar investment behavior. The results of this study can provide a deeper understanding of the factors that influence stock portfolio decisions and the behavior of novice Muslim investors. The results of this study can be useful for investors, investment managers, and capital market regulators.

Abstract

The transformation of Ibn Taimiyah's Islamic economic thought has made a significant contribution to answering contemporary economic challenges. Although Ibn Taimiyah lived in the 13th and 14th centuries, his thoughts on economic justice, wealth distribution, and the role of the state in regulating the economy are still relevant to analyzing modern economic issues. Ibn Taimiyah emphasized the importance of a balance between market freedom and state involvement to create social justice and people's welfare. In the context of contemporary economics, his ideas on the prohibition of usury, price regulation, protection of consumer rights, and distribution of natural resources are the basis for solutions to overcome social inequality and the global economic crisis. This paper examines the relevance of Ibn Taimiyah's economic thought in dealing with issues such as economic inequality, unemployment, and exploitation of natural resources that are often found in the modern capitalist economic system. With an interdisciplinary approach that combines Sharia principles with economic analysis, this study shows that Ibn Taimiyah's thoughts can be an alternative to developing a more just and sustainable economic model in this era of globalization.

Abstract

This study examines how the application of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology aims to improve the operations of Islamic Financial Institutions along with the development of financial product innovation in technological advances in the era of disruption. In addition, the need for fast and accurate services and increasingly tight competition in the financial industry. The focus of this study is to analyze how Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology can support the operations of Islamic Financial Institutions in improving operational efficiency and financial risk management. The research method uses normative juridical research, which is a legal research method by examining relevant literature or secondary materials in the research. The results of the study show that the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) Technology can accelerate the operational process of Islamic Financial Institutions in financial transactions, improve the quality of financial services and reduce the risk of loss (risk management) through better data management and analysis. In its operations, Islamic Financial Institutions are required to comply with the rules set by the Financial Services Authority (OJK) and the National Sharia Council of the Indonesian Ulema Council (DSN-MUI) to be in line with sharia principles (Sharia Compliance).

Abstract

This study aims to understand how consumers respond to the crisis experienced by Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) actors, especially in terms of customer engagement and loyalty. This study uses a qualitative approach with thematic narrative design and netnography strategy. Data were collected through documentation of comments on social media related to the closure of the “Mama Khas Banjar” business, an MSME that experienced a crisis due to legal issues. The results showed that the crisis led to emotional solidarity from customers, in the form of moral and spiritual support delivered publicly. Consumers are not only silent, but actively involved in defending business actors. In addition, criticism of disproportionate law enforcement also surfaced in online discussions. The findings also strengthen the perception that MSMEs are seen as pillars of the people's economy that must be protected, not punished. This research confirms that consumer loyalty can be formed not only because of service satisfaction, but also because of emotional attachment and human values. The findings are important for MSMEs, government, and researchers in understanding the dynamics of customer relationships during a crisis.
