Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini menganalisis peran Kitab Jawi dan manuskrip Melayu dalam tradisi intelektual Melayu-Islam melalui kajian literatur. Kitab Jawi, yang menggunakan aksara Jawi adaptasi dari huruf Arab, menjadi medium utama dalam penyebaran ajaran Islam dan ilmu pengetahuan di kalangan masyarakat Melayu sejak abad ke-13. Kitab-kitab ini mencakup berbagai disiplin ilmu seperti fiqh, tasawuf, dan akidah, serta memainkan peran penting dalam pendidikan tradisional di pondok, madrasah, dan institusi pendidikan lainnya. Analisis menunjukkan bahwa Kitab Jawi tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai sumber ilmu keislaman, tetapi juga sebagai alat untuk membangun identitas budaya dan intelektual Melayu. Upaya pelestarian dan digitalisasi manuskrip ini menjadi penting untuk menjaga keberlanjutan warisan intelektual Melayu-Islam di era modern.

Abstract

Abstrak Pembelajaran nahwu sebagai unsur utama tata bahasa Arab memiliki peran penitng dalam mendukung kemampuan membaca dan memahami teks-teks berbahasa Arab, khususnya Al-Qur'an. Namun, pendekatan tradisional yang cenderung abstrak sering membuat peserta didik mengalami kesulitan dalam menerapkan kaidah nahwu pada teks nyata. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengkaji urgensi, implementasi, serta manfaat penggunaan ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an sebagai pendekatan kontekstual dalam pengajaran ilmu nahwu melalui metode studi literatur. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa integrasi ayat Al-Qur'an mampu meningkatkan penguasaan kaidah ilmu nahwu, memperjelas struktur kebahasaan, serta memperkuat motivasi belajar. Contoh implementasinya meliputi pengajaran berbagai materi nahwu seperti mubtada'-khabar, fi'il madhi, fi'il amr, i'rab inna dan kana, hingga konsep badal dengan pengajarannya langsung pada ayat-ayat Al-Qur'an. Pendekatan ini tidak hanya mendukung pencapaian kompetensi linguistik, tetapi juga menumbuhkan kecintaan terhadap Al-Qur'an dan menanamkan nilai-nilai spiritual. Oleh karena itu, penerapan ayat Al-Qur'an sebagai konteks pembelajaran nahwu direkomendasikan untuk diadopsi secara lebih luas di lembaga pendidikan Islam guna menjawab tantangan pembelajaran nahwu secara lebih relevan dan aplikatif. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Islamic Service Quality (ISQ) on customer loyalty in Islamic banks, particularly in the Special Region of Yogyakarta (DIY), Indonesia. The ISQ concept emphasizes the application of Sharia values such as honesty, fairness, sincerity, professionalism, and trust in every aspect of service delivery. Customer loyalty serves as a crucial long-term success indicator for Islamic banks, reflecting the emotional attachment and commitment of customers to continue using the offered products and services. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research methods by reviewing relevant literature, scientific journals, and official documents. The findings indicate that ISQ has a significant impact on customer loyalty, with trust and professionalism identified as the most dominant dimensions. Strategies to strengthen customer loyalty include improving Sharia-based service quality, providing continuous employee training, innovating products, and implementing promotional strategies aligned with Islamic values. This study recommends that Islamic banks consistently reinforce the application of Sharia principles in their services to maintain customer trust and loyalty, especially in regions with high religious awareness such as Yogyakarta.

Abstract

This article discusses the idea of integration and interconnection of Islamic sciences as a response to the dichotomy between religious science and general science among Muslims. Using a normative and historical approach, this research analyzes the relationship between Islamic values and the development of modern science. Integration efforts involve curriculum reconstruction, development of learning models, as well as collaboration between religious scientists and scientific scientists. This article also examines various integration models, such as Syed Naquib al-Attas's concept of the “Islamization of Knowledge” and the paradigm of “Revelation Guiding Knowledge.” The results show that the integration of Islamic sciences has the potential to create a holistic understanding that answers the challenges of the times, strengthens Islamic identity, and provides solutions to contemporary problems. This research recommends a multidimensional approach to build synergy between Islamic values and modern science for the progress of the people.

Abstract

This article aims to examine and understand the Taj Mahal as an Islamic architectural heritage that represents the grandeur, spirituality, and aesthetic values of the Mughal Dynasty. This study was conducted to explore how Islamic cultural elements can blend with local Indian traditions through monumental architectural works. Through a descriptive-historical approach, this paper highlights the process of acculturation that gave birth to the distinctive Mughal architectural style, which combines Persian, Turkish, Central Asian, and Indian influences. The main focus of this study is to reveal the symbolic meaning behind the design of the Taj Mahal, from the Charbagh garden concept and the use of white marble to the Al-Qur'an calligraphy that adorns the walls of the building. This study also aims to show that the Taj Mahal not only serves as a monument to love, but also as a means of legitimizing power and expressing the high civilization of Islam. By understanding its historical, spiritual, and artistic aspects, it is hoped that readers will see the Taj Mahal as proof that Islamic architecture can be a medium for da'wah, art, and reflection on universal human values.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Filsafat Iluminasi yang digagas oleh Suhrawardi al-Maqtūl merupakan sistem filsafat islam yang revolusioner, menempatkan cahaya sebagai konsep sentral dan prinsip ontologis paling fundamental. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membedah posisi ontologis cahaya tertinggi (Nūr al-Anwār) yang menggantikan prinsip eksistensi (Wujūd) dalam metafisika peripatetik, serta menganalisis skema hierarki dan gradasi cahaya. Secara metafisis, cahaya dipahami sebagai realitas paling fundamental yang darinya segala sesuatu memancar, dimana wujud dikonseptualisasikan dalam dualisme cahaya dan kegelapan. Secara epistemologis, Suhrawardi mengkritik pengetahuan konseptual peripatetik (ʿIlm al-Ḥuṣūlī) dan menawarkan konsep pengetahuan dengan kehadiran (ʿIlm al-Ḥuḍūrī) dimana pengetahuan sejati hanya diperoleh melalui iluminasi yaitu pancaran langsung ke jiwa. Konsep cahaya ini tidak hanya menjelaskan struktur kosmik melalui jalur emanasi, tetapi juga menyediakan peta jalan spiritual, karena esensi jiwa adalah cahaya yang terperangkap, tujuan hidup manusia adalah kembali kepada hakikatnya, yaitu Nūr al-Anwār, melalui pemurnian jiwa dan latihan spiritual. Abstract

This study examines the role of the Karawitan Student Activity Unit (UKM) at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta in internalizing the values of religious moderation as a means of strengthening students' Islamic and cultural identity. Using a descriptive qualitative approach with interview techniques, the study found that the karawitan UKM not only serves as a platform for preserving traditional arts but also as a venue for character education, tolerance, and religious moderation. Karawitan activities train students to uphold harmony, cooperation, and an attitude of respecting differences and values that align with religious moderation. In addition, the integration of Islamic values in the arts, cross-faculty interaction spaces, and institutional support from the campus further reinforce students' religious and cultural identity. Nevertheless, the internalization of religious moderation still faces challenges, particularly in the limited space for interfaith dialogue and the suboptimal integration of moderation theory in student organization programs. This study emphasizes that the art of karawitan has strategic potential in shaping a campus youth generation that is moderate, inclusive, and rooted in local culture.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the genetic similarities between pigs (Sus scrofa) and humans from a biomedical perspective and examine its correlation with the concept of I'jaz Ilmi in the Qur'an. Modern biomedical studies indicate that pigs have a high level of genetic homology with humans, where approximately 80–84% of genetic pathways and functional proteins have structural and functional equivalence. This finding is reinforced by genomic analysis, gene regulation, and epigenetics that show significant biological conservation in metabolic, immunological, and physiological pathways. On the other hand, I'jaz Ilmi provides space to review how the prohibition of pork consumption in the Qur'an contains scientific wisdom relevant to potential biomedical risks, such as zoonosis, mixing vessel properties, and cellular compatibility that allows the transfer of pathogens between species. Through an integrative approach, this study concludes that the genetic closeness of pigs and humans not only provides important value for medical research, but also confirms the scientific wisdom aspect in the prohibition of pork consumption as stated in the Qur'anic text. This study is expected to enrich interdisciplinary insights between modern medical science and Qur'anic scientific studies.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the application of religious moderation values through various learning models in MAN 1 Boyolali, such as seminars, discussions, and workshops. The research uses a qualitative descriptive approach with data obtained through activity documentation. The study results show that the model of applying the value of religious moderation, such as seminars and discussions, can increase students' understanding of tolerance, deliberation, and respect for diversity. However, implementing the model still faces obstacles, such as uneven student participation and lack of resources. Overall, the application of religious moderation values positively impacts the formation of moderate student character, although it requires continuous mentoring and evaluation to increase its effectiveness. This study underscores the importance of collaboration between teachers, students, and the community in creating an educational environment that supports the values of moderation.
