Abstract

This article intends to find out the management of excavation C on the environment in the Ngoro Jombang area and its implications according to Regional Regulation Number 8 of 2017 concerning Protection and management of the environment and fiqh biah. The location of this research is located in Ngoro District, Jombang Regency. This research is included in qualitative research. To obtain data, researchers directly obtain from the source without intermediary other parties, which are then processed. In this study there are two sources of data, namely primary and secondary data sources. Collecting data by means of interviews, observation, documentation. After the data is collected, to analyze it using descriptive method. The results obtained from the data analysis are that the management of excavation c is mining which includes: sand, gravel, the process of which is by dredging the soil to make holes in it for profit, in this activity the impact is not only on local residents, but also on the earth and the surrounding nature. In the law and fiqh biah itself, it is allowed on the condition that it should not be excessive and damage the surrounding nature just to meet the needs and prosperity of the community. Abstract

Abstract: This study aims to analyze the sale and purchase of precious metals at PT. Pegadaian Syariah CPS Pasar Legi Jombang and analyze the perspective of sharia economic law on buying and selling precious metals at PT. Sharia Pawnshop CPS Legi Market Jombang. The research method used is qualitative research with data analysis techniques used through inductive and descriptive methods. The data obtained from interviews, documentation, and library data collection. The results of the study indicate that the sale and purchase of precious metals is carried out with a credit system which according to an Islamic perspective, more precisely according to the MUI fatwa No. 77 of 2010 an installment or credit system may be carried out in precious metal transactions. Abstract

This study intends to analyze the level of customer satisfaction with service quality at Islamic Business Ethics Perspective Stores Jalan Irian Jaya 2-3 Cukir Jombang. The type of research used is qualitative research. The data used in this study were sourced from primary and secondary data. The data obtained were then analyzed using inductive and descriptive methods. Analysis of the data obtained from this study, the level of customer satisfaction with service quality at the Islamic Business Ethics Perspective Store, Jalan Irian Jaya 2-3 Cukir Jombang is in accordance with existing provisions and the overall transaction system is in accordance with the perspective of Islamic Business Ethics

Abstract

Artikel ini bermaksud untuk menguji tentang jual beli valuta asing dalam perspektif ekonomi Islam dan jual beli valuta asing di perbankan syariah ditinjau dari perspektif ekonomi Islam. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif berbasis tinjauan pustaka yang merupakan alat utama bagi peneliti dalam mengumpulkan, mereduksi, mengklasifikasi, menyusun, menganalisis, dan menarik kesimpulan dari data. Data yang digunakan adalah dokumen tertulis yang berkaitan dengan judul penelitian. Hasil yang didapat dari analisis adalah Praktek jual beli valas di Bank Syariah mengacu pada fatwa Bank Indonesia dan DSN-MUI dan dilakukan dengan dua cara yaitu nasabah mengunjungi bank langsung dan melakukan transaksi tunai atau debet, nasabah datang ke loket ritual haji untuk melakukan transaksi tunai/debit. Jenis transaksi yang digunakan adalah spot (today, tomorrow, spot). Dalam menentukan harga jual valas, bank syariah mengacu pada nilai tukar, volume transaksi, update harga atau menentukan keuntungan yang akan diambil. Jual beli valuta asing di perbankan syariah perspektif ekonomi Islam dapat ditinjau dari empat aspek, landasan, akad dan syarat, jenis transaksi, dan juga penentuan harga. Keempat aspek tersebut telah sesuai dengan prinsip ekonomi Islam.

This research intends to analyze the effectiveness of sweet potato processing on improving the community's economy in terms of Islamic economics. This study used primary data sources derived from field data and secondary data obtained from appropriate literature reviews. Abstract

This study aims to find out how to rent rice fields with a lottery system in Sukowati village, Kapas sub- district, Bojonegoro Regency and find out the views of Islamic law on rice field rental auctions with a lottery system. In this study, the author uses a qualitative method using an empirical juridical approach, deductive and descriptive analysis techniques and then takes informasi sources from village officials based on field facts. The results of the study show that the rent in the village of Sukowati is in accordance with Islamic law and civil law and determines the rights of the tenants with a lottery system with nomor party being harmed in accordance with Islamic law, therefore the author draws the conclusion that the lease with the lottery system in the village Sukowati has complied with Islamic law. Abstract

This article aims to find out how the online culinary trading system was during the Covid-19 pandemic in Gedangan Hamlet, Mojowarno District, Jombang Regency as well as sharia marketing knowledge of the online culinary trade practice. Using a qualitative method that will produce descriptive data in the form of written words, using an empirical juridical approach that takes data sources through direct observation and also library data sources. The results showed that the trading system that occurred in Gedangan Hamlet, Gedangan Village was in accordance with the existing trading system, and according to sharia marketing the owner in marketing a product did not meet the characteristics of sharia marketing. Suggestions for online culinary traders to be more open to fellow traders and support each other and promote each other's products.

Abstract

This article discusses the practice of buying and selling photos in the religious tourism area of Gus Dur's tomb Tebuireng Jombang from a business law perspective. The practice of buying and selling photos in the religious tourism area of Gus Dur's Tomb, some consumers do not feel disadvantaged and some others feel disadvantaged by the presence of this amateur photographer. This is because people's culture now considers that photos can be used as a medium to capture events or daily activities and some consider this to be privacy. As a service provider, photographers should not use force if consumers are not interested in buying the photo. Meanwhile, from a legal point of view, if a consumer suffers a loss, it is estimated that the legal power of this business actor is still weak, because there is no legal umbrella for the official existence of this amateur photographer service. Islam provides space for consumers and producers to defend their rights in trade known as khiyar. The types of khiyar include Khiyar Majelis, Khiyar Syarat, Khiyar ‘Aib, Khiyar Tadlis and Khiyar Ru’yah
