Abstract

This article reviews the concept of Islamic economics related to the role of money according to the thought of Abu Ubaid (154-224 AH). In his work, Kitab Al-Amwal, Abu Ubaid highlights the importance of justice as a fundamental principle. Although written in the past, Abu Ubaid's ideas remain relevant in the current economic and social context, especially in efforts to maintain fairness in wealth distribution and transparency in public financial management. Money in Abu Ubaid's view has a dual role, as a standard and medium of exchange. The principles advocated by Abu Ubaid can be valuable guidelines for policy makers in designing an inclusive and sustainable economic system. Thus, an understanding of Abu Ubaid's thought can provide valuable insights in the development of a just and efficient Islamic economy.

Abstract

Eksa Maulana. 2091014160. 2023. Review of Islamic Law Against Withdrawal of Grants According to Imam Hanafi and Imam Syafi'i. In people's lives, it often happens that a person who has donated his wealth to another person then takes back the property that has been donated, both a gift from parents to children and one person's gift to another person without any blood relationship. This could be because the grantor needed the property or because there were other reasons that made the grantor take back the property he had donated. As a result of this incident, it is certainly a record of the consideration of an Islamic Law and the views of the two Imams, in this case Imam Hanafi and Imam Syafi'i, to find a way to resolve the grant dispute, of course so as not to make the value of the essence of the gift bad among the community. The type of research used in this thesis is normative research, namely data sources obtained from primary and secondary data sources. In this study, the authors collected data by reading books, and other data sources related to this research in library research. Then it is analyzed using general deductive methods and then makes specific conclusions. From the results of the study it can be concluded that the withdrawal of grants is carried out by the grantor and the recipient of the grant by making decisions through the two legal concepts, namely Islamic Law and the legal views of the two Imams, namely Imam Hanafi and Imam Syafi'i, proportionally without either party discouraged. Abstract

This article discusses the Implementation of Assistance for Remote Site Access To Knowledge Assistance Facilitators in Mobile Marketing Syari'ah Jogoroto in the Perspective of Sharia Economic Law. This research uses an empirical juridical approach method, this approach is based on a reality that occurs as a reality in society. Data collection through field observation, interviews, and questionnaires. The data obtained are processed descriptively and analyzed using the perspective of Sharia Economic Law. The results of this study show that the implementation after this assistance 60.47% of MSME customers developed because they implemented well the presentation of assistance and carried out all the principles of shari'ah Amanah, benefit, ash-Siddiq. 23% and 4.95% of MSME customers are stuck and regressed because they only implement one shari'ah principle. And there are 13.95% who went out of business because they did not implement the assistance provided and did not implement any shari'ah principles.

Abstract

This article the determination of buying and selling prices for wood waste on the CV Kawan Kita Agung Jombang from a sharia economic law perspective. Buying and selling activities carried out at our CV Kawan Kita Agung sometimes occurin gharrar, where when the ordered goods are delevired sometimes there are defect in quality, both from the CV seller of imbaj and the supplierwho sells product from recycled products, you should pay attention to the quality to the quality of the goods you are buying and selling so that they comply with the agreements and conditions made, so that there are no defects or horros in the buying and selling activities, and do not damage the greeting contract made. Abstract

This article discusses the effectiveness of Walisongo cooperative financial management in creating welfare for students from a sharia economic perspective. Management of the financial management of the Walisongo Islamic boarding school cooperative. The proceeds from each month's income are used to purchase goods in the cooperative and are also used for the construction of the Walisongo female Islamic boarding school. The effectiveness of financial management of the Walisongo cooperative in creating the welfare of students from a sharia economic perspective, in sharia economic principles there are planning, organizing, directing and coordinating. There, the Walisongo cooperative applies only two sharia economic principles, namely planning and coordinating, and economic principles. Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mekanisme pembayaran dalam sistem titip jual perspektif hukum bisnis syari`ah yang berada di Ketanen Ngoro Jombang. Dalam praktik sistem titip jual ada sebagian produsen yang menyukai sistem titip jual dan ada sebagian produsen yang kurang menyukai sistem titip jual. Dalam sistem titip jual sebagai penjual merasa dirugikan ketika ada keripik singkong yang sudah tak layak konsumsi serta tak layak jual sehingga minat konsumen yang awalnya tertarik untuk membeli menjadikan minat beli konsumen menurun. Dan terdapat kelemahan pada mekanisme pembayaran dari tiap-tiap penjual yang tidak efektif waktu pembayaran dalam sistem titip jual. Keywords: Payment Mechanisms, Selling Tips, Producers and Sellers.

Abstract

Penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk menganalisis optimalisasi funding officer dalam meningkatkan jumlah nasabah serta melihat efektifitas pelayanan funding officer terhadap keuangan nasabah dalam pengaplikasian produk perbankan syari’ah di PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Pasar Citra Niaga Jombang. Pengumpulan data penelitian menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, dan data kepustakaan yang dianalisis dengan teknik analisis induktif dan deskriptif dengan metode penelitian kualitatif menggunakan pendekatan konseptual dan fenomenologis. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa sekitar 70% nasabah merasa sangat puas dan 10% nasabah lainnya hanya puas terhadap kinerja dan pelayanan tim funding officer PT BPRS Lantabur Tebuireng Jombang di Pasar Citra Niaga Jombang. Sedangkan, 20% nasabah merasa kurang puas karena kurang memahami system kerja tim funding officer.

Abstract

This research aims to determine and analyze the wage management system in the red onion home industry in Tinggar Bandar Kedungmulyo Jombang, analyzing wage eligibility standards according to the Employment Law in providing wages in accordance with sharia business ethics. This research uses primary data sources and secondary data sources. Data were collected using interviews and questionnaires which were then analyzed using descriptive inductive methods. With the aim of knowing business behavior in managing the home industry in wage standards based on Employment Law Number 13 of 2003 Article 77 Paragraph (1) working time and Article 88 Paragraph (1) and Paragraph (2) wage standards in the practice of providing appropriate wages with sharia business ethics

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas mengenai tingkat kepuasan nasabah non muslim terhadap produk Bank Syari’ah Indonesia yang berlokasi di KCP Denpasar Renon, Kecamatan Denpasar Timur, Kota Denpasar, Provinsi Bali. Perbankan Syari’ah di Indonesia mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, bahkan mampu menarik minat masyarakat non muslim. Metode penelitian menggunakan yuridis empiris, dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosio-legal research dan di analisis dengan menggunakan metode induktif dan deskriptif. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah observasi, wawancara, dokumentasi, kuesioner dan data kepustakaan. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa nasabah non muslim di KCP Denpasar Renon menyukai produk gadai dan investasi emas. Nasabah non muslim merasa produk yang ditawarkan oleh perbankan syari’ah tidak sesuai dengan kepercayaan dan nilai-nilai mereka. Oleh karena itu, pihak membuat sebuah inovasi yang dapat diterima oleh semua kalangan, baik muslim maupun non muslim.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk mengkaji tentang pengelolaan gedung olahraga dalam meningkatkan jiwa entrepreneurship santri pondok pesantren Madrasatul Qur’an perspektif ekonomi syari’ah . Jenis penelitian yang digunakan adalah penelitian yuridis empiris. Metode pendekatan yang digunakan adalah pendekatan studi kasus. Proses pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik observasi, wawancara, kuesioner dan dokumentasi. Data-data penelitian yang telah didapatkan kemudian dikaji dengan menggunakan metode induktif dan deskriptif. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh bahwa pertama, pengelolaan gedung olahraga dapat meningkatkan jiwa entrepreneurship santri. Kedua, pengelolaan gedung olahraga dalam menciptakan jiwa entrepreneurhip santri pondok pesantren Madrasatul Qur’an dan sesuai dengan tujuan dari ekonomi syari’ah
