Abstract

Waste plastic bottles often become a prolonged problem in every area. Process recycling to reduce population can be done by making use of disused plastic bottles as planting media vertikultur. The background of the abundance of junk of disused plastic bottles that are buried in the bank trash dukuh Selo and a nursery of plants that are less walking and antusiame communities in building the village. Movement of Ver-Hang has a purpose in order to improve awareness of recycling of disused plastic bottles that were previously only sold just become a more profitable business venture. The method used is a Participatory Rural Appraisal (PRA). Participatory Rural Appraisal is a method of approach in the process of empowerment and increased participation of the community. Stages in the form of socialisation making vertikultur making, socialization, as well as business training makrame and effort. Commercial analysis of a product is done to find out the feasibility of product sales hangingplant. Through the analysis of R/C proved that the products worth hangingplant to commercialized. The result of the movement of the Ver-Hang change mindsets of society and increasing the motivation of community after the existence of the program to be more creative in utilizing the bottles. The success of this movement is shown by the growing motivation of the community, demonstrated through the analysis of wilcoxon test. In the end it can be concluded that this movement can be the best solution in utilising disused plastic bottles into a vertical garden that has aesthetic and commercial side of the highly profitable. Abstract

Acquired Immune Deficiency Syndrome (AIDS) merupakan manifestasi gejala yang disebabkan oleh Human Immunodeficiency Virus (HIV). Virus ini mengganggu sistem kekebalan seseorang dan menyebabkan kesakitan. Kekebalan yang menurun juga merupakan sumber dari infeksi lainnya. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah ingin mengetahui niat ibu hamil dari suami beresiko tertular HIV/AIDS untuk melakukan VCT di Semarang Timur. Metode penelitin yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah metode deskriptif dengan menggunakan pendekatan croscectional. Populasi dalam penelitian ini diambildari penjaringan bidan sejumlah 392. Sampel penelitian ini sejumlah 167 diambil melalui purposive sampling teknik. Hasil penelitian ini Berdasarkan hasil uji statistik mayoritas berniat untuk melakukan VCT (62,9%). Kesimpulan dari penelitin ini adalah Niat ibu hamil dapat digunakan untuk mengukurperilaku seseorang. Kata Kunci: niat, ibu hamil, VCT (Voluntary Counseling Test)

Abstract

Accumulator dump is one of the tools used to convert serial data into parallel data on RFID communications. Accumulator dump on RFID communication consists of a series of counters and registers, where one of the supporting circuits in the counter and register is D flip-flop. D flip-flops are one type of flip-flop that is built using RS flip-flops. Discrete circuit design Master-slave flip-flops  are  built  using  NAND  logic  gates  built  using  0.35  µ m  CMOS technology. The results of the D flip-flop circuit design are simulated using LT- SPICE software to see the speed of response and power dissipation in the circuit. Abstract

ne of subject material which is learned by students in Mathematics Education Program is 3D-Shapes Geometry. The average of 3D-Shapes Geomery students’s mark in IKIP Veteran Jawa Tengah is still under 70. The average of 3D-Shapes Geometry student’s mark is low because their critical thinking ability is low too. It is caused by learning material which is used. This teaching aid just consists of material and exercise. Students also too depend on confirmation from their lecturer to give decision of the truth answer when they were doing the exercise inthe learning material. The solution of this problem is they can use 3D-Shapes Geometry Learning using Geogebra because they can check the truth answer by Geogebra. There are steps that students do when they were using Geogebra. This research is quantitative research. Instrument of this research is critical thinking ability test. This research use One Sample T-Test and gain. The conclusion of this research are the average of 3D-Shapes geometry’s mark is more than 70 and the increase of average 3D-Shapes Geometry’s mark is in the middle category. Abstract

Many students of SMK Negeri 3 Pacitan play games while in the computer laboratory. Students choose to play games than learn with the teacher. The notes in the Counseling Guidance section also found many cases of students not go to school only to play online games. They skip to school just to play online games that are more fun than studying in boring school. The design of this research is Research & Development and tries to accommodate the students' interest in playing games by making computer games that contain lessons. Computer games that are made are used as learning media in the classroom so that students diligently study with different methods, students are not saturated just listening to the teacher explain the material. The game that was created was named Si Komdig’s Journey with type Role Playing Game in the form of theadventure of the Komdig in seeking knowledge. On that adventure, theknowledge and education is inserted. And the results of a trial of 30 students packed with Classroom Action Research knowned that the use of the Si Komdig’s Journey game can improve student achievement and student independence in learning. Abstract

Titanium dioksida (TiO2) adalah senyawa yang sering digunakan pada proses fotokatalisis, untuk lebih meningkatkan aktivitas fotokatalis TiO 2 dapat dilakukan dengan kombinasi TiO2 dengan suatu khelat asam etilendiamintetraasetat (EDTA), EDTA ditambahkan untuk mencegah terjadinya rekombinasi electron-hole sehingga aktivitas fotokatalisis dalam mendegradasi senyawa organik dan mereduksi senyawa anorganik lebih efektif dan optimal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh lama penyinaran dan pengaruh penambahan senyawa EDTA pada TiO2 terhadap fotodegradasi amoksisilin dan fotoreduksi ion Cu(II), massa kombinasi TiO2 dengan EDTA yang digunakan adalah 1 : 0, 1 : 1, dan 1 : 2. Sedangkan variasi lama penyinaran yang digunakan adalah 20, 40, dan 60 menit. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengetahui konsentrasi amoksisilin menggunakan Spektrofotometri UV dan konsentrasi ion Cu(II) menggunakan Spektrofotometri Serapan Atom. Hasil penelitian menunjukan ada pengaruh variasi lama penyinaran dan penambahan senyawa EDTA pada katalis TiO2 terhadap fotodegradasiamoksisilin dan fotoreduksi ion logam Cu(II). Kondisi optimal lama penyinaran pada proses fotodegradasi amoksisilin dan fotoreduksi ion logam Cu(II) adalah 60 meni dan dengan variasi TiO2 kombinasi EDTA yaitu 1 : 2, pada konsentrasi tersebut amoksisilin yang terdegradasi sebesar 54,69%dan ion logam Cu(II) yang tereduksi sebesar 47,74%. Abstract

Human Immunodeficiency Virus - Acquired Immuno Deficiency Syndrome (HIV-AIDS) is a contagious disease problem that until now the number of patients is increasing. VCT strategy is at the core of all HIV / AIDS prevention and prevention efforts in the world. Several studieshave confirmed that the utilization of antenatal VCT by pregnant women is still low. The purpose of this study is to analyze the relationship of knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of the benefits of pregnant women in conducting VCT in the Area Puskesmas Mranggen 1 Demak. This research includes analytic observational research with cross sectional approach.The population in this study were all pregnant women in the area of Puskesmas Mranggen I Demak in 2017 conducted in November 2017 until February 2018. The sampling technique used in this study using consecutive sampling. The analysis used was univariate and bivariateusing chi square test using SPSS 16 program. The result of bivariate analysis showed that there was no correlation between knowledge, attitude and perception of benefit with decision of pregnant woman doing VCT with each p value was 0,629 and 0,428 (p > 0.05). The conclusion in this study that there is no significant relationship between knowledge, attitudes and perceptions of benefits to pregnant women's decision to do VCT. Abstract

RFID tags are divided into active RFID tags and passive RFID tags. In this case  using  a  passive  RFID  tag  that  is  supported  by  using  a  13.56  MHz frequency radio signal. RFID technology is used here to monitor nutrients in the nursery process in the planting medium. The method used in sending data via the 13.56 MHz radio frequency is the Accumulator Dump method. Accumulator dump is a method to change the output of Delta Sigma ADC in the form of serial data into parallel data. The accumulator dump is built from a series  of  registers  and  counters.  For  the  counter  circuit  itself  uses  a combination of NAND gate circuits, Flip-Flop D circuits and Half Adder (HA) circuits. For the half adder circuit itself, it consists of an EX-OR gate and an AND gate. By using 0.35u technology, this half adder circuit is designed on LT- Spice tools which require an input voltage of 3.3 Volts with 11 PMOS and 11 NMOS, with a value of W = 1u and L = 0.35u to produce the desired output. The frequency of the half adder circuit is 50Hz with a maximum power consumption of 0.00363Watt. Keywords: Tag RFID Pasif, Dump Accumulator, Counter, Half Adder
