Abstract

Kecemasan merupakan suatu sinyal yang menyadarkan dari berbagaiproses emosi yang bercampur aduk, yang tidak pasti, yang tidak memilikiobyek yang terjadi ketika orang mengalami tekanan perasaan dan pertentangan batin atau konflik sehingga memungkinkan seseorang mengambil tindakan untuk mengatasinya. Kecemasan dapat dialami oleh siapa saja termasuk ibu hamil, apalagi kehamilan dengan resiko tinggi seperti kehamilan dengan hipertensi.Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui tingkat kecemasan ibu hamildengan hipertensi. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif denganpendekatan survey yang bersifat retrospektif, dan menggunakan lembarkuisioner. Sampel penelitian ini meliputib30 responden yang pernah mengalami kehamilan dengan hipertensi yang dirawat di RSUD Dr. H. Soewondo Kendal dan menggunakan sampling jenuh sebagai teknik pengambilan sampel.Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa tingkat kecemasan ibu hamildengan hipertensi berada pada tingkat sedang (53,3%) dan panik (13,3%).Kata kunci : Kecemasan, ibu hamil, hipertensi.

Abstract

Memandikan bayi merupakan alat komunikasi orang tua dengan bayi. Berdasarkan survey awal 66,7% ibu nifas tidak mampu memandikan bayinya. Masalah penelitian masih banyaknya ibu nifas tidak mampu memandikan bayinya. Tujuan penelitian mengetahui pengaruh pemberian motivasi terhadap kemampuan memandikan bayi pada ibu nifas di desa Trosono - Sekaran Kabupaten Lamongan. Penelitian menggunakan pre-eksperimental design dengan pendekatan one group pretest-posttest design. Populasi semua ibu nifas yang ada di desa Trosono - Sekaran Kabupaten Lamongan dengan teknik purposive sampling, besar sampel 15 orang. Variabel independen pemberian motivasi, variabel dependen kemampuan memandikan bayi. Data dikumpulkan menggunakan kuesioner dan observasi. Analisa data menggunakan uji Wilcoxon sign rank test, nilai p < 0,05 dengan program SPSS For Windows versi 16.0. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan hampir setengah responden setelah pemberian motivasi mempunyai kemampuan memandikan bayi cukup (46.7%) dan sebagian besar mempunyai kemampuan memandikan bayi baik (53.3%). Hasil uji statistik didapatkan nilai Z = -3,419 dan p = 0,001 dimana p < 0,05. sehingga kesimpulan bahwa Ho ditolak, artinya ada pengaruh pemberian motivasi terhadap kemampuan memandikan bayi pada ibu nifas. Kesimpulan terdapat pengaruh pemberian motivasi terhadap kemampuan memandikan bayi pada ibu nifas. Diharapkan tenaga kesehatan meningkatkan pemberian motivasi pada ibu nifas dalam memandikan bayi.

Abstract

Background: Added the age of individual is a physiological process that will occur in every human being, the aging process a person will experience a variety of sleep disorders or insomnia problems. Relaxsation progressive muscle can be done by way of ergonomic gymnastic movement conveyed by Sagiran (2013) states that the exercise is ergonomic gymnastic movement is a movement inspired by the movements as we run a prayer.Purpose: To know the ergonomic gymnastics toward elderly sleep quality in Bantul Yogyakarta. Methods: The study is quasi-experimental design with one group pretest-posttest design, intervention 6 times for 3 weeks performed every 2 weeks time. Then post test 4 weeks to measure the quality of sleep by PSQI. A sample of 15 respondents who are active in Posyandu.Results: The quality of sleep of elderly in Yogyakarta Sewon Kepek Timbulharjo prior to the ergonomics gymnastics has 13 values in 5 respondents with a percentage of 33.32%. After doing gymnastics ergonomic has 15 values in 8 respondents with a percentage 53.33%. Having tested with the Wilcoxon test values obtained significancy 0.011 (p <0.05). Conclusion: There is a ergonomic gymnastics toward elderly sleep quality in Bantul Yogyakarta.Keywords: Gymnastics Ergonomics, Sleep Quality, Elderly

Abstract

The need for protease enzymes in Indonesia and the world continues to increase, requiring  new  protease  sources.  Bacteria  are  beneficial  sources  of  protease because they are easy to obtain and rapidly multiply. Bacterial identification could be done molecularly through analysis of the 16S rRNA gene. This study aimed to obtain an isolate of protease-producing bacterium from 24-h post-fermented red oncom and to identify the obtained bacterial strain molecularly by 16S rRNA gene sequence. The protease production test on bacteria found in red oncom sample was done  using  a  selective  medium,  Skim  Milk  Agar  (SMA).  DNA  genomes  of proteolytic bacterial cells were extracted by Promega KIT. The amplifying process of 16S rRNA gene using the Polymerase Chain Reaction (PCR) method. The amplified  DNA  were  analyzed  using  the  BLAST  program.  The  results  of  the research found 8 isolate of bacterias. The most unique isolate was IROD1.3. It has significant  proteolytic  activity  based  on  the  ability  to  produce  clear  zone  of protease on SMA medium with a diameter of 85,00 mm. Isolate IROD1.3 was identified  molecularly  as  Bacillus  thuringiensis  with  similarity  of  96% to  the sequence of 16S rRNA gene Bacillus thuringiensis strain TERI SID4 (Genbank access code: KX822158.1). Abstract

Nyeri hebat pada proses persalinan menyebabkan ibu mengalami gangguanpsikologis, 87% post partum blues partum Blues yang terjadi dari 2 minggu pasca persalinansampai 1 tahun, 10 % Depressi dan 3 % dengan Psikosa. Oleh karena itu intervensimengurangi nyeri persalinan sangat diperlukan agar dapat mengurangi komplikasi pada ibudan janin pada saat proses dan pasca persalinan.Salah satu metode untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan dengan melakukan CounterPressure pada regio sakralis, namun aplikasi metode ini hanya bnisa dilakukan oleh oranglain sedangkan ibu sendiri akan kesulitan untuk melakukan sendiri.Tujuan penelitian ini untuk rancang bangun sebuah alat mekanik manual penekan regiosakralis yang dapat secara mudah digunakan oleh ibu untuk mengurangi nyeri persalinan Kala I.Hasil penelitian diperoleh rancangan dan terbangunya alat mekanik manual penekanregio sakralis tahap I dan II yang dapat digunakan oleh ibu sendiri untuk mengurangi nyeripada proses persalinan kala I. Rata-rata tingkat nyeri sebelum intervensi 8,96 dan sesudah6,96 dengan uji Wilcoxon diperoleh Pv: 0,000 yang berarti ada perbedaan tingkat nyeri, yaitupenurunan tingkat nyeri pada ibu pada kala I persalinan

Abstract

Pada tahun 2010 WHO mencatat terdapat angka kematian bayi dengan pervalensi 40% atau 3,1 juta bayi. Penyebab kematian bayi karena asfiksia dan trauma sebanyak 23%. Asfiksia dapat terjadi selama kehamilan, proses persalinan dan melahirkan. Tujuan penelitian ini mengetahui hubungan antara lamanya persalinan spontan kala II pada ibu primipara dengan nilai APGAR. Desain penelitian ini adalah deskriptif korelatif. Teknik pengambilan sampel dengan cara retrospektif dan diperoleh 38 sampel. Studi korelasi ini dianalisis dengan uji Chi-Square menggunakan SPSS versi 16. Uji Chi-Square dengan fisher exact test didapatkan nilai signifikan p value 0,07. Hal ini menunjukkan probabilitas lebih dari 0,05 yang berarti tidak ada hubungan bermakna antara lamanya persalinan spontan kala II pada ibu primipara dengan nilai APGAR. Hal ini dapat di  simpulkan nilai APGAR tidak berhubungan dengan lamanya persalinan spontan  kala II pada ibu primipara.Kata Kunci : APGAR, Lama persalinan spontan kala II, Primipara

Abstract

Sales are the prevalent income in the company and are the gross amount that is levied on the customer for goods and services, In the global trading era. Therole of Industry becomes very important, especially in maintaining fair businesscompetition. The data used is from Kavernosa Sport Shop from 2012 until 2016.ARIMA method is a model formation approach that is strong enough for timeseries analysis. In this analysis we get the best model to predict the ARIMAmodel (0,0,1) With model equation: √ (Y_t) = 32,8 + e_t + 0,4153e_ (t-1).From the equation model can be predicted that the highest number of salesoccurred in January in 2017 with a prediction of sales of as many as 45 pairs ofshoes.Keywords: Toko Kavernosa Sport Majalengka West Java, Model Shoes Brand 'Nike', ARIMA.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to develop lesson plan of Optical Physics material using jigsaw technique to increase students’ activities. The research used R&D model using True Experimental Design with pretest-posttest control group design. The subject were determined through random sampling techniques, namely Student Semester II as a control class and the Student Semester IV as the experimental class in Optic Refraction Study Program (RO) STIKES HAKLI Semarang year 2014/2015. Data collection techniques using validation sheet, student activity observation sheet and questionnaire sheet. The validity of the results of the validation indicated that the average score of validation RPP 52 (maximum score 60) as a very good category. The effectiveness of the test results are: (1) the test results of students' experimental class achieve mastery with an average of 79.06 with the percentage of students who got score standard 86.11%, (2) the development of lesson plan can enhance the activity of students with criteria score 3.4 that was including very active and the impact of activity-based character education students in the learning process of the students' learning outcomes about 43.68%. Practicality can be seen with the results of student responses 90.3% who pleased in follow learning process.Keywords : lesson plan development, jigsaw, character

Abstract

Voice over Internet Protocol, or better known as VoIP is a technology that uses the Internet Protocol to provide electronic voice communication and real-time, this technology makes the Internet media in order to make long-distance voice communications directly. Analogue voice signals, as you hear when communicating on the phone in the form of data analaog then converted into digital data and transmitted over the network in the form of data packets in real time.The use of voice over internet Procotol in a company or institution is very useful because in addition to much cheaper, using existing data networks, cabling is much more simple, more flexible and future development can be combined with the existing telephone network. Seeing the importance of the benefits of science and technology of voice over internet protocol for society in general and vocational students majoring in Computer Engineering and Networks (TKJ) in particular, one vocational school that has the Network Computer Engineering Department located in the district of Jepara regency Pecangaan is SMK Walisongo, the education and training on designing free calls using VOIP is very important to be disseminated and implemented.Keywords: VoIP, Internet Phone, Computer Networking
