Abstract

Penelitian ini mengkaji secara mendalam tentang Tafsir Fi Dzilalil Qur’an karya Sayyid Qutb. Beliau merupakan seorang pemikir Muslim modern yang menulis Tafsir tersebut dalam kondisi sosial-politik Mesir yang penuh dengan tekanan pada abad ke-20. Dalam artikel ini fokus untuk menelaah kitab Tafsir Fi Dzilalil Qur’an, bagaimana sejarah kepenulisan, serta intelektual Sayyid Qutb. Penelitian ini menggunakan deskriptif-kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi pustaka dengan sumber data primer dan sumber data sekunder. Sumber data primer yang diambil berupa teks asli dari Tafsir Fi Dilalil Qur’an karya Sayyid Qutb. Sementara sumber data sekunder, penulis mengacu pada buku-buku, artikel maupun jurnal-jurnal yang terkait. Hasil dari analisis penelitian tersebut menunjukkan bawha Sayyid Qutb menggunakan metode Tahlili dengan corak Kharaki (pergerakan), serta pendekatan kontekstual yang kuat. Tafsir ini menekankan kesatuan tema ayat, pemaknaan berdasarkan kondisi zaman serta penggunaan bahasa sastra yang mendalam. Tafsir Fi dzilalil qur’an ini tidak hanya berfungsi sebagai penjelas kitab suci semata, namun sebagai inspirasi perubahan sosial. Kitab karya Sayyid Qutb ini menjadi representasi tafsir ideologis yang hidup, kontekstual dan mendorong umat Islam untuk kembali kepada nilai-nilai al-Qur’an dalam segala aspek kehidupan.

Abstract

This research discusses the application of Grounded Theory by Kathy Charmaz in the study of education based on hadith, focusing on the roles of parents, teachers, and the community. Using a qualitative approach, this study explores how the educational values in hadith are implemented within the community at Masjid At-Taqwa, Kampung Sukarela, Pulo Panjang Village, Serang Regency. Data were collected through in-depth interviews and observations, revealing that the synergy among these three elements is crucial for creating a conducive learning environment. Parents serve as the primary educators instilling religious and moral values, while teachers act as facilitators who ease the learning process. The community supports education by fostering a learning culture and providing assistance to families. Findings indicate that active involvement from all parties can enhance educational quality and raise awareness of the importance of knowledge in daily life. This research aims to provide new insights into the application of educational values in a local context and encourage the community to be more active in seeking knowledge, thus producing individuals who are not only knowledgeable but also morally upright.

Abstract

This Article examines the concept of rahmatan lil-‘alamin in the Qur’an as an ethical foundation in responding to the humanitarian conflict in Palestine. Amid ongoing oppression, violence, and human rights violations, Qur’anic values such as compassion, justice, forgiveness, and respect for human dignity are often marginalized by political and power interests. The main problem addressed in this research is how the concept of rahmatan lil-‘alamin can be understood through a maqāṣid al-Qur’an approach and its relevance to the Palestine–Israel conflict. This study employs a qualitative approach using library research methods. The primary data consist of QS. Ali Imran [3]:159, Az-Zumar [39]:53, Al-Anbiya [21]:107, and Luqman [31]:18, analyzed through a maqāṣid al-Qur’an perspective with Ibn ‘Āshūr’s At-Taḥrīr wa At-Tanwīr as the main exegetical reference. Secondary data are drawn from academic journals, books, and international human rights reports. The findings indicate that these verses emphasize gentleness, consultation, forgiveness, hope in divine mercy, and the rejection of arrogance and violence in social relations. These values align with the principles of human rights protection, particularly for vulnerable groups such as women and children in Palestine. Therefore, rahmatan lil-‘alamin is not merely a theological concept but also carries social, cultural, and humanitarian implications as a foundation for establishing justice, peace, and human dignity in a prolonged conflict situation Palestine-Israel.

Abstract

This article discusses the relativity of moral judgment from the perspective of Islamic creed (aqidah) and Islamic philosophical thought. The main problem addressed in this study is how Islam views differences in judgments of good and evil in human life and to what extent moral relativity is acknowledged without negating absolute values. This research employs a qualitative method using a library research approach by analyzing primary sources such as the Qur’an, Hadith, and works of Muslim scholars and philosophers, as well as secondary sources including relevant books and academic journal articles. Data were analyzed descriptively and analytically to examine the relationship between revelation and reason in shaping moral values. The findings indicate that Islam recognizes the existence of moral differences at the practical level, influenced by social, cultural, and rational contexts. However, Islamic creed emphasizes that the ultimate standard of good and evil is derived from Allah SWT as an objective and absolute value. Islamic philosophy functions as a rational framework that bridges revealed values with the realities of human life. Therefore, moral relativity in Islam is not absolute but remains bound to transcendental principles rooted in Islamic creed. This study concludes that the integration of aqidah and Islamic philosophical thought produces a balanced moral concept between absolute values and human life dynamics.
