<![CDATA[Penurunan tajam penglihatan selain dipengaruhi oleh katarak juga disebabkan oleh penyakit yang mempengaruhi retina. Pekerjaan yang banyak terpapar sinar matahari tanpa pelindung, juga diperkirakan mempengaruhi tajam penglihatan. Penduduk di wilayah Puskesmas Kopang memiliki keadaan sosial ekonomi dan tingkat pendidikan yang masih rendah. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh pekerjaan terhadap tajam penglihatan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di Puskesmas Kopang, Lombok Tengah mulai April sampai Mei 2018. Rancangan penelitian adalah cross sectional dengan jumlah sampel 73 responden yang berumur 40 tahun keatas yang diambil secara simple random sampling. Pengukuran tajam penglihatan menggunakan Tumbling E, data pekerjaan diambil dengan wawancara langsung mengenai aktivitas responden dari jam 10.00 sampai 14.00 wita tanpa pelindung mata, untuk mengetahui signifikasi data di analisis menggunakan uji Mann – Whitney menggunakan program SPSS versi 16.0 dengan tingkat kepercayaan 95% (? =0.05). Berdasarkan hasil analisis statistik, pekerjaan berpengaruh secara signifikan (P<0.05) terhadap tajam penglihatan yakni sebesar 41.1%, artinya pekerjaan luar ruangan tanpa pelindung dapat menyebabkan terjadinya penurunan tajam penglihatan sebesar 41.1%.]]>

<![CDATA[Hypertension is a circulatory system disorder that causes a rise in blood pressure above the normal value, which exceeds 140/80 mmHg. The data explained from the number of elderly visits Hypertension sufferers at the Sengkol Health Center each year experienced an increase. And from the results of interviews, the highest incidence of hypertension is compared to the health Central Lombok District. So the author is interested in doing research. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of the administration of rosella tea to reduce blood pressure in elderly people with hypertension. This type of research is pre-experiment. The population in this study were 45 people with a total sample of 14 respondents, this study used bivariate analysis using paired t-test. The average elderly blood pressure before being given rosella tea is 152.86 / 93.57 mmHg, while after being given rosella tea to 147.14 / 87.86 mmHg. In this study there was a significant effect on the decrease in cystole blood pressure with p-value 0,000 < (0,05), and for diastolic blood pressure with p-value 0,000 < (0,05). Suggestions in this study as input for health central in improving services and care for patients who have hypertension.]]>

<![CDATA[Sekitar 5 hingga 10% anak diperkirakan mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan. Data angka kejadian keterlambatan perkembangan umum belum diketahui dengan pasti, namun diperkirakan sekitar 1-3% anak di bawah usia 5 tahun mengalami keterlambatan perkembangan umum (IDAI, 2013). Pengenalan atau penggunaan gadget sejak dini kepada anak akan berdampak terhadap perkembangan anak. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan durasi dan intensitas penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan mpersonal sosial anak usia 3-5 tahun di TK Cendikia Lingsar. Desain penelitian yang digunakan pada penelitian ini adalah cross sectional, dan menggunakan DDST sebagai instrumen. Pengambilan sampel dalam penelitian ini menggunakan teknik total sampling yaitu teknik pengambilan sampel dengan jumlah sample 34 orang. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa anak yang bermain gadget dengan intensitas penggunaan gadget > 3 kali/hari yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (43,1 %) dengan durasi sedang yaitu 40-60 menit yaitu sebanyak 15 orang (44,1 %). Hasil uji korelasi Chi-Square didapatkan p-value menunjukkan bahwa untuk intensitas penggunaan gadget (p = 0,032 ? = 0,005) dan untuk durasi penggunaan gadget (p = 0,004 ? = 0,005) maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa ada hubungan antara durasi dan intensitas penggunaan gadget dengan perkembangan personal sosial anak usia 3-5 tahun. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian, disarankan bagi orang tua untuk lebih selektif lagi dalam memberikan mainan kepada anak dan perlu adanya pengawasan serta ketegasan dalam memberikan batasan kepada anak dalam bermain gadget.]]>

<![CDATA[The condition in which the mother works is one of the conditions that inhibits breastfeeding. In order for women to work, they can still provide breast milk, so milking and storage are needed. The storage process can preserve breast milk for some time. The existence of a long treatment of breast milk storage is suspected to cause physical changes and chemical composition. Based on several research results, it can be concluded that the duration of breast milk storage both in the refrigerator and freezer will affect the amount of fat and protein content in breast milk. The cause of fat damage is divided into three groups, namely damage due to oxidation, the presence of enzymes, and fat hydrolysis reaction. Changes in protein levels of breast milk during storage may be caused by the process of proteolysis and protein denaturation.]]>

<![CDATA[One form of the Puskesmas program which involves the full participation of the community is the "Integrated Service Post" (POSYANDU) Elderly. The Posyandu for the elderly program involves participation in a variety of basic health services for the elderly that are provided specifically to the elderly group. The purpose of this study was to look at the relationship between the performance of health workers in the elderly posyandu with the level of satisfaction of the elderly in the posyandu for the elderly in the village of Bagu. The design of this study used a quantitative design using a cross sectional approach, the sample in this study was the elderly who visited the Posyandu of the elderly in the village of Bagu, a purposive sampling technique, with a total sample of 25 people. There is a strong relationship between nurse performance with the level of satisfaction of the elderly, with a value of p = 0.001, and the level of relationships and strong correlations where rho (?) count: 0.626. There is a strong relationship between cadre performance with the level of satisfaction of the elderly, with a value of p = 0.001, and the level of relationships and strong correlations where rho (?) counts 0.673. Based on the conclusions that have been described in order to carry out further research on the performance of health service officers of the elderly posyandu on the level of satisfaction of the elderly such as nurses and cadres in providing services to the elderly.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this study was to research pregnant woman research on anemia with pregnant women using substance tablets at the Sengkol Health Center, Central Lombok District. This research method is an observational study using a cross sectional study, using a questionnaire conducted in March-April 2019 as pregnant women with anemia, samples taken with simple random sampling from 30 respondents, data analysis using univariate analysis, bivariate analysis using chi square. The results of this study were obtained by respondents who had the highest knowledge from mothers who knew about anemia, 27 respondents (90%), and those who did not know about anemia were 3 respondents (10%). Respondents who used tablets using substances were 23 respondents (76.7%), and those who used iron were 7 respondents (23.3%). the results of the analysis using chi-square obtained a relationship associated with the level of knowledge of pregnant women in consuming p-value tablets <? (0.05). Where the value of p = 0.009 because the value of p < ? (0.05). The conclusion is the relationship between the level of knowledge of pregnant women about anemia with the contribution of pregnant substance tablets at the Sengkol Health Center.]]>

<![CDATA[The problem that can arise in the puerperium and lactation is breast swelling. The impact of breast swelling is a feeling of discomfort in the breast-shaped mother, hardened breasts, fever, the baby is difficult to suck the breasts, mastitis, and breast abscesses. Breast is needed. Some non-pharmacological treatments can be done, one of which is by giving a cabbage leaf compress. This study is a comparative literature that attempts to discuss the comparison of cabbage leaf compresses against breast swelling in postpartum mothers. The results of a review of 6 studies prove that cabbage leaf compresses are effective in reducing breast swelling. This is caused by cabbage leaves containing the amino acid methionine which functions as an antibiotic and other ingredients such as sinigrin (Allylisothiocyanate), mustard oil, magnesium, sulfur heteroside oxides which can help widen the body to absorb the fluid that is blocked in the breast can reduce breast swelling.]]>

<![CDATA[Nursing services are an integral part of health services which have a very strategic position in an effort to improve the quality of services in hospitals. With this condition a nurse is required to have the ability and professionalism in implementing professional nursing care in a hospital service. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of competency factors, and workload on nurses' behavior in implementing professional nursing care in the Praya Hospital inpatient installation. The research design used was quantitative analytic with cross sectional approach. The sampling technique uses cluster random sampling with a sample of 114 respondents. Data were collected using a questionnaire and observation sheet, then analyzed using the ordinal regression test. The results of the statistical test by stimulatory results obtained p value of 0,000 <? = 0.05, meaning that all independent variables together affect the dependent variable. While partial statistical test results for each variable obtained results, namely competency (p <0.008) and workload (p <0.012). Multivariate analysis showed competence was the most dominant variable influencing the behavior of nurses in applying professional nursing care with a value (p <0.008). The behavior of nurses in implementing professional nursing care in hospitals is influenced by several factors including competency and workload. These aspects certainly need to be considered and managed well in the hope of getting better nurse performance results for the creation of maximum nursing services.]]>

<![CDATA[Penggunaan kontrasepsi merupakan salah satu variabel yang mempengaruhi fertilitas. Salah satu kontrasepsi yang sering digunakan adalah kontrasepsi suntikan. Cara kerja KB suntik adalah menghalangi ovulasi (masa subur), mengubah lendir serviks (vagina) menjadi kental, menghambat sperma dan menimbulkan perubahan pada rahim, mencegah terjadinya pertemuan sel telur dan sel sperma, mengubah kecepatan transportasi sel telur. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui hubungan lama pemakaian kontrasepsi KB suntik dengan gangguan menstruasi pada akseptor KB baru. Jenis penilitian ini adalah observasional analitik dengan rancangan studi potong lintang dengan jumlah sampel 68. Metode pengambilan sampel adalah total sampling. Pengumpulan data melalui wawancara terpimpin dengan kuesioner .Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan ada hubungan antara lama pemakaian kontrasepsi KB suntik DMPA dengan gangguan menstruasi karena p-value = 0,007< ? (0,05), dan tidak ada hubungan antara lama pemakaian kontrasepsi KB suntik Cyclofem dengan gangguan menstruasi karena p-value =0,170. Disimpulkan bahwa KB suntik DMPA berhubungan dengan gangguan menstruasi pada akseptor KB suntik baru.]]>

<![CDATA[Supervisi dalam keperawatan di tujukan untuk mengarahkan perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan. Penelitian bertujuan untuk melihat hubungan supervisi kepala ruangan dengan pelaksanaan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan di ruang rawat inap RSUD Praya tahun 2019. Jenis penelitian kualitatif, tehnik yang digunakan dalam penelitian kualitatif adalah dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam kepada responden yang berjumlah 13 responden. Hasil dari penelitian kualitatif dengan menggunakan metode wawancara mendalam untuk mengetahui Penyebab rendahnya pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan diantaranya karena tidak ada penghargaan bagi perawat yang melakukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan, karena jumlah tenaga keperawatan yang tidak sesuai dengan jumlah pasien. Sesuai dengan hasil wawancara mendalam dengan responden : Sebagian responden mengatakan tidak ada penghargaan bagi perawat yang melakukan pendokumentasian asuhan keperawatan hanya mendapatkan pujian bagi perawat yang rajin dan sebagian responden mengatakan jumlah beban kerja yang tidak seimbang antara jumlah perawat dan pasien. Rekomendasi untuk manajemen keperawatan diharapkan selalu meningkatkan kemampuan supervisi kepala ruang, meningkatkan motivasi perawat dalam memberikan asuhan keperawatan termasuk pendokumentasian.]]>
