Abstract

The number of people who increase every year has resulted in the shift of land use in every place, not least in the city of Tasikmalaya. This change in land use indirectly results in reduced water catchment areas so that when it rains with high intensity it will cause inundation. Inundation in urban areas can be caused by several factors, for example due to a disturbed drainage system. The purpose of this study was to determine the condition of the drainage channel on the Bantar street of Tasikmalaya City and to determine the ideal drainage channel to deal with frequent floods.The method used in this research is direct measurement in the field (observation) by taking existing channel data consisting of the coordinates of each channel for each stationing, field contour data, and channel dimensions. Then the data is processed to determine the condition of the drainage channel that will be used for the analysis of the ideal channel capacity to deal with flood problems at the research location.The results of this study can be concluded that the condition of the existing channels on the outskirts of the city of Tasikmalaya some already exist that are not suitable for use, and must be immediately replaced with a more ideal channel so that the water discharge can flow smoothly and the dimensions of the channel are ideal for maximum water flow. on the Bantar City Tasikmalaya road section, the width (b) = 0.8 height (H) = 0.9 and guard height (W) = 0.6 with a drainage coefficient (C) = 0.70, and land slope (s) =0.02.

Abstract

The development and use of information technology has grown rapidly at this time. Especially in store performance efficiency where most of the processes are computerized and certain documents are documented and stored in digital form. One of them is the process for recapitulating the store's financial statements. The results of the business process will become one of the foundations for high-level departments to make decisions. The business process for recapitulating store financial reports that is done manually can certainly cause several problems, including the potential for data loss, or human errors during calculations and daily input documentation and so on. To overcome these problems, of course, a financial application model that focuses on the processing of financial statements can be used. Based on this, this research will build a web-based financial report application that can include financial reports, processing income and expenditure data. This system is made using CodeIgniter while for system development using the waterfall method. Furthermore, the website model will be built with a front-end and back-end equipped with a data base.

Abstract

Piko Hydro Power Plant Simulator is a tool that performs the process of imitating something real and its surroundings from a Piko Hydro Power Plant. The act of performing a simulation generally describes the key characteristics of the behavior of a physical system or system, the tool aims to introduce, explain and assist in the understanding of a tool on a larger scale. This study describes the results of measurements and testing of the Pico Hydro Power Plant (PLTPH) simulator and the manufacture of a practicum module. The simulator is designed to find out about the Hydro Power Plant (PLTA) scheme as a learning material. After the PLTPH simulator was tested, the water flow rate in the channel was 0.29 L/s and the head value was 22.85 meters, with a potential power of 450 W or 0.45 kW with a generator efficiency of 0.8 and a turbine efficiency of 0.9 and a total 4 pole generator pole and 1400 rpm speed. It is hoped that this research can make it easier for users to understand about hydroelectric power plants.

Abstract

One of the important things in activities to get the necessary cost calculations for development is to make a Budget Plan (RAB). Calculation analysis is needed to get a budget plan that is accurate and close to the actual budget in implementation, as well as a guide for owners in providing funds. In the analysis, it must be made in detail in order to obtain optimal calculation results, one of which is the analysis of the budget plan with three case study methods for making simple residential houses. The purpose of this study was to determine the calculation of the budget with the method of SNI, BOW and Regional Price I Ciamis Regency and the most economical method of the three methods. In this study, three analyzes were carried out, namely BOW (Burgerlije Openbare Werken) analysis, 2002 SNI and Price analysis for Region I Ciamis Regency, all of which used the reference price of materials, the price of labor wages and the same volume of work, namely in related manufacturing. From the research results obtained: Budget Plan based on BOW analysis of Rp. 16,076,465.00. The Budget Plan based on the 2002 SNI analysis is Rp. 14,305,678.00. Budget plan based on Local Area Price analysis of Rp. 12,406,295.00. Of the three analyzes the lowest price is to use the price analysis of Region I Ciamis Regency (Local Price Standards in 2020) Indonesia.

Abstract

This study aims to find out 1) digital marketing applied by Tikar mendong Mekar Putra, 2) the role of digital marketing in increasing sales of Tikar Mendong Mekar Putra, and 3) identifying strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats available using SWOT analysis. The method used in this study is qualitative-descriptive research, namely research based on the strength of analytic descriptions. Data collection is done by interview, observation, and documentation. While data analysis uses SWOT analysis. The results of the study reveals that Tikar Mendong Mekar Putra practices digital marketing strategies (online marketing) through social media such as Facebook, instagram, and other internet networks that are connected with wider consumer reach since 2017. Tikar Mendong Mekar Putra cooperates with Zalora, a market place for online media sales that can be accessed globally. The application of digital marketing by Tikar Mendong Mekar can increase sales. This is so because consumers are wider, closer, can check the quality and reputation of the product, and can make transactions online.

Abstract

Proyek Jalan Tol Akses Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat merupakan penambahan lingkup Jalan Tol Cipali yang diharapkan akan menghubungkan Kota Bandung dan sekitarnya melalui Jalan Tol Cisumdawu menuju ke Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat di Kertajati. Tujuan dari kerja praktek pada proyek pembangunan Jalan Tol akses Bandara Internasional Jawa Barat adalah memberikan pengalaman visual dan pengenalan bagi mahasiswa tentang suatu kegiatan pembangunan fisik yang nyata dan segala aspeknya yang meliputi aspek kerekayasaan, kontraktual dan administratif serta pelaksanaannya di lapangan, agar mahasiswa mempunyai pengetahuan dan pemahaman atas masalah tersebut. Kedua, mengenal struktur Jalan Tol secara langsung selama masa konstruksi. Ketiga, mengenal tahapan - tahapan metode pelaksaan pekerjaan di Jalan Tol akses Bandara Internasioanl Jawa Barat khususnya pekerjaan soil improvement menggunakan PVD dan PHD. Keempat, mengetahui alat dan material yang digunakan dalam pelaksanaan soil improvement menggunakan PVD dan PHD. Kelima, mengetahui kendala yang mempengaruhi suatu pelaksanaan pekerjaan soil improvement menggunakan PVD dan PHD. Metode PVD dan PHD dimaksudkan untuk mempercepat penurunan dan meningkatkan daya dukung tanah asli yang lunak dengan mengurangi kadar air maupun kadar udara pada butiran tanah sehingga dapat mempercepat penurunan jangka panjang dan perbedaan penurunan (differential settlement). Metode perbaikan tanah lunak dengan menggunakan PVD menghasilkan waktu penurunan yang lebih cepat Karena PVD memiliki permeabilitas lebih besar. Abstract

Road Maintenance Projects are activities related to road maintenance and repairs that are needed and planned to maintain road conditions so that they continue to function optimally to serve traffic during the specified road design life. Road construction maintenance work is an important job to carry out because road construction is a large capital investment so that if its implementation is neglected, it will require very expensive reconstruction costs to maintain performance standards. in the Talaga – Sangiang Road Maintenance Project, there are three work items, namely surface layer maintenance and foundation repair work, drainage work, and retaining wall work. Road Maintenance Project work with a road design age of 5 years in accordance with the Regulation of the Minister of Public Works chapter vii article 15. Pratik's work location is in the Talaga - Sangiang Road Maintenance Project because it meets the budget requirements set and the existing data can be processed to compile a report. This practical work is carried out for 6 months starting from licensing arrangements to conducting seminars with a time of ± 2 months in the field according to the time of the project. in writing the journal only discusses asphalt coating including: knowing the type of material used, understanding asphalting/road compaction techniques, knowing what tools are used, understanding the resources used in the Talaga-Sangian road maintenance project.

Abstract

ABSTRAK Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh Kompetensi Top Manajemen, Peraturan dan Prosedur K3, Komunikasi Pekerja, Kompetensi Pekerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Keterlibatan Pekerja Terhadap Kinerja Karyawan pada PT. Adhi Karya Metode yang digunakan yaitu dengan menggunakan teknik analisis deskriptif dan verifikatif. Sampel pada penelitian ini sebanyak 63 responden dengan menggunakan metode Insidental Sampling. Teknik pengumpulan data yaitu dengan membagikan kuesioner. Pengujian instrumen data dilakukan dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Uji asumsi klasik dan Analisis Regresi Berganda dengan bantuan program SPSS 21 for windows. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian menunjukan bahwa secara parsial variabel peraturan dan prosedur K3 berpengaruh terhadap kinerja karyawan. Sedangkan variabel Kompetensi Top Manajemen, Komunikasi Pekerja, Kompetensi Pekerja, Lingkungan Kerja, dan Keterlibatan Pekerja tidak berpengaruh terhadap Kinerja Karyawan. Kata Kunci: Kompetensi Top Manajemen, Peraturan dan Prosedur K3, Komunikasi Pekerja, Kompetensi Pekerja, Lingkungan Kerja, Keterlibatan Pekerja, Dan Kinerja Karyawan. ABSTRACT This research aims to determine the effect of Top Management Competencies, K3 Rules and Procedures, Worker Communication, Worker Competence, Work Environment, Worker Involvement on Employee Performance at PT. Adi Karya The method used is by using descriptive and verificative analysis techniques. The sample in this research counted 63 respondents by using the incidental sampling method. Data collection techniques that is by distributing questionnaires. Testing instrument data is done validity and reliability tests. Test of classic assumptions and Multiple Regression Analysis with the help of SPSS 21 for windows program.. Based on the results of the research show that partially K3 rules and procedures variables, knowledge and sanctions affect the employee performance. While the variable Top Management, Employee Communication, Worker Competence, Work Environment, and Employee Engagement does not effect employee performance.
