Islamic teachings essentially do not distinguish between the rights of women and men in married life and in social life. In the Qur'an many meet in verses about respect for women's rights. By doing a textual interpretation it can be seen that women also have rights as men, although on certain matters there are not the same, this is due to the main functions and duties that in men. In Islam women also have rights as men, but in certain cases there are not the same, this is due to the main functions and tasks held by men. Among the rights of women are: the right to get an education, the right to get a dowry and a living, the right to ask for divorce when sufficient conditions and if passed will cause harm, rights in the field of inheritance and material rights.

Text of the Qur'an which is a revelation from Allah Subhanahu Wa Ta’ala. is the main source of Islamic law which must be understood by all Muslims. Understanding the understanding of the text or verse of the Qur'an is very dependent on the knowledge of the person who reads it. In this case the commentators have a tendency that is different from one another. This makes the works of interpreters also have different styles. This paper seeks to provide an explanation of some interpretive features, starting from the history of the emergence and interpreters and their interpretations. This is expected to make it easier to get to know the Qur'an based on the style of interpretation.

Islam is a religion that inherently carries the spirit of egalitarianism. The facts about the variants of Islam that are central, formal and pure are egalitarian and scientific - while the hierarchy and existence are developing peripheral forms - help them adjust to the modern world. As a religion that carries an egalitarian spirit, Islam should put its people in various social issues - and of course religion - equally, without distinguishing between rich and poor, old and young, male and female. Because the "difference" between them is only the level of piety. In the sense of Egalitas doctrine maintains that in essence all human beings are the same in a fundamental value or moral status. Islam views all human beings as equal to God, there is no difference between one tribe and another. There is also no difference in human values ??between men and women because everything is created from a man and a woman.

As the object of study, the Qur'an is not something exclusive to Muslims. Many orientalists study the Qur'an, one of them is John Burton. in his study, he argues that the traditions related to the codification of the Qur'an are incorrect. With the result that the codification of the Qur'an does not refer to the caliphs, but is done by the Prophet himself. The argument is built on two nasikh-mansukh concepts used by Usul Fiqh scholars in exploring Islamic law. Depart from that, this paper will discuss; first, the basic assumption of John Burton, second, John Burton's thought of the codification of the Qur'an, the third, the frailty of John Burton's thought about the study of the Qur'an, especially the codification of the Qur'an.

This study aims to determine the meaning of hijrah from the behaviors and amaliyah of ubudiyah that arise. And things that influence and background the emergence of a shift in meaning. For data collection, this writing uses library research (libary reseach), and phenomenology methods that try to explain or reveal the meaning of a concept or phenomenon of experience based on awareness that occurs in some individuals. The results of this study concluded that what caused the shift and development of the meaning of hijrah was motivated by several factors. First, there is freedom of expression in religion. Hermeneutics acceptance as one of the methods of interpretation of the Qur'an is still a discourse among Muslim intellectuals, both pro and contra. Some who accept the presence of hermeneutics assume that hermeneutics is one of the most relevant methods used to understand the Qur'an, even though hermeneutics is a western product. Hermeneutics is needed in terms of understanding the Qur'an, especially contemporary problems that have not been resolved in classical interpretations. Whereas those who refuse to be a priori and expressly reject hermeneutics are used as methodologies even when compared with Islamic interpretation. Reinforced again that hermeneutics is a western prodak which was originally used for biblical interpretations which differed in characteristics from the Qur'an. Then there are some Muslim intellectuals who try not to oppose and do not support carelessly, as long as hermeneutics is still in the realm of an understanding methodology that is not equated with the science of interpretation which is patience, then it can be accepted. This study seeks to direct discusses that occur among Muslim intellectuals by presenting the reasons for each group in descriptions and trying to compromise the middle ground as an effort to synergize the interpretation of the science of interpretation (Islam) and the west. So that we can be wise in responding to various sciences that develop in Islamic scientific discourse, can synergize and support each other in the realm of understanding the Qur'anic interpretation.

The contextualization of al-Qur'an through the perspective of tarbaw? gives an understanding of the content of the learning method. For example, al-M?idah [05]: 67 in the context of education can be understood as the delivery of learning by the lecture method. Furthermore, the letter an-Nahl [16]: 125 has an articulation in the content of the discussion method with nuances of tenderness. Meanwhile, the method of contemplation is reflected in the letter Ibr?h?m [14]: 24-25. Interaction and visiting certain places in the letter Y?s?f [12]: 109 contains the method of field trips. The retrieval of rah ibrah through past events and the stories of previous generations as reflected in Y?s?f's letter [12]: 111 can be contextualized as the delivery of messages by the story method.

In the phenomenon that occurs in today's society we often encounter about the dilemma of prayer in congregation, so from that we feel moved and want to explore further about fardlu prayers at the beginning of time by digging up data in the Qur'an and hadith as well as salafusshalih books. From the problems above, the writer tries to do a case study of problems that occur in our society. Nazir defines case study research as research on the status of a research subject that is pleased with a specific or typical phase of the whole personality. In this case, a teacher stops the KBM every day when the dhuhur adzan sounds and tells his students to go straight to praying even though the KBM hours are actually still long or not yet time to rest From the prayer dilemma at the beginning of time like this, finally I am interested to explore and try to formulate problems of several things related to Fardlu prayer at the beginning of time include: 1. Addressing the dilemma of Fardlu prayer at the beginning of time. 2. Whether or not delay fardlu prayer. 3. the category of people who are negligent in prayer. From the formulation of the problem above, the results can be stated as follows: Do not let the obligation of prayer and times as well as the limits that have been determined by syara 'both in terms of ease and importance cause us to get stuck in rigid, rigid and sacred thinking. Cases that are allowed to take precedence before prayer are a. When breaking the fast c. Eat prepared dishes even though it is prayer time d. Urinating takes precedence over prayer etc.

Islam is the last religion to cover all religions. Islam as a complement to all religions has shown welfare for the universe so that it gets the label Islam rahmatan lil alamin. The study of Islamic studies on rahmatan lil alamin is very broad, but in general the universe consists of three main components as provisions for human life, namely science, social and religion. Science means studying the horizons of the universe starting from living or dead objects. Social means teaching the creatures to interact with each other in order to live together. Religion becomes a tendency to strengthen the relationship between science and social forces, meaning that social interaction between creatures has principles in understanding all science and science to find the ultimate truth, namely God, of course, with the power of religion. These three components are contained in the Qur'an which has a positive impact on all beings in the world, both Islamic and non-Islamic.
